It's back and with a decent sized chapter to boot!
We were all waiting in the club room at school readying ourselves for the rating game to begin as the clock counted the seconds down. Everyone was in the Kuoh academy uniform apart from Xenovia and Asia, they were in their church gear. Xenovia in her battle suit and Asia in her nun's uniform. In addition to my standard uniform I also had my Neko-tear necklace from my mother and now another necklace which had a small fox tail adorning it, that was a one-time sacrifice for the teleportation and my way to get out of being kissed. Last minute thought but a good one at that.
The mood in the room was a tense one as they were all nervous and almost hesitant towards the upcoming battle. Diodora had waged a head game on them before the Rating game, he was making them think twice and would be a winning thing to do if I wasn't level-headed and to be honest, not actually caring about the predicament. Despite wearing a rather stoic expression, I was actually brooding on the inside. When we appear into the obviously rigged rating game, i'm gonna want to go all-out straight away but that'll give up our game so I have to wait for an appropriate time. It's rather annoying for me.
Once the clock hit the hour, the magic circle in the centre of the room flashed briefly to alert us that they were ready to transfer us to the game. We then all stood in the circle and were teleported away.
The place we arrive into looked like it was plucked straight out of Greek mythology, the thick marble pillars solidified that fact. The grounds were tremendous in size and there was a large-looking shrine in the distance to our left. From the off it was easy to tell that this place was not a rating game, the previous two held the same vibe. They were bland atmospheres with no vibrant feel but this one did, it held a familiar resemblance to the area it was. It was similar in the fact that it held other demonic presences along with their scents with hit my nose straight away.
The only strange thing I noticed from the start was that Asia was missing as the others had noticed just before me. Diodora had taken her leaving a note behind for Rias who looked pretty angry at reading it, I noticed her just about to speak to us all before demonic magic in the area spiked tremendously. The party was just about to start. I looked over towards them and hundreds of magic circles appeared into the area with no two looking the same, they were all different and held mutliple shadows each. As the new devils showed themselves, I felt an immense unknown magic spike behind me when I turned around I saw a one-eyed old man sneaking towards Akeno with his eye firmly placed on her ass. If Azazel's information on other factions were correct then this'd be the perverted old geezer, Odin the Norse God and the ruler of Asgard.
"Oi Odin, leave Akeno's ass alone."
My voice brought everyone's attention to him and away from the enemy. Odin looked like a suspicious animal as he propped his head up and looked around.
"Only if you tell me why you didn't tell Rias-chan and the others about this."
Well shiiiit, it seems like we've been found out. Maybe I shouldn't trust Azazel with important things like this in the future. If it doesn't result in a scientifical ending then Azazel is more than liekly gonna be useless. I'll have to trust Shemhaza instead.
Hard stares came my way then as they all got suspicious about me.
"Also, what about you possibly infuriating the Khaos Brigade by sneaking into their base and blowing a hole in the centre causing a diversion for a fallen angel buddy who kidnapped the Ouroborus Dragon."
All I could do was smirk at Odin as he mentioned that, I suppose they forced Azazel to say everything. They probably threatened his research.
"Azazel tells me to keep my first job as a cadre secret and he goes and blabs it to everyone. Ah well, you didn't have to know it like we, Fallen Angels, did. Put 2 and 2 together and you'd know that Diodora was working with the Khaos brigade and something would happen to Asia. I mean he pesters us about her while repeatedly saying no and uses her as a wager for the rating game plus he becomes really strong out of nowhere, something's gotta be wrong and the only being who can supply a strength boost like that is Ophis. What I want to know is why you higher ups didn't tell us? Rias and the others have naiivety on their side but you lot don't, what's your excuse?"
Then I got an answer I didn't expect from the old man, it was a simple shrug of his shoulders before summoning a spear and throwing it. The end result of the spear was the eradication of a lot of enemy devils. The spear in question was an extremely legendary one at that, Gungnir, Odin's personal spear.
"Go, young ones. I will defend you until you reach the shrine."
"Scratch that Old man, i've got your back on this one."
"But Gin-kun, we need you. You are a vital part of our group."
I turned towards Rias at her plea and sighed as I looked to her a little disappointed.
"I will not be listening to you again Rias. Let's just say that Diodora and his peerage aren't enough to sate my thirst."
I quickly turned away from her and looked towards my new enemy and huffed a small sigh as I heard their footsteps getting repeated further away with each sound. I then turned to my right to see Odin looking at me with a small smirk.
"You could have just praised them, Gin-neko. It wouldn't of done any harm."
"Not to them."
I replied back to him quietly but not quiet enough to escape his hearing.
I brought my hand up to the necklace and I pulled on the tail breaking the necklace and throwing it up into the air as each chain link forms a point on the magic circle that appears. Quickly after it formed I was sprinting towards the enemy devils with my Tsukiyomi ice armour forming itself around my body with my ice wings stretching themselves out.
I summoned Vorpal to my left hand and Dragonrend to my right as I continued to close down the distance between myself and the enemy devils as Asahi teleports himself, Raynare and Kalawarnar possibly along with Azazel too.
Charging into the enemy forces, a strange thought came to mind as I cut through two devils with my swords. Their bodies slacked and dropped to the ground, they didn't disappear, they just lay there spewing out blood. I was surprised, I half expected this to be another Rating Game-like area but only they had the privilege of being teleported away when defeated. I suppose that could be too much for our opponents to do but there are cases of deaths during Rating Games so nothing is absolute.
With Odin's help, the enemy devils went down like flies. I was wittling them down one by one with my swords as I zipped between each enemy to conserve as much energy as I could while Odin charged his legendary spear, Gungnir and let it fly absolutely decimating their forces probably killing a hundred with each blast. Each blast caused a tremendous tremor to course through the ground shaking us around lightly. It's power was insane, easily trumped what I can do but it was still lacking. Exactly what I expect from a God.

The Old-Maou devils just kept coming, it was wave after wave of enemies that didn't deter in the slightest. It was like I was actually in a horde mode for video games. It was intense but severly lacking, it felt wrong. The feeling I was getting was strange, it was like these devils were just forfeiting their lives. It felt like they were just stalling for time and that's when I felt and understood it.
A huge wave of demonic and dragonic power radiated through the whole area in a thick and almost suffocating air. It was also one that was too familiar for comfort. My perverted brother was up to something but his balance breaker exerted an aura that pales in comparison to this one and there was only one form I could think of and that was Juggernaut Drive, an ability which is pretty much self-sacrifice to achieve your want and the thought of that scares me slightly. Issei may annoy me and be perverted beyond belief but he is still my brother whether we are blood related or not, I cant allow him to die here and now no matter the reason. Okaa-san and Otou-san definitely don't want that either.
I turned around from killing the devils and saw Kiba running out from the shrine with Rias in his arms and the rest of them following after but there was no Issei or Asia. I break out into a sprint straight away as I watch the shrine crumble into ruins and a red dragon bursts from it roaring up into the open sky. Upon approach I could see Vali and his team descending from the sky with what looked to be Asia's body in Vali's hands.
Vali dropped Asia's body to Xenovia and started to fly back up into the sky as I came to a halt in front of Rias.
"Vali! I need your help."
Vali and his team stopped as soon as my voice came out. He turned around to look at me with a smirk plastered on his face but I could tell he was surprised just like the others here.
"I take it you have a plan to stop Juggernaut Drive."
"I do, it's suicidal without you though. You gonna help me?"
Vali narrowed his gaze but continued to effortlessly float above us in the sky with his arms crossed. He heaved a slight sigh before replying.
"What do you want me to do?"
"Just divide his powers once I start to move and don't worry about anything else. Can you do that?"
Vali's smirk stayed on his face as he thought through my plan, he knew my whole plan. It's the only thing that could work right now unless a song would actually work but I don't think we have a song for Issei. I'm not sure whether I would want to hear it if we did, I have a bad premonition on what it could sound like.
"I can Gin. Just make sure you don't die on me here."
Upon hearing the word die, Rias grabbed a hold of my shirt finally understanding the whole plan. Despite her firm grip, I could feel my shirt shaking due to her full-body tremble. She was nervous. If Issei was to go on any longer he will die but if I try to distract him, i'll probably die. The only thing I can do right now is hope I can hold him down with my ice long enough for Vali to halve his current power to the point where his armour disappears or Issei falls unconscious. This is a dangerous game but one i'm willing to play.
"...Gin-kun, you won't die right?"
Rias voice was extremely quiet but was also very timid, for the first time in a while she was completely shaken. She had no idea what to do. The possibilities are probably too much for her.
"Lose limbs, probably. Destroy important parts of my body, maybe. But dying? That's a no, even if I did i'd have 7 lives left."
Always joke in a dire situation, you have to relieve the tension somehow.
Keeping my vision on the roaring/crying Issei, my armour thickens around my body and expands forcing Rias' hand off of me and solidifying me in a thicker set of armour that encompasses my whole body forcing the wings to grow dramatically in size as both my divinity and ice magic were being pushed to overdrive as I was pushing my body to the limit to have a chance to pull of what I am going to do.
I waved my left hand twice before setting off towards Issei to alert Vali ad get himself ready, I know he wouldn't bail on me. He wouldn't let either me or Issei die until it's by his own hands, I suppose that isn't really good but it's a lifesaver right now.
In one large swoop, I jumped straight from the bottom of the steps to the top and right in front of the howling red dragon that was exerting an insanely heavy pressure. In a split second, Issei came straight at me planning to bite straight down into my neck or into my head thankfully a split second was all I needed to get him to attack the area that was needed. As soon as I saw him move I dropped the right side of my body forcing the dragon-Issei to clamp his jaw down right into my shoulder, his emerald eyes glowed as the word 'Boost' continually bellowed out of him strengthening his jaws further and further slowly breaking through the resistance of my ice that was starting to give in. I decided to drop the resistance and allowed him to bite into me allowing my blood to freeze his jaw making my ice armour to take a hold of Issei himself.

My shoulder snapped instantly from the dragon's bite as all resistance was for naught under the dragon's power and it's continual boosts. Issei's power continues to surge around, even going as far as to enter my body. The draconic surge itself headed straight for my back and burst out into my wings and tail causing them to extend as I felt my back heat up. I could feel the pressure surrounding my wings and the unfamiliar weight of them that appeared.

As Albion's voice resounds out of his armour decreasing Issei's strength, I heard a faint whisper of the same word from within the red dragon and felt my body slouch slightly as my ice started to chip audibly echoing around the grounds.

Vali continued to divide as my ice's hold started to slacken around Issei. Two of my phantom swords appeared above me and shimmered in a white light as they gained dragon slayer properties and pierced into the tail of the dragon as an extra set of resistance rather than trying to kill him. I could see the special properties taking affect along with Vali's dividing as the narrowed emerald eyes flash weakly in front of me.
This was now a good a time as any, the only problem is that I really, really don't particularly wanna do something like this and to think uttering something like it could save his life is rather preposterous but I have to.
"Issei, get it together! You don't wanna die here, right?! You haven't lost your virginity yet, can you really let yourself die before you do! Are you going to leave me and the others behind?! Think of all the breasts you'll be leaving behind if you die right here and now. Rias' bountiful busom, Akeno's firm tits, Asia's modest breasts, Xenovia's ample rack, Koneko's small chest. Can you really allow yourself to die without getting your fill? Can you call yourself a real man with dying before losing your virginity?"

It's getting through to him! I'm not really sure whether I should feel happy or sad about this. Anyway I gotta keep going.
"Gin … is he really responding to that?"
"Yes he is! Just forget about it for now."
Vali's voice was a little off, he seemed to feel the same way as I do about this whole mess. That's all this was, a mess whether we succeed or not. The only good thing that comes out of it is that Issei comes out with his life but the fact will remain that he was saved by his incessive lust for breasts and the fact that he is still a virgin. They aren't really something that should save a life.
"Think about them Issei, think about the breasts you'll no longer see if you don't fight the curse. Don't let the Juggernaut Drive's curse take you under, fight it. Fight it so you can feel breasts once again. If you let this beat you then you don't love breasts as much as you say, you'll just be a fraud with a fake dream of being a harem-king. How can you even become a harem-king when dead anyway?"

To think that it's working is annoying, i'll need to severly rinse my mouth out after this along with fixing my arm.
"Vali, full steam ahead. Diamond Dust Veil."
Thousands of diamon shards appear around me and Issei cooling the air around us forming snowflakes that descend onto us forming small layers of ice containing small amounts of Vali's divide.

A series of cracks resound, echoing throughout the area as small creases form in the armour of the red dragon that was chomping into my shoulder. I let my two phantom swords disappear as I saw the cracks grow in size and I pump the rest of my magic into my armour allowing it to completely engulf the red dragon as it's powers were wavering. With only the right side of my body free, I cocked back my arm and balled my hand into a fist before letting it fly effortlessly passing straight through the ice and straight into the body of the dragon smashing it's armour completely leaving behind only Issei's body beaten and bruised.
I phased my left side of my body out of the ice chunk and dropped down to the floor in exhaustion as my ice armour disappeared from around my body. Using what little energy I had left, I brought out my Senjutsuu and checked Issei's life force. It was low, for a devil at least. Luckily he has more time than a human does but who knows what could happen in that time. Feeling my energy drain out of me, my upper half drops back from the lack of energy and feel myself drop onto something warm and soft rather than a cold and hard floor. Looking up I saw a smiling Serafall who also looked a little tired but also a little solemn at my drooping arm.
"Gin-chan, the date has been set. We'll be married in a week..."
I didn't hear anything else after that as I felt the remnants of my energy disappeared allowing my body to finally get some much needed rest.
I had a big problem figuring out the speech to Issei, getting rid of the song caused me way too much unneeded hassle but i feel it works this way.
I know the original side of things is a song can quell a dragon but this is Issei we are talking about.
He comes out of nowhere to overpower Vali in canon because of the thought he would divide breasts and then he even takes Albion's power.
The things he can do just because he is a pervert are somewhat limited, it feels that way anyway so why not break out of Juggernaut Drive by drilling into his head that he'll die a virgin? It seems plausible to me and that's why i went with it.
