Hello everyone! So sorry for the long wait. I hope this chapter is worth it. Enjoy!

With everyone back at the motel room, Dean started asking questions.

"What do you mean there's another nest out there?" He asked, pacing the length of the room.

"I've been trying to locate where the leader of the nest was living. He kept newborns there, as well as a few teens they keep to suck their blood." Elissa replied, setting her katana down on the table.

"Just the leader is left?" Sam asked, his hands in his lap while he sat on his bed.

"Probably him and a few high-ups." Elissa paused to think. "Four, max."

"Do you know where it is?" Celeste asked from the couch.

"Somewhere on the outskirts of town." Elissa replied. "I think it's one of these three buildings." She pulled out a city map of her own and set it down.

Ambriel sat up in her chair, which was across the wooden table from Elissa, to look at it.

"We can get there tonight and handle it." Ambriel offered as she surveyed the map with Elissa's detailed notes on it.

"We should jump on them before they realize we hit their other nest." Dean spoke up.

"You sure?" Celeste asked, a little skeptical. "You two took a beating." She mentioned the brothers.

"I'm fine." Sam protested.

Dean gave Celeste a look and she gave him a dirty look back.

"We still have all our dead man's blood." Ambriel added.

"Then what are we waiting for?" Elissa asked, as she stood, grabbing her katana and headed out the motel room door.

Ambriel shot a quick look to Dean and followed Elissa out. Celeste trailed behind her. Sam grabbed all the gear he and Dean would need and exited. Dean grabbed a jacket of his and locked the motel room behind him as he left.

OoOoOoO

The Impala rolled up about a block away from the old-looking cottage where Elissa believed the leader of the nest to be.

All of them got out and gathered their weapons, ready to get the vampires.

After a quick recon, Celeste and Ambriel deemed the perimeter safe and the group moved in on the house.

Going in through the back door, Dean and Ambriel led the way.

Sam and Elissa stayed in the middle of the pack and Celeste defended the back.

They moved through the thin hallway in silence.

Ambriel peered into one room with a slightly open door and saw two teenagers tied to beds, blood draining into large vials. She alerted the rest of the group.

"Sam. Celeste. Get them out here." Dean ordered quietly.

Sam nodded and the two peeled away to aid the teenagers.

Dean, Ambriel, and Elissa continued on. They reached a closed door at the end of the hallway.

Dean looked at Ambriel and she nodded.

He mouthed counting down and at the sight of 'one,' Ambriel turned the doorknob and pushed the door wide open.

Dean went through first to see that the dining room had all four of the vamps left were waiting for them.

Ambriel noticed the leader stood closest to them, arms crossed and gaze steeled. The other three vampires had their fangs on full display.

"I don't like when people murder my whole family." He frowned.

"Then don't kill humans who haven't done anything wrong." Dean shot back.

"I believe we have come to a stalemate," the leader stepped up to Dean, "and compromises should be made."

Elissa unsheathed her katana.

Ambriel held out a hand to calm her.

The leader turned his head at the sound of a car engine.

"Oh, and did I mention that we took those two kids you were sucking on?" Dean smirked at the leader.

The nest leader let his fangs descend as he hissed in anger.

"Good luck finding some other blood to drink." Elissa spoke up powerfully.

The leader lunged for Dean. Elissa took on the vampire on the left, closest to her.

Ambriel expertly threw her blade, embedding it in the chest of one of the vampires on the right. It groaned and lights flashed through its skin as it fell to the floor, dead. She held up a hand and her angel blade came rushing back to her.

The vampire circled around Ambriel, but Ambriel kept rotating to keep the vamp in full view. Out of nowhere, the vampire rushed forward, attempting to knock Ambriel off balance.

But she was ready and stepped out of the way, pushing the vampire towards the dining table in the middle of the room. The vampire stumbled, getting the wind knocked out of it. Ambriel stabbed it in the back, watching the light fade out from it.

Elissa was nearly cornered by the vamp she was taking on, but that didn't stop her. She had already nicked the vamp a couple of times. Elissa turned her head and saw through a crack in the curtains that the sun was starting to come up.

"Rise and shine, bitch." She yanked the curtain down, revealing a brightening horizon.

The vampire hissed at the sunlight, shielding its eyes.

While it was momentarily distracted, Elissa took the opportunity to swing her blade high, beheading the blood-sucking monster.

Meanwhile, Dean was handling the stronger and tougher leader. The vampire had knocked Dean's machete to the ground within the first few seconds of the fight. Dean took a few punches to the face and gut, but held his ground.

"That all you got?" He joked, holding in the pain.

The vampire bared its fangs and came at Dean. At the last possible moment, Dean stepped to the side twice and dove for his machete. The vampire slammed into the wall, probably hitting his nose or forehead in the process.

The vamp turned around and cracked the bones in his neck. "You'll pay for that." He threatened.

Dean moved quickly and parried one of the vamp's wild punches. He swung diagonal and hard, beheading the vampire, letting his machete stay lodged in the wall for the time being.

"Put it on my tab." Dean replied, watching the headless body slump to the floor.

He pulled his machete out of the wall and stuck it its holster as Elissa walked over, sheathing her katana. Ambriel pulled her angel blade out of the vampire and wiped it clean on its shirt. She walked over to Dean.

"Are you alright?" She asked, concerned.

"Yeah, Bri, I'm fine." Dean replied, gently pushing Ambriel's outstretched hand away.

"No, you're not." Ambriel replied with a commanding tone, eyebrow raised.

Dean opened his mouth to say something but Ambriel stopped him.

She pressed a hand to his chest, healing all his internal injuries. Dean straightened a little, looking into Ambriel's eyes while she concentrated on something else.

Ambriel ran her fingers over the cuts and bruises on Dean's cheeks, nose, and mouth, and healed them all.

"Better?" She asked, slowly dropping her hand.

"Better." Dean quietly replied, gently holding her hand before she dropped it back to her side. Dean's other hand wrapped around her waist, holding her tighter. He pressed his lips to her hand, lingering.

"Gross. You two are gonna make me puke." Elissa stuck her tongue out.

Dean shot her a look while Ambriel raised her eyebrows.

"Just kidding." Elissa smirked. "Now can we go? The severed heads are starting to creep me out." She shivered slightly.

"'Course." Ambriel still held on to Dean's hand. She held her other hand out to Elissa.

Elissa was skeptical and didn't take the angel's hand at first.

Ambriel wiggled her fingers, beckoning Elissa.

Elissa sighed and took Ambriel's hand.

All three winked out without another trace, and arrived back in the motel.

The Impala soon pulled up, Sam driving with Celeste in the passenger seat.

Both walked into the motel room.

"Hello, idiots!" Celeste hollered as she walked in.

"Are you sure you didn't say that while looking in a mirror?" Ambriel rolled her eyes as she plopped down on Dean's bed.

Celeste stuck her tongue out like a child.

Elissa had already settled on the couch, TV on.

"How are those kids?" Dean asked, emerging from the bathroom.

"Already getting a blood transfusion. Doctors said they'd make it, no problem." Sam replied as he took his coat off, smiling slightly.

"That's good." Elissa replied as Celeste approached her.

Celeste waved her hand back and forth at her, trying to get her to move over since she was in her usual spot. Elissa shot Celeste a look, making it clear that she staying put. Celeste looked at Ambriel, slightly panicked.

"Bri! She's in my spot!" Celeste whined.

"Just sit somewhere else." Ambriel fired back, disinterested, while texting another angel.

"I can't! That's my spot!" Celeste pouted.

"Don't make me stab you." Ambriel waved her blade around.

Celeste huffed, sitting on the other end of the couch, crossing her arms and pouting like a 5 year old.

Ambriel's phone rang. "Hello." She answered. "No… Yes… I already told her that so I don't know why she's… Of course I did!... Do you take me for an idiot?!... Yeah, you better be sorry… Say you're sorry and I'll connect you two… Yeah, not with that tone… Much better… Talk to you later, Sariel." Ambriel hung up after pressing a few buttons to connect Sariel to another angel.

"Ugh, I hate Sariel." Celeste spoke up.

"Always wakes up on the wrong side of the bed." Ambriel shook her head in agreement.

"Elissa." Dean waved the teenager over to where he was standing by the wooden table.

"What's up?" She asked.

Dean held out her bag of personal items and her katana.

Elissa took them, confused.

Dean then took out a twenty from his wad of money and handed it to her.

"What's this for?" She asked, pocketing it.

"Bus fare. Money for food." Dean paused. "Watch yourself out there." He added.

"Will do." Elissa smiled.

She quickly hugged Dean before he could object. Elissa let go and Sam came up and hugged her.

"Stay safe." He warned.

"Don't worry." Elissa nodded in assurance.

"Bye, kid!" Celeste hollered from the couch.

Elissa chuckled. "Bye, Celeste."

Ambriel walked up to the teenager, a piece of paper in hand. "If you need anything, just call." She handed over a list of multiple cell phone numbers.

"Thanks." She slipped it into her pocket.

Elissa walked to the motel door. "See you all soon."

A nod, a wave, a smile, and finger wiggle followed.

Elissa walked out, closing the door behind her. All who were left in the motel room watched her walk down the street, towards the nearest bus depot.

"I'm gonna miss her." Ambriel sighed.

"I'm sure we'll bump into her sooner or later." Dean reassured her, getting her to move over in the bed so he could fit.

Sam settled into a seat at the wooden table, taking out his laptop to try and find a new case for the four traveling hunters.

Only about an hour had passed before Celeste had gotten whiney, like a child.

"Ambriel, I'm borrrreeeeddd." She complained.

Ambriel sighed. "I'll go on a beer and food run with you." She offered.

"Okay." Celeste perked up, grabbing her messenger bag that was laying on the floor near her.

Ambriel stood up, already ready.

"Hey Bri, I'll go instead." Dean offered, getting off his bed.

"You sure?" She asked, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"Yeah, of course." Dean nodded.

"We'll be quicker, though." Ambriel added.

"That's fine." Dean smiled. "Sit down and relax." He pushed Ambriel down by the shoulders so that she was sitting back down in a chair by Sam.

"Okay…" Ambriel finally gave up and agreed.

"We'll be back soon!" Celeste waltzed out of the motel room, with Dean right behind her.

Ambriel looked at Sam, who peered at Ambriel over the top of his laptop screen.

"What was that about?" Ambriel asked.

"Beats me." Sam smiled to himself, knowing why.

"I saw that smile, young man." Ambriel said in a warning tone.

Sam's smile dropped as he stared at Ambriel with frightened eyes.

"Spill it." She commanded.

"I mean," Sam tried to muster some words, "it's not like anything's going on." He paused, collecting his thoughts. "Dean was just worried about you when you fell and especially when you were dying and we had to take you to Anael's." Sam took a breath. "Whenever you're not around, you're all he talks about. Or at least all he thinks about, I imagine."

"Oh." Ambriel needed to process this new information.

"There's nothing we wouldn't do for you." Sam added. "He just wants you safe."

"I know." Ambriel murmured.

"He loves you." Sam spoke a little more softly. "I hope you know that."

"I do." Ambriel thought. "I really do."

"You should tell Dean that you love him more often." Sam muttered just loud enough for Ambriel to hear as he stood and walked towards the mini fridge for a beer.

In a flash, Ambriel was out of her seat and had Sam pinned against a wall, holding him up by the neck with one hand.

"I tell Dean that I love him in more ways than one." Ambriel spat out.

"Okay. I know, okay?" Sam just wanted to get out of the angel's death grip.

"Do you?" Ambriel asked, angry. "I've lost so many people that I've loved. Brothers. Sisters. Best friends. More than you can count."

Sam's feet lifted off of the ground as Ambriel continued to stare him in the eyes. "Ambriel..." He was started to have shortened breaths.

"I love Dean." Tears welled up in Ambriel's eyes. "That man is practically my everything."

"Bri..." Sam weakly gasped.

"Sam!" Ambriel snapped out of it. She let go of him, letting him slide down to the floor as he coughed and rubbed his throat. "I'm so sorry!"

"It's okay." Sam replied in a raspy voice.

Ambriel immediately healed Sam's throat and neck.

"Thanks." Sam helped a distraught Ambriel stand up. "Are you alright?" Sam asked, seeing that Ambriel looked like she was about to cry.

"There's nothing I wouldn't do for him." Ambriel started crying and her chest heaved with every breath.

Sam pulled her into a hug, letting her tears soak the shoulder of his shirt. "I know, I know." He whispered.

"Why Dean?" Sam asked, trying to help Ambriel calm down. "Hm? Why do you love Dean?"

"I know he has a hard outside, but he so caring and protective. He'd do anything for me and I'd do anything for him. He's funny, he's serious." Ambriel smiled to herself. "When he lets me borrow his shirts… When he lights up every time something good happens… When he silently jams out while you're asleep in the Impala and he doesn't realize I'm there lip syncing along…" Ambriel trailed off.

"What?" Sam whispered at that last part, barely audible.

"Not to mention he's so freaking hot." Ambriel smirked a little.

Sam chuckled.

He let her go when he felt her calm down a good deal. He smiled a little and she smiled back.

OoOoOoO

Instead of taking the Impala, Celeste insisted on zapping over to the mini-mart that was three blocks away.

Dean straightened himself as he walked up to the front door. He pushed it open and a little bell announced his arrival. Celeste followed in behind him.

"Alright, you get the beer and whatever the hell you want to eat. I'll get stuff Sam will eat and something for me and Ambriel." Celeste ordered.

"Fine." Dean buffered as he walked over to the refrigerated six-packs.

Celeste come up behind Dean, energy bars in hand. "Why does your heart flutter every time someone say 'Ambriel' or 'Bri?'" Celeste asked, wanting some gossip.

"What?" Dean got a little defensive as he walked over to the snack aisle.

"Just asking." Celeste replied from the next row over, picking out some packaged salads for Sam.

Dean grabbed some beef jerky and went to the freezers at the other end of the store. He picked out some frozen pizzas.

"But what do you see in her?" Celeste spoke over Dean's shoulder. She had a basket now with all the items she had gotten, including some waters, chips and chocolate bars. "I mean, she's sometimes a bitch up in heaven."

Dean looked at Celeste.

"Just wondering." Celeste held up a hand in defense, walking away.

"She's funny." Dean said a little quieter than normal.

Celeste turned around.

"She's fun to be with. I love her laugh and I love when she snorts after laughing too hard." Dean added. "She's smart, clever, and not to mention a good hunter." Dean smiled to himself. "I love it when she wears my shirts and uses my gun. I love it when I get to stare into her eyes when she isn't paying attention to me." Dean finished for the moment.

"Not to mention she's smoking hot." Celeste added.

"Yeah..." Dean trailed off. "Wait, what?"

But Celeste was already walking to the checkout counter.

Dean came up behind her and set down the things he was holding.

The cashier rang up their items and Celeste paid with money from who knows where. Grabbing their plastic bags filled with food and beer, Celeste and Dean headed out the front door of the mini-mart. The two walked back to the motel since Dean refused to zap anywhere with Celeste again.

"She's lucky, you know." Celeste spoke out of the blue.

"What?" Dean asked, confused.

"She's lucky to have you." She explained. "She looks past all the bad in you and only sees the good." She paused. "You two are perfect for each other."

Dean didn't reply and Celeste didn't need to talk again.

OoOoOoO

Dean and Celeste had made their way to their motel room and Dean unlocked the door. The two had barely set their things down before Ambriel came running up.

"Dean!" She flung her arms around Dean's neck, and Dean just managed to keep his balance as he wrapped his arms around Ambriel's waist.

Dean saw that she had been, and was still a little, crying. "Bri! What's wrong?" He asked, concern filling his face.

"I love you. I love you so much, baby." Ambriel smiled and tears stilled dripped down.

Dean held her tighter.

Ambriel let her fingers tangle in Dean's hair. "I'm madly and completely in love with you." She murmured in his ear.

"And I'm absolutely in love with you." Dean whispered back.

"I don't say it enough." Ambriel sniffed, the tears starting to slow down.

Dean pulled back slightly so he could look at her. He cupped her face with his hands, rubbing his hands over her cheeks to get rid of her tears.

He leaned in and kissed Ambriel. It was gentle, long, and slow. It was loving, caring, passionate.

Eventually, they separated, let their foreheads rest against each other.

"You alright?" Dean asked quietly, letting go of Ambriel. He wiped away the last of her salty tears.

She nodded, smiling.

"Wanna beer?" Dean asked with a gentle half smile.

"Yes."
