5 days after the destruction of Ponyville. Silver was took to court. Princess Candace, Celestia, and Luna were all there. Shining couldn't come because of, well, his bones broke. The jury slammed his mallet down.
"The trial will begin, The defendant however has no one else to help him, so, he's the loyer." The jury said. He then turned towards the victim. He was a yellow unicorn.
"Okay, so me and my buddy were walking along the streets of Appleloosa, when this white hedgehog came along. He blew stuff up with these giant telekinesis cuts. Every time someone tried to attack him. It just fired b-" The unicorn couldn't finish.
"OBJECTION!" Silver yelled.
(Burn: Suddenly Phoenix Write.)
Everyone looked at Silver.
"So, I attacked the city, I approve I did not do that."
"Well, what are you waiting for!? Support this evidence." The judge commanded. Silver pulled something from under the desk.
"TAKE THAT!" Silver yelled throwing a picture at the judge. He caught with her magic though. The picture had Silver attacking a few ponies.
"Is this when you attacked the citizens?" The judge asked, Having the question of why he showed this to him. Everyone glared at Silver.
"Yes, it's the one thing that's been bothering me, if I tried to kill you then." Silver slammed his hands on the desk and pointed at the judge.
"Why am I not attacking you now!?" He questioned.
(Ckid: Enough with the Phoenix Write bullsh*t.)
Everyone in the court room looked a bit in question of that too. The princesses just rolled their eyes.

Silver smirked accepting himself as if he won the lottery. He was sure to win. But the tables turned.
(Blaine: You don't mean that literally don't you?)

The unicorn then smirked.
"There is logical exclamation for that. You just want to win don't you." The unicorn asked. Everyone except the princesses, went in shock.
(Burn: Why is everything in this court room so over dramatic!?)
(Ckid: Maybe it's the first time they had a court in Canterlot.)
(Burn: THAT MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE! :.
"Your not attacking now because you don't want to suffer the consequences if you lose!" He shouted at Silver. Silver gasped, he didn't want to attack them, he didn't remember anything at that time, what was he suppose to do? Go to the past of what happened?
"You as well attack 3 places in Equestria. Ponyville, Appleloosa, and Canterlot. It's all coming back to you now isn't it!?" The unicorn asked. He smirked as well. Her Silver just gritted his teeth in rage.
"NO FAIR! I didn't remember anything!" Silver yelled folding his arms and had an angry look on his face. The judge chuckled.
"How? Were you having a stroke?" The judge asked. A few people in the audience laughed. The judge looked at the jury.
"Has the jury reached the conclusion?" The judge asked.
"Actually we have." A mare from the jury said. Everyone was quiet for a second.
"And will the jury care to SHARE it with us?" The judge asked.
"Actually we would." The mare said. Everyone was quiet again. The judge glared.
"Am I going to have to make you say it?" The judge asked.
"Actually...what was the question again?" She asked. A mare then pushed her over.
"Silver the Hedgehog is GUILTY!" The mare yelled. The judge nodded and slammed his mallet down.
"As punishment, you will clean up Rarity's Bouquet and Canterlot Castle. Got it!?" The judge asked. Silver looked terrified yet nodded. Silver then started going to help clean-up Canterlot Castle. Celestia and Luna were right behind him watching his every move.
