Hey guys thanks for all the reviews they mean so much! How's your weekend been? This would have been updated yesterday but I was watching 1D day XD and all I say is thanks to home and away because there doing a similar story line with Casey. So thanks to them. Day 2
"Right Tom you have had more physio yesterday so were going to try and get you standing again and maybe just maybe talk a step we are just going to get the support poles because you have got good upper strength. I will be back now" the Doctor that we know now is called Jonny said in his Scottish accent. He soon came back in with them and a couple of helping hands,
"You ready? Even though Sam's not here" Jonny asked
"As ever and yeah I'm ok with that" Tom replied
"Right 1, 2, 3" Jonny said then lifted Tom up. He instantly grabbed the poles and a smile instantly spread across his face as he hadn't fell
"There you go" Jonny said, "Do you want to try a step?" Jonny asked and Tom nodded and slowly his foot went forward and then Tom said
"I'm doing it" Tom said like a child who has just learnt to ride a bike and he took another step and then another then he ran out of strength and flopped back onto the bed,
"Really great progress Tom I think you can be discharged today" Jonny said
"Thanks and Jonny"
"Yes"
"Don't tell Sam I have a plan" Tom said and whispered something into Johnny's ear and Jonny nodded and walked off just as Sam walked in,
"Don't say I missed your appointment"
"Yeah he says I can be discharged today"
"Wow seriously"
"Yeah he says now I got feeling in my legs I can go home"
"It's gone so fast"
"Yeah, Sam I was thinking maybe we can get married on Christmas Day"
"That would be great Tom but that's next week"
"I know but we could make it happen"
"Yeah let's try it we can make it happen"
"Right here's the discharge sheets" Jonny said walking in "Just sign here, here and here. And then you can get off" Jonny said and Tom signed it
"I have made a follow up appointment with the out doctors and with the physio for two weeks' time."
"Thanks for everything Jonny" Tom said
"Your welcome Tom I hope to see you soon but let's hope your jumping around by then"
"Yeah thanks so much" Tom said and with that they left
