Rule# 5 "Don't take from those who can't afford it."

He scanned the streets, sizing up the people below him.

"There, that one." He pointed to an old man. "Failing eyesight and slower reflexes means less likely to be caught, right?"

He looked over at his companion, who nodded slowly.

"Yes, but look closer. See his clothes? They're old and faded and do you see the stitching?" He squinted before turning to look at her blankly. She sighed. "They're not – look his clothes are showing signs of being repaired and re-sown, ok? And look how skinny he is. Do you see how he's only taking the cheapest stuff to? And just a little bit?"

He nodded, frowning.

"Normally, yes, older people are easier targets, but in this case. . ." she sighed. "New rule: don't take from those that can't afford it, it just hurts everybody. Got it?"

"Got it."

"Good," she ruffled his hair, ignoring the squawk of protest. "Now find a new one."

Still grumbling, he turned his attention back to the milling crowd. After a few minutes his eyes landed on a man.

"That one," he said again, pointing to the new target. "Fat, so he can obviously feed himself and the extra weight will make him slow. Clothes in good condition, colors are still bright, so they're new, right? And he's looking around with a droid carrying some stuff which would mean he's shopping? And he's an Imperial."

"Perfect." She smirked and he grinned. "Let's not keep him waiting."
