Thanks to my friend Wolf2 for his help on the story. I appreciate it my friend and thanks to those who left reviews. I don't own anything of Teen Titans, just my OC. Let the new chapter, begin!

The Prophecy part II

Library

Slade fires a fire blast at the heroes who jump out of the way. He jumps after Cyborg and Beastboy slamming his fist on the rocks causing both heroes to fall. Robin, Anna, and Starfire make it down and see Cyborg carrying Beastboy on his shoulders. But then Slade appears behind him and throws him away.

"Now, Titans, you're just delaying the inevitable."

Robin jumps in and tries punching Slade. "We're not leaving without that gem."

"You don't understand," said Slade. "You're not leaving at all."

Starfire appears behind the villain and throws him towards the wall. She then uses her eye blasts causing the statue to fall on Slade. She flies over to see if they won, but she sees he's above her. He then fires another fire blast hitting her and sending her crashing to the ground.

He goes to finish her off, but Cyborg blasts him away. Slade however gets up and so Cyborg tries blasting him again. Slade dodges with ease and dodges a punch from Robin. He grabs him by his cape and slams him to the wall. He then tosses him away as Beastboy charges in as a Triceratops.

Slade fires two fire balls, but Beastboy's armor on the front part of his face bounced them off. So Slade slams his fist on the ground causing a large fire blast to appear under the green hero and sends him flying into Cyborg.

Starfire tries blasting Slade away, but he catches one of her star bolts and like before he returns fire by combining it with his attack. It then hits the alien heroine sending her flying towards the wall. Robin tries grabbing his birdarang, but Slade crushes it with his feet.

"You know, I actually like working for someone else. It lets me be a little more hands-on," said Slade as he ignites his hand and is about to blast Robin, when Anna kicks him in the face again.

"Sorry Slade, but I'm not going to let you hurt Raven's friends," said Anna.

Slade gets up and cracks his neck. "You really shouldn't get involved in my business, little girl. That's a bad way to end up getting burned."

Anna smiles as she pulls out two guns from her back. "I've been burned before and it did hurt. How about you Slade? Will it hurt if I burn two holes in your body?"

Slade lets out a chuckle. "Go ahead, I can't be stopped."

"Wanna bet?" Anna aims her guns at Slade and opens fire.

Azarath

Meanwhile Raven is in the city looking for anyone to help her. She has been walking around what seems like hours and couldn't find anyone.

"Hello?" her voice echoes across the empty city. "Not like I expected a parade, but…"

She keeps looking, but couldn't find anyone. She then sees a dove flying by. She follows it and it leads her to the one person she was looking for. The older woman has the same hair and eye feature as Raven, except her cloak is white.

"Arella!" Raven flies up the tower and approaches the woman. "No, wait! I've come back. Mother, please help me."

Slade falls on one knee and clutched his right shoulder. He looks down where he got shot and looks shocked. Robin was also shocked, especially when he saw Anna used a gun to hurt Slade. All the powers and weapons his team used on him couldn't hurt or stop the masked villain. And yet, Anna's weapon can.

"Surprise?" Anna asked with a cocky smile across her face. "Good, because I've got more for you."

She opens fire on Slade who gets up and dodges the attacks. He runs from Anna who follows him and continues opening fire. Slade fires off several fireballs at the young girl, who jumps over them. She approaches him who slams his fist on the ground.

Anna saw this attack before and jumps out of the way as a large fire erupted from the ground. She opens fire on Slade grazing his hip. This made the masked villain upset and he unleashes two fire hands to grab Anna. She begins running away from them and runs towards the wall.

She runs up the walls as both fire hands hit the wall. She kicks off from the wall and does a flip. While in the air she opens fire and one bullet hits Slade's other shoulder making him yell out in pain. She lands behind him and puts her guns away.

She pulls out two gold brass knucks with cross symbols on the knuckles. She ducks a punch from Slade and punched him in the gut. She then punches him in the face and another to the left side of his face. The assault continues until Anna kicks him away sending him sliding across the ground.

Slade gets up slowly as he was getting exhausted. Something he didn't expect to happen because of what he is now. Anna takes out her guns and fires at Slade. One bullet hits him in the left rib side and the other hitting his right hip.

She then moves the guns down and shoots him in the legs causing him to fall over. He falls against the wall as Anna approaches him.

"This time I'll make sure you don't ever come back," but before she can pull the trigger a birdarang hits her hands knocking her guns out. She turns towards Robin angrily. "You asshole! What are you doing? I had him!"

"We don't kill Anna!" Robin shouted in response. "I'm not going to stand by and let you kill her."

"You stupid bastard, you may not kill, but I do," Anna replied as she tries to grab her runs but they are blasted out of the way by Starfire. "You too?"

"Friend, please do not make us hurt you," said Starfire as the others recover.

"Then I will."

Slade recovers and blasts Anna in the chest sending her flying towards the wall. She crashes hard and falls to the floor passing out. The Titans try to help her, but Slade stops them. He unleashes fire binds that trap the Titans and begin to burn them.

"You should have let her finish me off while you had the chance Titans," said Slade as his wounds begin to recover. "Now, you're all going to die."

Azarath

Arella faces her daughter, while petting the dove. "You always had a home here, my child. But help we could not give."

"The prophecy…it's happening," Raven holds up her book and approaches her mother. "You have to tell me how to stop it."

"Nothing could be done," said Arella. "The promise of your birth was absolute."

Raven angrily disagreed. "I don't believe you. There has to be a way," her tone softens. "I don't want to be this. I don't want to help him. Mother…I'm…afraid."

"You forever had the love of your people, Raven," says Arella. "Even knowing what you would become, and what that would bring. It was too late for Earth, just as it was too late for Azarath."

Suddenly the birds flap in front of Raven until she sees her once beautiful home is now in ruins.

"No," Raven whispered as she could hear a demonic laughter echoing the ruined city as four glowing red eyes stare at her.

Slade has the heroes trap as they struggle to break free. "Struggling only makes it worse…and how I hate to see you suffer. This won't hurt a bit."

"Wanna bet?"

Slade is hit by a large rock that sends him crashing into the wall. The Titans look up to see it was Raven, who is covered in red symbols that covered her body. They also see her eyes glowing and her expression is pure anger.

Slade breaks free from the rock and sees Raven floating down towards him. She then speaks to him in a menacing tone.

"I told you to leave them out of this!

How sweet. You've come back to save your friends," Slade mocked. "But you're only delaying their pain…and yours."

"Well, what are you waiting for?" Raven begins approaching Slade. "Aren't you going to attack? Reduce me to ashes? Or did your master forbid you from hurting me?" Slade holds back. "Did he order you to keep his gem safe?

"So Raven has the gem?" Cyborg.

"No," Robin replied as he puts it together. "Raven is the gem."

Slade knew he couldn't do anything now and decides to leave. "I'll be sure to give him your regards."

As Slade begins to sink to the ground, Raven pulls him back up. "I'm not finished yet! This time, I have a message for you.

Raven covers Slade in a dark aura and begins attacking him. She slams him against the walls and the ground. She walks past her friends who are all dumbfounded by what is going on."

"You tell him that he'll have to destroy me before I help him."

"You can tell him yourself," said Slade as he gets up. "The hour is near."

Raven drops a giant rock on him. She pulls him out and ferociously beats him down. She then crushes him with rubble and then summons a dark aura in the form of a bird. She unleashes it at Slade creating a large explosion. Slade somehow survived and looked unscathed.

"I'm not afraid of you anymore," said Raven as she is about to attack.

"You might not fear me. But look who's afraid of you," said Slade as he goes through the wall and disappears.

Raven turns around and sees the look of fear on her friend's faces. "Raven?"

Raven noticed Anna nearby on the ground. She flies towards her and checks on her friend. She sees the girl is unconscious and hurt.

"We have to get back, now!"

Titans' tower

Raven brings the others home and begins healing Anna. While she heals her she asks what happened. Robin explains how Anna got hurt and was shocked when Raven got upset with him. She explains that she knew Anna wanted to kill Slade and was okay with it.

This upset Robin and he asks why she was okay with it. Anna explains that part when she regained conscious. How Slade is fueled by demonic powers and that locking him up won't do a damn thing. Once she was properly healed she kicked Robin in the groin for almost getting her killed.

The other Titans apologized, but are still not okay with Anna killing Slade. Raven decides to try explaining why they needed to get rid of him. She didn't want to tell them, but she knew they had a right to know. So she begins telling them everything.

"The ancient order used the name Scath to protect the true identity of their master. We know him as Trigon."

Cyborg is shocked to know that' the bad guy they are up against. "Are you serious? That's what we're up against? Oh, man."

Starfire was in shocked too. "His cruelty is legendary, even on my world."

"So, what makes you go all glowy in the dark?" Beastboy asked.

"It's a warning," Raven explained. "It means Trigon is coming. And the way he gets here is through me. I'm not just a person. I'm a portal."

Robin sits next to her. "But, Raven, why you?"

Before Raven can respond Anna does it for her. "She's Trigon's daughter."

This shocked the others, except Raven who didn't bother denying it. "It's true. I am his daughter and he's my father."

Robin then turns towards Anna. "And you knew about this? Why didn't you tell us from the beginning?"

Anna gets up slowly and glares at the boy wonder. "Because I didn't want you to get involved like today, when you almost got me killed."

"I only did that to keep you from killing Slade," Robin replied in anger. "Who gives you permission to kill him anyways?"

"The Pope!" this caused the room to become silent for a moment. "The Vatican hires me to kill monsters, bad spirits, and demons. My job is to keep Raven from becoming the portal and kill anyone who works for Trigon. So congrats bird boy you almost killed a friend of the Pope."

"Oooooh, I am so glad my momma is not around to know what we did," said Cyborg.

Raven decides to calm the situation down before things get out of hand. "I'm sorry I lied to you guys about Anna, but I did it to keep you guys safe. I thought Anna and I could handle this alone. I tried…but…I was wrong."

Starfire walks up to her friend. "For confiding in us, we are most humbled."

"Yeah, I'm not sorry for keeping this a secret," Anna replied. "Especially since I knew I was right."

"I only have one question," Cyborg asked as he turns towards the two girls. "How do we stop him?"

"We don't," replies Raven.

"That doesn't mean we still can't try," said Beastboy confident they can win, but Raven knew the truth.

"He's right," said Anna agreeing with Beastboy. "We'll find a way Raven. We'll beat Slade and keep you from becoming the portal."

Raven looks out the window with an unsure look. For the sake of the world, I hope your right.

Meanwhile

Slade is in the cave again giving his report to Trigon. "The prophecy has been revealed. The portal has accepted her fate."

"You served me well, Slade. Continue to please me and I shall honor our deal," said Trigon speaking to his servant. "I shall return what you have lost."

Slade's forehead begins to glow. "I am depending on it…there is something else. I fought a girl earlier whose weapon somehow managed to hurt me. How is that possible?"

Trigon knew this would happen, but didn't think the mortals would find out about his arrival so soon. "She must be working for the same group of humans who helped the people of Azarath seal me away. This must be the same child who is helping keep my daughter from becoming the portal."

"Who is she?" Slade asked.

"I don't know," said Trigon. "She looks human, but I sense she is different. Do nothing until I find out."

Slade nods his head. "As you wish."

Slade got his ass kicked and almost got killed. Robin really should have let Anna kill Slade. Will she do it next time? And what will Anna do to keep Raven safe? Find out next time to see what happens. Please leave some reviews and let me know what you thought of the chapter. If you didn't like it then don't leave a flame review.
