"Sagittarius! Aunt Henrietta!" Adam quickly shouted, he had to find them. He had just found out from Mystique that Belle and Sapphire were danger. When he got back to the ballroom, he quickly went through the crowd. Thankfully, Adam found Sagittarius in the place he last left him.
"Cousin, what's wrong?" Sagittarius asked.
"Where's Aunt Henrietta?" Adam quickly asked.
"Slow down! What's wrong?"
"Belle...Sapphire...they're in danger!" Adam answered, "Where's Aunt Henrietta!" When Sagittarius heard that the girls were in danger, nothing could express the anger following through his veins. He pointed over to where his mother is and the two of them approached her.
"The looks on your faces tell me that you're angry." Henrietta said as she saw her son and nephew approach her.
"Mother, we have a problem." Sagittarius said, he then looked at Adam.
"Mystique was found tied up in her room, when I found her and released her, she told me that her mother and siblings plan to harm Belle and Sapphire!" Adam explained, Sagittarius and Henrietta couldn't believe what they heard. "We need to find them!"
"Nanette!" Henrietta screamed, it caught everyone's attention in the ballroom. "Where are you?" She screamed once again. Nanette came out of the crowd with her two older daughters, Fantina and Aceline.
"Yes, my queen?" Nanette said, "You wanted me?" Before anything happened, Henrietta couldn't hold her anger back anymore. She grabbed Nanette and held her against the wall, everyone was shocked to see such a thing.
"Guards!" Henrietta screamed as Fantina and Aceline tried to get her to release their mother. The guards quickly came, Henrietta told them to tied them to chairs. "Where are they?" She asked in a furious tone. All the guests were watching the queen and princes going after Nanette and her two older daughters.
"I don't know what you mean." Nanette said, clearly hiding the truth.
"You know exactly what I mean!" Henrietta pushed, "Where are Belle and Sapphire?"
"I don't know, ask their princes." Nanette said, but then, she saw her youngest daughter, Mystique, come out of the crowd. When Nanette saw her, she knew she was deceived.
"Traitor." Fantina said under her breath.
"You have to tell them where they are!" Mystique pushed.
"Never." Aceline said.
"You're not going to get anything from us, Henrietta." Nanette said, "Don't even try going to Mystique or Danton because they don't know where we took them."
"So there." Fantina added, Adam heard Sagittarius growl under his breath, but both of them were extremely worried about Belle and Sapphire.
"Why go after them?" Adam asked. "They didn't do anything to you."
"It's not about them, your highness." Nanette said, she then looked at Henrietta. "It's your fault!"
"You leave my mother out of this!" Sagittarius shouted as he went after Nanette, Adam got in front of him before Sagittarius could reach Nanette.
"I don't care what issues you have with me, let Belle and Sapphire go!" Henrietta pushed.
"We won't do that." Nanette said, "There's only one condition that I'll tell you."
"I have an idea on what it is." Henrietta said.
"Have the princes marry my daughters." Nanette simply said.
"I should've known, I'll never let them do that!" Henrietta shouted.
"Fine, you'll never know where Belle and Sapphire are." Nanette said.
"It will only be a matter of time now." Fantina said, when Sagittarius and Adam heard that, they were now very afraid that Belle and Sapphire are going to die.
"You highnesses, I don't mean to be rude, but my brother isn't here." Mystique said, "He's probably with them wherever they are."
"This wouldn't have happened if you did what I told you to do!" Nanette said to Mystique.
"I don't care about your revenge against the queen!" Mystique pushed.
"How could you not care!" Fantina almost screamed.
"If it wasn't for Queen Henrietta, we would be princesses and mother would be the queen!" Aceline added.
"Is this revenge of yours that important that you're willing to kill, mother?" Mystique asked.
"You don't know what Henrietta took from me, Mystique, and until she and the princes agree to my terms, we won't tell you where my son has Belle and Sapphire and it won't be long until he does more than damage." Henrietta and Sagittarius were very furious, Adam was too, but he couldn't show it. Belle taught him that attention is attention, whether it's good or bad, it's still attention. Adam had to think of a way to find Belle and Sapphire, or he would be faced marrying Aceline in order to find out, and he defiantly was never going to go down that road. He was also running out of energy trying to keep his cousin from going after Nanette's neck. Just then, Adam remembered something.
"Sagittarius," Adam whispered in his cousin's ear, "I need you to come with me. I may have an idea on how to find the girls, but your mother needs to stall for time." Sagittarius nodded his head, he took his mother away for a few seconds and told her to stall for time. After that, Sagittarius followed Adam to his room.
"So how exactly do you plan to find Belle and Sapphire?" Sagittarius asked, Adam then went over to the bell jar that held the enchanted rose.
"I'm going to need help from an old friend." Adam said as he removed the bell jar and revealed the enchanted rose. He grabbed it and desperately wished for Rouge. There was a loud pop and two bright lights, Sagittarius watched in amazement as Rouge appeared in one of the bright lights.
"You called for me, your highness?" Rouge asked as the other bright light became her sister, Rosetta.
"Sister, I would've done this for you."
"Rosetta?" Sagittarius said, Rosetta then turned and saw Sagittarius. Now she was starting to feel unwelcome.
"Perhaps I should go." Rosetta said.
"No, Rosetta!" Sagittarius quickly said, Rosetta was very surprised.
"We need your help." Adam added, "Belle and Sapphire have been kidnapped, we need your help to find them!"
"Absolutely, your highnesses." Rouge and Rosetta said together. The two sisters went to the ground grabbed the ground and pulled up a large wide standing mirror. "Tell the mirror where the girls are and it will show you." They once again said together.
"Show us where Belle and Sapphire are." Adam quickly asked, the mirror made a blue glow and the glass fogged up. After a few seconds, the fog disappeared and the glass showed images of Belle and Sapphire. Adam and Sagittarius weren't prepared for what they saw, both girls were on the hard ground,, Belle's body was all bruised and Sapphire's body had cuts all over her. They also saw that they weren't wearing their golden and silver dresses, nothing but their corsets and long underwear.
"It won't be long until your bodies give up." They heard Karlitis say, Belle slowly sat up with an angry face.
"Our bodies won't give up until our spirits do." Belle softly said.
"We'll never give up." Sapphire said as she tried to sit up.
"You soon will, I bet your princes are kissing my sisters by now." Karlitis said with an evil tone.
"We don't care what you say, you're not going to break us." Belle managed to say.
"I'm going to make sure of it!" Karlitis pushed.
"Mirror, please show us where they are!" Sagittarius asked, the mirror fogged up and then showed that they were in a cave below the castle.
"I know where that is." Adam said, he then turned to Rouge. "Rouge, I ask you for your help."
"I'll need your help too, Rosetta." Sagittarius said, Rosetta was still very surprised, but both of them agree to help the princes.
"I know we can't get down there unless we're really careful." Adam said, "I might be able to get down there, but we're going to need Rouge and Rosetta's help for you to get down there and to make sure we don't attract too much attention. If we do, he'll kill them."
"How do you plan to get down there?" Sagittarius asked, Adam knew he had to tell his cousin the truth. Adam let the moth sorcerer come out of him; the antenna came out of his head, his skin became the green fur, his shoulder blades became his wings and he started to grow enough where his father's clothes ripped. Sagittarius was very surprised and a little shocked to see what his cousin became.
"Sagittarius, I plan to tell you the entire truth, but right now, Belle and Sapphire need us!" Adam quickly said.
"You don't have to explain it to me, I get it." Sagittarius said, Adam was confused to what his cousin said, but then Sagittarius started to transform as well. His skin was becoming black fur, his ears came to a point, a snout came out of his face, his feet became wolf feet, three tails came out of his and eight legs came out of his back.
"What in heaven's name?" Rouge and Adam said at the same time.
"I gave Sagittarius the choice to turn into the werewolf creature and turn back into a human." Rosetta quickly explained.
"These spider legs help me climb in places I usually can't, like going down the castle or getting to that cave." Sagittarius said, Adam didn't make any kind of argument. Adam still told Sagittarius that he would tell him the truth after they saved Belle and Sapphire, Sagittarius just agreed to it and the two of them went outside. Adam flew down to the ground and Sagittarius used his wolf feet and spider legs to climb down the castle wall. Rouge and Rosetta made them invisible as the four of them went to the cave, Adam and Sagittarius didn't want to take a chance that someone inside the castle would see them.
When the four of them got to the ledge leading to the cave, Sagittarius saw why Adam said it would be difficult to get to the cave. The ledge was small and crumbling, one wrong step and down to the bottom they go. Rouge and Rosetta told the princes that they would stay up on the ledge while Adam and Sagittarius went into the cave. Sagittarius used his spider legs to climb down the ledge while Adam used his wings to fly down. Once at the cave, the two of them carefully went inside. They kept their mouths shut so that they wouldn't get caught, but they knew Belle and Sapphire needed them. Just then, they heard a scream coming from one of the girls; they quickly went deeper into the cave. When they got near the end of the cave, Adam looked around the corner and saw Karlitis with a whip in his right hand. He could see Belle shaking and Sapphire not moving, Adam was very furious to think that Karlitis had whipped Belle or Sapphire.
"It's been more than an hour." Adam heard Karlitis say, "I guess it's time to end your lives now." When Sagittarius heard that, he wanted to charge over there, but Adam stopped him.
"We have to surprise him." Adam softly whispered, "We also have to know what he's going to use." He looked around the corner and watched Karlitis look through his weapons. His jaw dropped and pupils shrunk when he saw Karlitis pull out a machete. When Belle saw the machete, she became scared to death as she pushed herself against the hard wall.
"If you think pushing yourself against the wall will save you, it won't." Karlitis said wielding the machete. "Imagine...the two of you, who are commoners, are going to be killed with a commoners' weapon. A wonderful way to die for the two of you."
"We're much tougher than you." Sapphire said as she tried to get up, Adam saw the multiple cuts on her body as she tried to get up. "You are the worthless one because you're the one left to do the dirty work!" She pushed, that made Karlitis very angry. He swung the machete, Sapphire managed to dodge most of the swing, but the machete managed to make a bad cut on her right arm.
"Sapphire!" Belle shouted out, Karlitis turned back at Belle.
"She'll die slowly," he said, "but yours will be quick!" He raised his machete...Belle closed her eyes...
