Battle Against The Fishman Knight
Hey guys, the next chapter of One Piece: Final Holy War is FINALLY out. I know its been a long time but life is just hard. I'm not getting paid or anything to do this and I just have things to do. But the next chapter is out so I hope you all enjoy.
Again I apologize for taking so long.
Sanbi burst forward with incredible speed towards Sanji who dodged the powerful fishman by jumping into the air using sky walk. Following this Sanji began spinning around for a Diable Jambe attack, however his spinning was interrupted by several water droplets forcing the cook to stop spinning and instead dodge Sanbi's barrage of water bullets.
"Sky Walk," said Sanji repeatedly dodging all of Sanbi's attacks.
Suddenly several arms suddenly bloomed around the powerful fishman temporarily stopping his assault.
"Vien Fleur," said Robin who held Sanbi in his position.
Robin even with many more arms knew she would not be able to hold down the sole fishman among the powerful Knights of D but it was enough to at least give Sanji an opening.
Suddenly Sanji sprung towards Sanbi with incredible speed and skywalking there and unleashed a powerful kick onto Sanbi.
"Sky Walk," said Sanji getting closer to Sanbi.
"Anti-Manner Kick Course," finished Sanji who delivered a massive vertical kick to Sanbi's midsection sending him flying back a very far distance.
"All right Sanji," cheered Usopp, Chopper and Brook.
"Che, worthless cook should have sent have flying further," jeered Zoro as usual whenever Sanji was involved.
"Oh don't feel bad that I got a good hit in and you didn't," responded Sanji back seeing that he essentially one-upped his rival.
"Oh I'll get him jus…" started Zoro only to be interrupted by a dark shadow.
Before he could turn around, he was suddenly knocked into a nearby building by Sanbi who was back on his feet from Sanji's Anti-Manner Kick Course. Then he turned his attention to Sanji. He quickly grabbed Sanji by one of his legs and gave him a massive headbutt. As Sanji was sent flying back, Sanbi leapt over him and was about to deliver a massive right punch when he sensed a pellet shot towards him.
"Midori Boshi: Sargasso," said Usopp who shot a pop green pellet at Sanbi.
The pop green sprouted a large amount of resilient seaweed that entangled Sanbi. Of course the seaweed wasn't powerful enough to stop him and was a mere annoyance but it did give Sanji and opportunity to quickly kick the air and sky walk out the way. Seeing that Sanbi was entangled and Sanji was out of the danger zone, Usopp continued on the offensive.
"Midori Boshi: Devil," said Usopp shooting another pop green that this time grew to become several large venus flytraps.
One of the flytraps then ensnared Sanbi in its mouth, except that Sanbi was far too big to fit completely in its mouth. However due to him still being entangled in Usopp's previous seaweed attack, he was finding it difficult to break free. Not that he couldn't but it was all very annoying to the powerful Knight.
"If you think this is going to be enough to stop me then think again," said Sanbi.
"Oh it may not be enough but this sure will," said Franky from the Franky Shogun who towered over Sanbi away with one of his large metal hands reeled back.
Sanbi may have been large and hulking but he was still smaller than the Franky Shogun.
"Oye Chopper you ready," asked Franky.
"Yeah," replied Chopper still in a deep voice due to still being on monster point.
The Franky Shogun then knocked Sanbi away sending him flying towards Chopper. Chopper in monster point then knocked Sanbi back towards Franky with his large hands. Franky then knocked Sanbi back towards Chopper who again knocked Sanbi back towards Franky.
"Alright they're actually knocking Sanbi around like a volleyball," commented Nami.
"Awesome," commented Usopp in amazement.
However the celebration was cut short when Sanbi decided that he had enough.
"Enough," said Sanbi with authority who then sent a large torrent of water at Chopper knocking him off his feet.
"Chopper, you teme," said Franky charging charging at Sanbi.
Sanbi whoever easily dodged the charging giant robot and leapt towards one of Usopp's Venus flytraps. Just as the plant was about to grab him, he hit the mouth killing it instantly. Then he proceeded to uproot the giant plant like it was nothing. When the Franky Shogun charged at Sanbi again he used the giant plant to knock the robot off his feet. The plant itself was only slightly smaller than the Franky Shogun however the force of the hit was enough to knock the robot down.
"Oh crap, General down," said Franky from the shogun.
He then brought the giant plant up and slammed it down onto the Franky Shogun. Just as he was about to slam the plant down on the Franky Shogun again, Brook decided to try his luck. Brook's light weight allowed him to easily and quickly get to Sanbi. Sanbi sensing something swung the giant plant around to swat Brook away. Brook however easily dodged it by leaping over it and landing on the plant itself and ran towards Sanbi with his cane sword out.
"Hanauta Sancho: Yahazu Giri," making a series of slashes that appeared invisible due to Brook's speed and light weight.
Sanbi decided not to dodge it knowing that his armament haki enhanced by the power of D would be more than enough to take it. And take it, it certainly did because Brook's slashes did only a few scratches that didn't even seem to even phase him.
"You're attack is weak," said Sanbi attempting to knock Brook away with the venus flytrap.
"That may be so but you're not exactly hitting me either," replied Brook while dodging a swing venus flytrap.
"Is that so," said Sanbi who flung the giant plant at Brook.
Brook who wasn't expecting that only narrowly dodged it only to receive a shoulder tackle from Sanbi's massive shoulders. The attack knocked him away making him bounce on the ground but it was nothing serious. However the next attack was. Sanbi went for a more powerful shoulder tackle which sent Brook flying much further away. When he landed, Brook couldn't help but feel defeated.
"What a bone crushing defeat," announced Brook.
Seeing that Brook was out of the fight for now, Sanbi decided to focus his attention back onto the Franky Shogun. Using his powerful legs he leapt high into the air. As soon as he was about to hit, an aerial attack hit him.
"Santoryu: Hyakuhachi Pound Ho," said Zoro who sent a compressed air attack at Sanbi.
Sensing the attack, Sanbi brought his massive arm infront of him to block the attack. Even though he was powerful enough to tank the attack and his powerful busoshoku haki enhanced by the power of D ensured minimal damage, the air projectile did knock Sanbi away from the down Franky Shogun. Seeing that he succeeded in saving Franky, Zoro went into an aggressive stance.
"Teme, we're far from done," said Zoro with an intense glare.
Sanbi got up without much damage and stared at Zoro for a little before charging at the swordsman. Seeing that Sanbi had his eyes set on him, Zoro readied himself for Sanbi's assault. He pulled his massive fist back and punched straight at the swordsman who crossed his three swords together to block the attack. Zoro responded by attempting a slash of his own. Sanbi however evaded by jumping back a little, not enough to be called a retreat but enough to evade Zoro's slash. He attempted a second powerful punch at Zoro who blocked with his three swords. Since Sanbi didn't charge at him like before the attack wasn't as powerful and Zoro was able to push him back and attempt an aerial upward slash. This time Sanbi stepped back just a little dodging Zoro's attack. While Zoro was airbourne, Sanbi kicked him away and even though he could block, since he was airbourne, it wasn't enough to stop him from being sent flying back a far distance.
Zoro bounced on the ground a few times but landed on his feet using his two swords to stop his skidding back. However to his horror, he saw Sanbi grabbing the air or specifically the water in the air as if it was cloth. Then Zoro knew he was in trouble.
"That move again," said Zoro as he readied himself.
"Santoryuu," said Zoro preparing to counterattack as Sanbi was preparing to launch a massive water torrent at the Pirate Hunter.
"Hyakuhachi Pound Ho," said Zoro as Sanbi unleashed a massive water torrent straight at Zoro.
The two attacks collided causing water droplets to fall to the point that it looked like it was raining, a strange phenonema on Fishman Island. However it was obvious that Zoro's attack was being overpowered by Sanbi's. Eventually Sanbi's attack completely overpowered Zoro's and hit him dead on engulfing him in water.
"Zoro!" shouted Nami at seeing Zoro hit by Sanbi's powerful water based attack.
Zoro was blasted back by the water torrent and it looked like he was out cold. Satisfied that he had won the skirmish, Sanbi turned his attention back to the remaining Straw Hats.
"You bastard," came a deep voice behind Sanbi.
The voice came from none other than Chopper who was angry at what Sanbi had done to Zoro. Give his deep voice, the fact that he was currently in Monster Point and the fact that he was legitimately angry, he would be a terrifying sight for most. However Sanbi wasn't most. Chopper attempted to use his massive hands to knock Sanbi however the fishman easily avoided the attack. Chopper was so big that even someone like Sanbi who speed and agility weren't his best attributes was able to dodge it with ease. Sanbi again easily dodged another massive arm from Chopper. Deciding that he had enough Sanbi leapt directly to Chopper's face and gave a massive hit to Chopper's snout. Chopper roared in pain and Sanbi again jumped straight at Chopper with both his hands out and hit Chopper square in the face like a missile causing Chopper to fall to the ground.
"Chopper!" screamed Usopp.
Sanbi stood ontop the downed Straw Hat doctor and was about to hit him when he sensed several things coming towards him. Those things were several shuriken from Usopp.
"Shuriken Ryusei-gun," said Usopp who shot a chain with several shuriken on it.
The shuriken separated from the chain into a large spread of shuriken. However Sanbi easily countered with his fishman karate mastery. He simply punched the air and all the shuriken stopped.
"He stopped my shuriken again," said Usopp remembering his previous attempt to use shuriken was stopped with the same technique.
Sanbi punched the air again and all the shuriken came hurling back at Usopp. Even thoug Usopp expecting this to happen since he saw it happen before, that didn't stop him from being any less surprised and he just narrowly dodged it.
"You're really annoying long nose," said Sanbi.
"Hehehe well I get that a lot," replied Usopp.
What Sanbi didn't know was that Usopp was actually distracting him from his real plan, which was actually Nami.
'Weather Egg," said Nami softly who launched a large egg directly over Sanbi's head which hatched into a large thunder cloud.
Only after a noticed the area around him suddenly darken did he realize that a cloud was over his head.
"A thunder cloud, you," said Sanbi turning to look at Nami who was smirking at him with a catlike grin.
"Yes me, you shouldn't count me out just because I'm a chicken," said Nami with a wink and tongue sticking out.
"And you shouldn't forget about me, I am the king of liars," said Usopp as if that was supposed to be something impressive.
However given that he did trick Sanbi into stalling by using the same tactic, for now it really did achieve its results,
"Alright lightning-chan, attack, Thunder Breed Tempo," said Nami who used her sorcery tact to guide the lightning straight at Sanbi.
The lightning struck Sanbi dead on for even with someone like him who possess powerful kenbunshoku haki enhanced by kamishoku, even he can't predict or dodge lightning of all things. Sanbi could do nothing but get hit dead on by Nami's lightning attack.
"Even underwater, I am still in charge of the weather," said Nami with a smirk.
Soon the lightning and smoke died down to reveal Sanbi alive and well. He was scorched and on his knees but nonetheless he was alive and seemed just fine.
"What no way," said Nami in surprise.
She had hoped that her attack would work this time. It may have failed the previous times but now the accumulated damage should have caught up to him. Also being a fishman, he was more potent to lightning since water conducts electricity.
"He's just fine," said Usopp also in equal shock.
"Impressive that someone as weak as yourself was able to hurt me. I guess even weaklings can be powerful when they have very powerful tools and weapons," noted Sanbi.
Nami was miffed at being called weak even if it was true and she wasn't as strong as some of the others. However seeing Sanbi alright and knowing that he was not very happy pretty much took over an irritation she might have.
"And the damage that I have accumulated thus far did do the trick," said Sanbi the reason why he was somewhat hurt.
"But it is far from over and I'm going to take you out," said Sanbi shouting the last part before charging towards Nami.
Nami screamed in fright at seeing the hulking fishman charging towards her.
"Damn it stay away from her," said a voice.
Suddenly Sanji came out of now where with his leg bright orange from a Diable Jambe and he himself on fire at seeing his beloved Nami-san in danger.
"Diable Jambe," said Sanji with an angry gaze.
"Bien Cuit: Grill Shot," said Sanji delivering a strong back kick to Sanbi.
The attack was strong and thanks to the intense heat and Sanji's rage, the attack did far more damage. Sanbi was literally set on fire from the attack. In addition Brook suddenly came out of nowhere and wisked Nami away to safety knowing that it was too dangerous for someone like her to be so close to someone as physically powerful as Sanbi.
"Yohohohoho are you alright Nami-san?" asked Brook goodheartedly though there was concern in his voice for his fellow nakama.
Nami was panting hard a little shaken from having an angry hulking fishman charge at her with the intent to kill. An angry hulking fishman that even her best attack didn't work against, an angry hulking fishman who was managing to beat back the entire crew. Yeah something like that would certainly shake up a member of the weakling trio. However she was safe and fine for now.
"Yeah and fine, argiato," thanked Nami for the save.
"No problem Nami-san," replied Brook back in good nature.
"Damn it Brook, how dare you steal the best part," replied back Sanji angrily that Brook saved "his" Nami-san and not him.
"So is he beaten now Sanji-kun?" asked Nami.
"No he's just fine," replied Sanji back now in a more serious mode.
"What you're kidding me, he should have been roasted after that," said Nami.
Nami knew that Sanji was very protective of herself and Robin, all women in fact and that if they were in danger, Sanji would certainly be enraged. Thus when Sanbi just attempted to mow her down, that would have definitely got Sanji on fire and a Diable Jambe from an "enraged fiery" Sanji should be very devastating. But not only was Sanbi still conscious, according to Sanji, his attack didn't work. And she knew that Sanji could use haki so there was no reason to doubt him.
Indeed Sanbi appeared fine as he walked out from the fire, scorched, burnt but otherwise okay. Sanji hardened his gaze at seeing the powerful fishman emerge from the flames, both from his attempt to kill Nami and from the fact that one of his best moves in an enraged state didn't do much to him. Despite wanting to get Sanbi for that, Sanji knew that he was in deep trouble.
"That hurt you know," said Sanbi in a voice showing that he wasn't really concerned.
"I'll make you hurt a lot more than that you shitty fishman," replied Sanji back scornfully.
"I see," replied Sanbi back neutrally.
Sanji narrowed his eyes wondering what the Knight of D was up to.
His question was soon answered as Sanbi hit the ground with his massive fist causing an earthquake to suddenly go after Sanji. Sanji responded by jumping into the air however as soon as he did he was hit by a few water bullets from Sanbi. Immediately Sanbi followed up by forming an orb of water in his hands and then hurling the water torrent at Sanji. Seeing the water torrent, Sanji quickly reacted with charging up a Diable Jambe. The water torrent met Sanji's Diable Jambe. The water torrent was surprisingly weak and Sanji was able to use his Diable Jambe to kick and evaporate the water torrent. The fact that it was so weak meant either two things, one Sanbi was much weaker than he was letting on which he could easily rule out since he had observation haki or that he was purposely holding back. His question was answered with the second choice when he was on the receiving end of a massive tackle from the powerful fishman. Sanbi purposely held back in order to distract him to that powerful and very painful tackle. Sanji was sent flying back a far distance and it looked like he was out cold.
"Sanji-kun!" yelled out Nami.
"Sanji-san!" yelled out Brook.
"Now it's back to you," said Sanbi turning his attention back to Nami and then charged at her.
Seeing that Nami was his target Brook stood protectively infront of her with his cane sword out ready to protect his crewmate even if it meant his life.
"I will protect my nakama with my life," said Brook as he charged towards Sanbi himself.
"No don't Brook he's too strong," shouted Nami attempting to stop her skeleton crewmate.
"Go protect your nakama somewhere else," said Sanbi easily knocking Brook aside ironically knocking him somewhere where he would be unable to protect Nami.
Nami looked like a deer caught in the headlights as she realized that once again Sanbi was going after her and this time she didn't have Sanji or Brook to help her out.
"Nami-san!" called out Brook realizing that he was too far away to help.
"Nami!" shouted Usopp realizing that like Brook he was too far away and unable to help.
Right now Nami was in such a bad position that even those not participating in the battle recognized the peril that she was in.
"Oh no, none of them can help her," said Manoboshi desperately not mentioning moonfish mambo due to the seriousness of the situation.
Jinbe himself said nothing but it looked like he was about to jump in. They may have asked him to look after Shirahoshi while they handled Sanbi but even he couldn't stand by and just watch as one of his human friends was about to die.
"Nami-san!" shouted out Vivi who looked like she was about to cry at seeing Nami about to die.
Shirahoshi however was a different matter. While everyone else saw Nami about to die, Shirahoshi was having flashbacks of some of her past memories. The sight of Nami about to die at Sanbi's hands reminded her of several events of the past.

"Though we are meet for the first time I feel as though I have known you from a young age. I feel delighted near you," said Shirahoshi happily.
"Is that right? I guess our circumstances are a little similar," replied Nami back with a smile.

"We are almost there. At the place under the real sun," said a dying Otohime with tears in her eyes.
With her last breath, Otohome brought her pinkie finger up and all the Neptune siblings brought their pinkie fingers at the their dying mother's pinkie finger.

"I hate the world government, I hate them with every ounce of my being. They have done nothing but make me miserable ever since I could remember," answered Luffy angrily.
"The reason I hate the world government is partly because of what they did to you," said Luffy.
Flashback End.
It all soon became too much, the memories, the flashbacks, the pain and suffering. She had already lost so much, her mother, her people suffered and Luffy the one she loved, if she lost another precious person, she didn't know what she would do.
Without thinking she did the one thing she could do.
"Nami-sama!" she shouted out loudly with such desperation just like how she called out to Luffy just as Hody was about to kill her father.
Soon her voice vibrated and created a ripple like effect and suddenly there was an earthquake. This caused Sanbi to stop in his tracks feeling the tremors.
"What the, what is this?" asked Sanbi before he realized what was happening.
"Could it be…" said Sanbi in realization.
Everyone had an idea on what was happening. Those that were old enough to remember knew the feelings of this well from several years ago and even those who were only around during the battle of Fishman Island had an idea what was happening.
"Its just like last time," said Jinbe remembering the first time Shirahoshi called the sea kings in a moment of distress.
"Father, she's doing it again," said Fukaboshi.
"Yes she is, she's calling upon the power of Poseidon," replied Neptune.
"We should calm her down," said Ryuboshi.
"No we shouldn't," replied Neptune back.
The three brothers turned to their father for an explanation.
"Things are different than before. She is able to control now besides, she has that human princess with her," said Neptune referring to Vivi and her sisterly bound with Shirahoshi.
Soon the vibrations became worse and the water became rougher almost like there was a storm which was impossible considering they were 10 000 meters underwater which meant only one thing, sea kings. Soon the several massive figures emerged from the sea glaring down at Fishman Island or specifically a certain fishman.
"So you've done it at last, Poseidon," said Sanbi looking at the sea kings with a hard expression.
Ah so the battle of Fishman Island is reaching its boiling point. Shirahoshi has summoned the power of Poseidon.
Finally another chapter is out. Its been a long time but things just aren't going my way. Anyway to answer some questions from reviews.
First someone asked who are going to be helping the Straw Hats. Well the answer is just about everyone. Mostly everyone will be participating in the Final Battle. The surviving marines, the armies of Alabasta Kingdom, the armies of Fishman Island, the armies of Kaien Kingdom, the Kuja Pirates, the Red Hair Pirates, the Whitebeard Pirates, even people from Skypia will help. I already have a solid plan about how to get all these people together. By far the biggest problem is writing the story to get to that point because things just keep getting in the way.
Another person asked that since Kuma is dead, if someone would get his powers. The answer is no. The reason is because I cannot imagine anyone else besides Kuma with the paw paw fruit. I just looks wrong in my opinion. Certain fruits look good with anyone for example Lucci's leapoard leapord fruit. If any badass character gets that fruit I'm sure it'll be okay. However the paw paw fruit only looks good with Kuma so only he should have it.
The same person asked if Koala will help the Straw Hats after Sanbi's defeat. The answer is yes, she'll help. But she wouldn't help until the Final Battle because there wouldn't really be much for her. I mean all the character development as already happened.
Another person asked how Dragon would get the plans of Pluton from Franky. I think I'll keep that a secret because that particular aspect is a major part of that arc.
I'm trying to keep the powers "One Piece-ish". I don't want to bring in things that just don't seem to fit in with the One Piece theme. Part of the reason Oda is a genius is because he has an explanation for everything, powers included. If I start bringing in powers that just don't feel as if it should be in One Piece, then it would ruin the storyline.
You couldn't really have a "Return to Fishman Island Arc" which is meant to tie up all the loose ends without having Shirahoshi call forth the sea kings now could you.
This chapter is pretty much a battle chapter so not much notes are needed.
I specifically had Nami in danger as the trigger to Shirahoshi's calling of the sea kings because I felt out of the Straw Hats, besides Luffy, she was closest to Nami. This was mainly because both of them watched their mothers murdered before their eyes at a young age, and at the hands of a fishman of all things, Arlong for Nami and Hody for Shirahoshi. So I felt Shirahoshi will react most strongly to seeing Nami of all people hurt. I couldn't use Vivi because even though she's closer to Shirahoshi than everyone else, she's not exactly participating in the battle.
