"Why must you be such a bother!" Danton asked his wife after they were led to the front parlor. He asked Sagittarius to leave them in peace because he wanted to talk to his wife before the Queen has the chance to sink her teeth into her. "You could've gotten yourself in so much trouble, I wouldn't have been able to help you!"

"I know!" Nanette almost shouted.

"Then why did you do something like that?!" Danton asked.

"I wanted to see if he was hiding anything." Nanette answered, "A real prince wouldn't hide anything. How can we be sure that he's nothing like that twin brother of Henrietta's?"

"I understand that you're suspicious, but that doesn't give you the right sneak around the place!" He said.

"It's not my fault that we don't know much about this nephew of Henrietta's." She said, "She didn't even tell the court that she had a nephew!"

"You're forgetting about the type of family that the Queen came from, she had to remain hidden until her father and brother died."

"I don't care! She should've told the court, otherwise her nephew wouldn't be in the this situation!"

"Didn't you hear what Prince Sagittarius said?" Danton asked, "He made his cousin promise not to tell the Queen his whereabouts!" Nanette groaned as she started pacing.

"There's something about the Queen's relations that I just plain don't like at all."

"Well then, you should leave my family alone!" Danton and Nanette saw and heard Queen Henrietta walk in and close the door behind her. "I don't care what you say about the generations before me, but don't you dare bad-mouth my son and nephew!"

"Yes, my queen." Nanette calmly said, Queen Henrietta was disgusted by Nanette.

"I cannot believe that you tried to go into such a private place!" She said angrily.

"He's the one who didn't tell us about it!" Nanette argued.

"He doesn't have to!" Henrietta almost shouted, Danton decided to leave himself out of this mess. Henrietta and Nanette argued with each other for a good five minutes until she called for her son, Sagittarius.

"Yes, mother?" Sagittarius asked as he entered the room.

"Son, can you bring Adam down here?" Henrietta asked.

"What on earth for?!" Nanette asked in shock.

"You are going to apologize to my nephew whether you like it or not!" Henrietta said, Sagittarius chose not to argue with his mother and went to get Adam.

"You must be out of your mind, Henrietta!" Nanette shouted, "You should have that brat apologize to me! He pushed me to the ground!"

"He wouldn't have done that if you didn't go anywhere near the gate!" Henrietta snapped. The two women continued to go at each other's throat until there was a knock at the parlor door.

"WHAT?" Henrietta shouted, still in an foul mood. The door opened and Sagittarius walked in with Adam and Sapphire behind him. "Oh, you're back." She said, calming down. "Nanette, I believe you have something to tell Adam." Nanette grumbled to herself before she said;

"I'm...sorry." Adam just nodded his head, he didn't want to take a chance and say something.

"Good," Henrietta said, sounding like she was in a better mood, "now, I think we'll take it easy tomorrow. We should get some rest."

"Very well, my dear aunt." Adam managed to say. After that, everyone retired to their rooms.

Before she went to bed, Nanette wanted to speak to her daughter, Mystique. Danton followed her to Mystique's room, just be sure that she wasn't up to any mischief. Nanette knocked on her daughter's door, Mystique opened it and let her mother in.

"Mother," Mystique said, "are you trying to embarrass us?"

"Absolutely not!" Nanette said, "Just the Queen."

"What is it about her that you hate so much?"

"Her existence in my life! She...took something from me and...I will get it back!" Mystique was worried that her mother was taking things a little too seriously, but she knows that there wasn't anything she could do.

Adam was reading one of Belle's books while he was trying to relax in his armchair. Nothing could express how much he missed his beautiful bride, he thought reading one of her books would help him, but all it did was remind him how much time they used to spend together. Adam gave up on trying to read, he closed the book as tears fell off his face and land on his hands. He remembered when his hands were so big that they engulfed Belle's, no matter how hard he tried, his memories of being the Beast continued to haunt him. Adam still had nightmares where Rouge changed him back into the Beast, he tried telling himself that it was just a bad dream, but he still feared that Rouge might do that. Right now, the one thing that he wanted more than anything...was to see and speak to the love of his life.

Just then, Adam heard knocking on his bedroom door.

"Come in." He said as he tried to clean his face.

"I didn't mean to bother you." said a female voice, Adam know right away that it was his aunt that walked in.

"Is there something wrong, Aunt Henrietta?" Adam asked, Henrietta came into his view and sat down in the other armchair.

"No, my dear nephew," she answered, "I just came to see how you're doing."

"I'm...doing okay." He answered.

"Your voice doesn't sound like you are." Henrietta said, noticing his voice shaking a little. "Is something wrong with you?" Adam nodded his head 'no'. "Adam, you can tell me, I won't tell anyone. No one needs to know about it."

"I don't care what others think right now," Adam said, letting the tears fall again, "I...I really miss...my dear Belle. I do...understand that she doesn't feel well and she's letting her body heal, but...I don't want anything more than to talk to her again."

"Hmm, you care about this woman that much?"

"I don't just care for her! I love her more than life itself!"

"Hmm, why don't you tell me about her?" Henrietta asked with a smile, "Maybe talking about her might ease the pain on your heart."

"Well," Adam started, "Belle has this hazelnut brown hair and olive brown eyes. She...came from a village not too far from here." Adam was worried that his aunt may have a problem with that part, but she just continued to smile and nodded her head. He continued talking about Belle, how independent she was, how kind she was and how much she loved her books. Adam then held up the book he was reading 'King Arthur' and said that it was Belle's favorite book.

"Sounds to me that you have a very smart bride." Henrietta said.

"You're...not upset that she's..."

"A peasant girl? Nope, I don't see why I should."

"I was afraid that you may have something against that." Adam said, breathing a sigh of relief.

"Nobody should choose who you marry, only you have that decision." Henrietta said, "Feeling any better?"

"A little." He answered, "Hopefully...it will last a while."

"Considering the way you're acting, my nephew, you must love her to the point that you're willing to sacrifice your life for her."

"Yes," Adam said, remembering the three times he saved Belle's life. First, with the wolves, the second time from the lake, when she went to get a Christmas tree, and the third time from Forte, when he used his music to destroy the castle. "I am."

"You hold onto that love and try not to let it go because if you do, you'll never have it again." Henrietta said, "Well, I think I'll head to my room and go to bed." She got up from her seat and walked over to the door, "Good night, Adam."

"Good night, Aunt Henrietta." Adam said before she left the room. Henrietta then closed the door. Adam decided to get up, put the book down on his seat and go to sleep himself.

One week and two days and it will be summer vacation for me! Whoopee!
