"Ask papa, I'm not going to talk about her." Belle said, "I think I'll go to my room, I don't need to be seen by those two." She went to the door and left the room. Belle couldn't stand being hit so many times by the past, especially that bad parts. Belle really didn't want to be seen by Lefou and Mimi; she really didn't want to take a chance that either one of them would leave the castle and tell Anton where she was.

When Belle got to her room, she closed the door, leaned against it, put her hand over her eyes...and started to cry softly. She knew that she had her family, Adam and all the servants, but she felt like...she was on her own trying to deal with this.

"If there's anything I dislike more, it's someone crying." Said a female voice. When Belle heard it, she jumped. Belle knew that it wasn't her mother's, Lydia's or Rouge's voice, she didn't recognize it.

"Who's there?" Belle asked.

"I don't mean to frighten you and I don't mean you harm," the voice said, "open your window."

"How can I be sure that I can trust you?" Belle asked, looking over at her window that was covered by the curtains.

"I know your mother, Lady Lydia and Rouge." The voice answered, Belle really couldn't argue with that. She slowly walked over to window and pushed the curtains back. Belle was a little surprised to see a white owl flying in front of her window.

"Are you the one talking to me?" Belle asked the owl as she opened the window.

"I am," the owl answered, "may I come in? I would like to speak to you, Belle." Belle moved out of the way and let the owl enter her room.

"You're more than just an owl, aren't you?" Belle asked.

"You learn well." The owl said, she widen her wings and started to glow white! Belle watched the glowing owl take the shape of a person. When the glowing light faded away, Belle saw the owl was now a woman that had very pale skin, white hair standing high like a crown and is wearing white robes.

"Who are you?" Belle asked.

"I'm Lady Temps." The woman answered, "I am the empress of the world of magic, ruler of every kind of magical being and I'm also the sorceress of time. When Fiona was defeated, I came to thank you for saving everyone, but since you were out cold it wasn't possible."

"I don't mean to be rude," Belle said, "but why are you here?"

"You have the same problem Adam has," Lady Temps chuckled, "just because I'm an empress doesn't mean you have to act respectful or all that other royal stuff around me. To answer your question, I visit every new sorceress and sorcerer who are trying to learning their magic, but I also teach them a few things, despite if their parents teach them or not. Your mother hasn't been doing a good job of it lately, has she?"

"I would rather not put my mother on the spot, whether it's the truth or not." Belle answered, "She died and I got her back, I'm not going to let anyone, not even you, take her away from me!"

"That's quite an answer," Lady Temps said, "but I'm not trying to do any of that. I've been watching you for a long time and...I can understand why you're so afraid, despite you have a lot of people willing to protect you."

"It sometimes doesn't feel like it," Belle said, "I don't care about what you just said, I feel like...I'm the only one that can stop this torment."

"You're so full of fear and you've been lacking confidence, but you need to know that you're not alone in this. That's why I'm here, I want to make an offer to you."

"What offer is that?" Belle asked with raised eyebrows.

"Since you're mother has been...'lacking' her duties to help you understand on being a sorceress, especially since you are half-human and half sorceress, I would like to train you."

"How exactly do you plan to do that?"

"Hmm, you don't leave anything out," Lady Temps remarked, "good for you. I'll be coming by at night, you'll have to start sleeping during the day, but considering how smart you are, you'll catch onto what I teach. I can already sense the power that's within you and it's one that's almost rare to have."

"What power is that?" Belle asked.

"I won't know until I start training you and see your true form." Lady Temps answered.

"All I know about it is that I'm a deer, nothing else. Lately, I've noticed that every plant I walk past comes alive and blooms."

"It's a sign, Belle. Your power wants to come out, but you're too worried about what's going on and also you don't know how to work it. Please take up on my offer, I can help you."

"But what about my family, Adam and the servants?" Belle asked, "They'll think something is wrong or..."

"Calm down, the servants know more than you may think." Lady Temps said.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well, I visited everyone of them at the same time, in their dreams, of course." Lady Temps answered, "I told them that you and Adam were becoming magical beings, Veronica and Lydia being alive and I also warned them not to tell anyone outside the castle grounds."

"But...why didn't they say anything?" Belle asked.

"I probably scared them by mistake, but there's also the possibility that they're scared of Lady Lydia. As for your cousin and father, I think your mother and aunt should talk to them about that. I think Adam would really understand, if you told him about it."

"Sometimes, I feel like...I don't deserve to be with him." Belle said.

"Why do you think that?" Lady Temps said.

"He's of royal blood, I'm not. I've brought a whole lot problems that he doesn't need to deal with."

"Okay, stop it!" Lady Temps boomed, "Belle, I know you've learned a whole lot more than what you're showing me, but your fear and worries are blocking you from the truth. Adam doesn't care about you not being royal blood, he's been there for you more than anyone else, am I right?"

"Yes," she answered, "you are right. You're more wise than I led myself to believe."

"So, my offer?" Lady Temps asked, Belle took a deep breath and said;

"You have a deal, Lady Temps." Lady Temps just smiled.

"You won't regret it, Belle. I promise you that." She said. Just then, there was a knock on Belle's bedroom door. Belle was worried about opening it, but Lady Temps nodded her head and pushed Belle into opening the door.

When Belle did open the door, she was surprised that Adam was there. She thought he would still be dealing with Lefou and Mimi.

"Is something wrong, Adam?" Belle asked.

"No," he answered, "I came to check on you. I...am sorry that you got upset."

"It's not your fault, Adam." She said, "I didn't want you to see me lose my temper. So...what's been happening?"

"May I come in first?" he asked.

"I have a guest." She answered, "Come in though." Adam was surprised about hearing that Belle had a guest, but when he walked in, he was very surprised to see Lady Temps.

"Lady Temps." Adam said.

"Hello, your majesty," Lady Temps said, "it's been a while."

"Yes, it has." He said, "What brings the Empress of the world of magic to my home?"

"I made an offer with your fiancee," she answered, "don't worry, I don't plan to take her away."

"What kind of offer?" Adam asked, Lady Temps explained to him that she was going to come by every night to help Belle with learning her magic. Adam was a little surprised that Lady Temps, being an empress, would help somebody, like Belle, learn magic.

"Considering how quick of a learner your fiancee is," Lady Temps said, "she'll know how to use it. What about you, your highness? How's your training with your mother going?"

"Considering the fact I was up all night last night," Adam said, "I don't know how I'll be able to get the hang of it and deal with my other problems."

"Other problems?" Lady Temps asked.

"Adam had his aunt, cousin and few royal ranks come over and we told that he will get his father's crown," Belle said, "we just need to wait until we hear back from Queen Rainier."

"Yes, and we also had two uninvited guests brought her by the guards." Adam said.

"Please, tell me you're not letting them go!" Belle begged.

"I'm not," he answered, "I threw Lefou in the dungeon. You don't even need to know what me and your cousin heard from him. It turns out that your father was right, that was, who he said, Mimi."

"Oh goodness gracious!" Belle said, slapping her forehead and turning around.

"I'm not letting her go back," Adam said, "she just told me that she'll do anything not to go back. It turns out that monster is doing more damage than we thought."

"Don't tell me," Belle pushed, "or I'll have nightmares for days."

"I wasn't planning to," he said, "since I wasn't sure what to do with her, your cousin suggested that Mimi work here and live in the servant quarters."

"Good," Belle said, "now let's see how she likes doing this kind of work!"

"By the sound of your mouth," Lady Temps said, "you know this lady pretty well."

"I'm not going to talk about her!" Belle pushed; that's when Lady Temps decided to back off.

"Sorry," Lady Temps said, "I didn't mean to step on a sore spot."

"No, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have bitten your head off like that."

Don't worry about it." Lady Temps added, "I should've backed off when I first noticed it. Anyway, I know the two of you have some things to talk about. So, I'll come back tomorrow night. Get plenty of rest." She then raised her hand and threw down her white powder. The powdery smoke engulfed her body and she disappeared.

"You know," Adam said, "you could've told me that Lady Temps was visiting you. I would've just let you continue your talk with her."

"Well, she didn't want to be the reason of why we couldn't talk." Belle said, "Adam...I didn't mean to sound so...angry and mean when...I left you and my family downstairs."

"Well, you were encountered by people who live in that...monster's village. I really don't blame you for reacting the way that you did."

"So...you put Lefou in the dungeon?" she asked. Adam looked at her and sighed.

"Yes, just hearing what he told me is enough to make mine and your cousin's blood boil."

"Well, just about anything that involves me can make Tintement's boil blood, no matter what the reason." Belle said, "I don't need to hear what he said, so what is our plan?"

"That's a good question." Adam answered, "I don't want to let these two, especially the one in the dungeon, to get out and tell...that monster that you're here. So, what I'm thinking is that, they stay here until we get married...because when we do, I can officially put more guards up around the castle."

"All right, that's good for now." Belle said, "I wasn't really expecting you to answer, but that's a good enough answer. There is something else you should know."

"What might that be?"

Couldn't help myself, I had to give a cliff-hanger.
