School is done and now I am going to work on finishing this story. We are getting close to the episode of "The End". For those who know about the episode, then you're in for a surprise. For those who haven't seen it then I think you're going to life this.
I want to thank my friend Wolf2 for his help on the story and to all the readers who left reviews on this story. I appreciate it guys. I'm glad to see how many people like this story. I hope to finish this and not have to redo it like I did with the last one.
Now, let's get going with the disclaimer. I don't own anything of Teen Titans, just my OC. Let chapter 19, begin!
Trip
Raven's room
Raven is in her room fixing her hair while going over everything that happened. After Starfire left she talked to Anna about what they are going to do for the rest of the day. Anna wants to take her out for dinner, but since they are trying to keep their relationship a secret they can't do that. A relationship?
That's right. It has just dawn on her that they are in a relationship. They have been together for a while now and know each other well. She never thought she would one day have someone to be with, especially after what she is destined to do.
At least that's what Anna keeps telling her will never happen. She won't end the world. She won't become the portal to free her father. And she won't give up and help him destroy all life on Earth.
Weeks ago she was worried about all of that and how she was afraid of her father. Thanks to her girlfriend knocking some sense into her now she doesn't have to worry about that. In fact, ever since she been together with Anna she doesn't have to worry about losing control over her powers and about hurting her girlfriend. Wait, is she my girlfriend?
"We haven't dated yet, so are we girlfriend and…girlfriend?"
"Yes we are," Anna appeared behind Raven and wraps her arms around the pale girl's neck hugging her. "But, if it's a date you want then I have an idea on where we can go for our first."
Raven turns around and stares at Anna curious on what she's up to. "Where? And you're not going to do anything illegal right?"
Anna fakes a hurt expression and tries to act it out. "How dare you. I thought after all this time we've been together you would know me better."
Raven however was no convinced and continued interrogating her girlfriend. "Anna."
Anna knew she was not fooling her girlfriend and gives up. "Fine, I plan to take you out for our first date in three days. It will be nothing illegal, but we need to go at night and it's someplace where no one will bother us, not even the cops."
Raven lets out a small groan and rubs her temples. "That's not reassuring me Anna."
Anna leans forward and kisses her on the cheek. "Don't worry, you'll love it. Anyways, I have to go tonight and meet up with some friends."
"Wait, you're leaving?" Raven asked a little worried.
Anna noticed her girlfriend's concerned look and gives her a hug for comfort. "I'll be fine. My friends just need some assistance with something. It won't take me long, I promise."
Raven begins to relax and tries smiling. "Okay, when do you get back?"
"I'll be back before our date so in two days," Anna replied. "It all depends on how long it takes, but I promise I will be back before our date."
Raven lets out a small sigh. "Fine, just don't get in trouble okay?"
Anna moves in and kisses her girlfriend on the lips. The two continued kissing for a minute before pulling away. "I always try…oh by the way if Robin asks where I went tell him I went to see some friends, bye."
Anna ran out of the room quickly before Raven could say anything. The Goth heroine lets out an annoyed sigh that her girlfriend left her as the messenger to Robin. She knew those two were not on the same level ever since he almost got her killed, but whenever Anna needed to go somewhere Robin always asks where she goes. It then leads into an argument and always ends with Anna shooting him in the shoulder.
"Those two better get along soon or Robin is going to find someone else to heal his wounds," said Raven as she pulls out a book and opens it only to find a gun inside. "Damn it Anna! Stop putting your fake books in my book shelf!"
Meanwhile
Robin is with Cyborg going over the defenses of the Tower. Despite the problems he has with Anna, the two came to an agreement on giving the tower some upgrades to use against Slade. Thanks to her they found out when the prophecy would be fulfilled. This means before the day is over Raven will be needed to be used to open the portal and free Trigon.
Anna is confident she'll stop Slade by then, but if by some miracle he gets passed her they had to be prepared. So after going over all the Titans needed to know about the type of danger they will be up against they started working on some upgrades to protect the tower. Anna learned that alone science and magic are strong.
However, if they combined the two together then they can become unstoppable. At least that's what their hoping for.
"Think this will work?" Cyborg asked.
"It should," Robin replied looking over all the upgrades they made. "Anna is confident this will work and it will keep Slade out of the tower. By the time he makes his way in the day will be over and Raven will be safe."
"Speaking of which, how is she?" Robin knew what Cyborg was talking about.
"She knows when the day will happen, but she doesn't seem worried," said Robin. "I think it has something to do with her spending all her time with Anna."
"I've noticed that," said Cyborg. "I'm glad though since she has been helping keep Raven safe."
Robin nods in agreement. "Still, I wish I could talk to her. Earlier I went to go see her, but Starfire stopped me and asked me out for lunch."
Cyborg began snickering. "From what I heard she did more than that."
Robin's face begins brightening up, but keeps his composure. "I-I don't know what you're talking about."
Cyborg rolled his eyes and decides not to tell his friend what happened. How he and Beastboy went to the security room to look over some footages to see if Silky has been eating the couch again. He has, but then they spotted Starfire grabbing Robin and kiss him on the lips. It shocked both boys and they decided not to say anything about what they saw.
"Anyways, I'm going to go see Raven and see how's she's doing," said Robin as he walks towards the door. "If you see Anna go over the simulations and see if we're missing anything."
Cyborg nods his head. "No problem."
Common room
Raven floats in and heads towards the kitchen where she begins fixing up her tea. As she waits for her tea to be ready she continues reading the book Anna gave her. Beauty and the Beast, not exactly the kind of book she would read, but her girlfriend loves it. She even enjoys the part where the woman falls in love with the Beast despite how he looks.
She asked Anna why loves that part. Her response is love comes not from what a person looks like, but who that person is on the inside. That is why she fell in love with her. Not because of her looks, even though she looks beautiful, but what's on the inside that she fell in love with.
Raven couldn't help but smile when she remembers Anna telling her that. It made her feel good about herself that her girlfriend feels about her. It was better than what Malchior once said about her and how he tried using her. She doesn't have to worry about her girlfriend doing that.
"Raven?" she looks over and sees Starfire flying towards her. "Where is Anna? Are you taking what is known as the 'break'?"
Raven giggles softly at how her friend still has a lot to learn about things on Earth. "No, no she just took off for a mission and won't be back in two days."
Starfire lets out a high pitch squeal. "Oh I cannot believe you two are going out on your first date. We need to buy a beautiful dress before the night of your date."
Raven soon regretted telling her friend about that. "No, I don't need a dress Star. I'm just going to go out like this."
"But, it is your first day should you not wear something pretty?" Starfire asked. "I have read that in every first of the dates both daters must wear pretty outfits since the first date is always important."
"R-really?" Raven asked never realizing how important this could be.
Starfire nods her head. "Yes, if the date does not go well then the couple will break up."
Raven now was getting more nervous. She never realized how important a first date is. She looks down at her clothes and sees they are not appropriate for a first date. She needs to get a dress, not something beautiful but something that looks good enough for a first date.
That means though she'll need to ask for help from the only person who can help her find such a dress. Although it's a decision she might soon regret.
"Starfire…can you help me…find a dress?"
Starfire's eyes were filled with so much joy that Raven soon regretted what she said, but it was too late. "Oh I have been waiting for this moment for so long. Yes! Of course I'll help you. I will help you find the perfect dress for your date!"
Robin comes into the room and turns towards the girls. "Hey Raven, can we talk?"
"Later!" Starfire shouted as she grabs her friend. "Come, we must find the dress my friend!"
Starfire flies out of the room with her friend leaving Robin confused. "Um, what just happened?"
Meanwhile
Anna is at the airport heading towards a large private jet plane. She boards inside and puts her stuff away as she sits down in the soft leather seat. She lets out a small groan enjoying the comfort of the seats. After the doors closed she sees someone walking towards her.
She appears to be around her age, she has long white hair, blue eyes, and plain skin. She is wearing a long white dress and high heels.
She sits down in front of Anna who smiles at the girl. "I never imagined I would see you wearing that."
The girl smiles at Anna and nods. "I was on the job when I got the call. I'm glad I did because I hate wearing this stuff."
"Awwww, but you look cute," said Anna.
The girl rolls her eyes. "I would be careful what you say, especially since you have a girlfriend."
Anna looks on surprised. "How long have you known that?"
"For a while now," said the girl as she pulls out a bottle of water. "She's beautiful, but I doubt she's good in bed."
Anna giggles. "She's working on it don't worry. Anyways, is she over there?"
The girl nods her head. "I told her not to make a move until we arrive. We should be there soon."
"Good," Anna takes out a pillow. "You're okay with me going to kill your old man?"
The girl lets out a small sigh. "He is not my father anymore, especially what you have told me. So, put him down quickly."
Anna nods her head. "I will Rose and thanks for being okay with this."
Rose Wilson pulls out her gear and mask. "You're welcome."
Middle East
Outside a large cave a cloaked figure appears holding a gray rag in his hand. He lifts it up and takes a look at it. The rag is covered in symbols that appear demonic. He removes it and sees a small dark blade as voices begin to be heard.
He covers the blade again and the voices are gone. "Get ready little girl, because I'm coming for you."
I don't think I need to tell you guys who it was that appeared at the end. Yes I brought in Rose Wilson aka Ravager. She is the daughter of Slade and for those who want to know about her, well then look up the info online. And yep Raven is now off to find a dress with Starfire.
Will she survive? Will she find the dress she needs before Anna comes back? Who is her other friend that needs her and Rose's help? And what will happen when Slade comes back?
Find out next time to see what happens. Please leave some reviews and let me know what you thought of the chapter. If you didn't like it then don't leave a flame review. Take care, see you all next time, and have a nice day.
