AN: If you where offended that Lightning and Death was reposted I hope that you find a small amount of entertainment in this small amount of writing. I have had a writers block for this story for so long this is all I have written in around six months.
-Hiccups Point of View Through Storytelling-
After Astrid and I got Fishlegs to safety we worked on freeing both him and Meatlug from the net. As we were maneuvering the last of the netting around both of their husky frames Snotlout and Hookfang landed next to us.
Astrid started yelling before I could talk "What are you doing Snotlout? Get back out there and work on those ships!".
"I can't, Hookfang is all out. He needs to rest for a while." Snotlout said, gesturing to his dragon which coughed up small droplets of flame. The twins landed soon after.
"What's going on? Why isn't everyone blowing something up." Tuff yelled.
"We are pulling back for some rest. Everyone be ready to fly in five minutes." I commanded.
"Um, where is Freya?" Snotlout asked. I looked over to see no dragons in the air above the bay. Suddenly, I saw Starfire to the right over the beach. Freya and Starfire were flying at high speed over the beach and strait at the approaching ships.
"She just fell off!" Astrid called as we all saw a dark figure fall off Starfire's back.
"Astrid come on, we have to get her out of that water before she ..." I commanded before I was interrupted by a loud bang and a brilliant ball of purple light that consumed the incoming ships.
"Cool" the twins cooed in unison.
"You were saying." Astrid mocked as we saw Starfire circle around and hover over were Freya had fallen. A straggler ship sailed around the burning ships and fired a net at Starfire. She fell into the ocean withe Freya.
"Everyone in the air now!" I commanded. We took of and headed for the ship. Getting closer we could see they had both Starfire and Freya captured in the net.
"Stay back!" I commanded as the ship started firing at us.
"Hiccup what do we do?" Astrid questioned.
AN: Very under-welming I know. This is a writers trap for me as I want to write the next act but the story is currently in a lull time.
Therefore, If anyone wants to help me write this chapter out I would be very grateful. The events of the chapter should progress as follows:
Midnight Sun is told from the perspective of Hiccup
The Dragon riders find Freya passed out on the beach and Astrid is charged to take care of her
Arbiter lands on Berk and Hiccup, Stoick, and Alvin go to talk to him
Arbiter reveals that he was investigating the source of the serge of Pirates that have attacked the empire's settlements
Arbiter tells Hiccup that it is his responsibility to expand Berks influence and prevent pirates and raiders from heading east and threatens that if they can't stop the pirates then a legion of the empires soldiers will most likely be sent into these waters to purge it of all uncivilized life.
Arbiter and Alvin depart.
