Chapter 12

"It's snowing. It's been a while since I've seen snow." I stated. Law then extended his arm behind me and pulled me closer to him. Before I knew it, Law had pulled me even closer and immediately kissed me. When he backed away I was left in a bit of a daze. It was the first time I've ever been kissed and now I was in a daze. Then when I snapped out of the daze, Law was smiling and I was blushing too much. Law then hugged me and I felt my heart beating faster.

"I never got to kiss you before like this. Now that I got to I wouldn't mind doing it again." Law declared. Then I realize Law was teasing me this whole time. Even though he did tease me, I didn't really mind. Later we went out of the room and into the kitchen to find my siblings were all making cookies. But they stopped and surrounded Law again.

"Will you stop that?" I shouted. Immediately my siblings froze, backed up, and stayed silent.

"If you want to talk with Law then you're going to stop surrounding him like that otherwise he won't talk to you!" I announced. Then just like that they all dropped their heads low and went back to making cookies. Like that they stopped surrounding Law and things went out alright. Later Law and I helped out my siblings. We were all having fun until the lights started flickering on and off. Suddenly my stomach just turned around and I was getting a chill down my back. Moments later the lights went off followed by a huge crash. Quickly I looked around and saw someone rushing out the kitchen.

So I followed and chased after that person. Then I ended up outside in the cold, but I was still hot on the person's trails. Just as I was about to full on fledge tackle the person, I lost him. When I looked around I ended up right in front of the school. Quickly I hurried to the doors to find them open. Quietly I came in and closed the door behind me. Even though the school was dark I could still see. After a while of walking straight I found footprints leading into a hallway that seemed to have come from the person I was chasing before.

When I followed the footprints it led me to the back of the auditorium. Even the door to the back of the auditorium was unlocked. So quietly I walked in and I saw the footprints continue up a flight of stairs. I continued to follow the footprints until it led me to a strange room that I never thought would even be here. There was a little light radiating through the cracks of the door and the key hole. Carefully I knelt down and peeked through the key hole. Like that I saw everything and I solved where all the kidnapped people went.

There in that room Chopper and Oscar. But I also found my brother Robert and Phoenix there. Then again they must've just gotten kidnapped. What bothered me the most was that Axel was there too? He wasn't tied up like the other, but rather watching like a guard. Plus he was smiling evilly at the others. Later a weird looking person came, but the back of his head was facing me at the moment, so I couldn't have guess who the person was. Even the voice seemed unfamiliar, but it felt as though I should've recognized him from somewhere before.

"Nice job on today's catch. Did you make sure that that pesky girl didn't follow you up here?" the mystery person questioned. Axel shook his head while still smiling evilly.

"I make extra footprints everywhere to confuse her. Plus I don't think she's that smart anyways. I haven't been caught by her yet. And she has a thing for me. So she doesn't suspect me one bit." Axel replied. Just like that I became a hot head. I just wanted to bust in there and knock hell into him. But for now I had to keep a low profile and make sure that I wouldn't get spotted.

"Good. Now that we have her precious older brother and sister there's no way she can figure out who we really are. Plus now we got a powerful group. After I'm through with them nothing will stop up from finding One Piece and become the greatest pirates known! In a few days make sure you capture our next target without that stupid girl getting in the way." the mystery person declared. When I took another look at the people he captured I realize Robert was casually looking this way and from reading his mind I could tell he wanted me to leave right away. But he also wanted me to keep this a secret for now. Like that I quickly left before anything else happened.

When I got outside of the school I saw it stopped snowing, but now there were a lot of snow on the ground. Plus since I rushed out without a jacket I started to feel absolutely freezing. But I tried my best to head home even though I forgot my snail phone at home. It was probably a good idea too considering that if it did ring all of a sudden then I would've been caught. Since I didn't I didn't get caught, but now I had to struggle to get home.

Finally after a while of walking in the snow I made it home. I was instantly greeted by sad siblings and a worried boyfriend. Before I was scolded by Law for being careless, he helped me get warm by making me hot chocolate and turning the fireplace on.

"What were you thinking running outside while it was snowing like that without a jacket too? Where did you go anyways? I tried calling your snail phone but then I realize you left it here. Then I tried searching for you but your footprints got covered up." Law scolded. I sighed, took another sip of the hot chocolate and tried to explain to him that I lost the person even though I really didn't.

"I thought I had him this time, but then I ended up losing him at the beach. So then I thought about walking home, but then I got lost in the snow storm and ended up at the school. Finally here I am." I explained. Law looked really frustrated, but then he sat down beside me and wrapped his arms around me.

"Alicia, next time promise me that you won't do another silly thing like that again. I thought I lost you forever." Law announced. Carefully I placed the hot chocolate down, gave Law a hug, and then gave him a kiss on the lips.

"I'm sorry, Law. I guess I got too caught up in trying to save people from disappearing that I forgot just how much I meant to you. I promise I won't another silly thing like that again." I declared. Law smiled and kissed me back. As we hugged I couldn't stop thinking who the next target will be. I started getting worried that the next target might just be Law.
