Jack and Kim's Thursday at school went by fast. They got home, did homework and Jack took Kim out to Falafel Phil's for dinner. Of course they didn't eat the falafels. They were much too greasy. They were chatting away at their little booth at the restaraunt. "So, what time are you having your 'girls night?'" Jack asked.

"The girls are coming over around 6:30 PM." Kim answered. Jack nodded. "I will be leaving when they come." Jack said. Kim rolled her eyes. But she knew that this was a life and death situation. She understood why Jack was being so protective of her. Jack looked at the time. "It's 9:30. I think we should head home." Jack said. Kim nodded and got up.

The two walked out of the store after paying their bill. Jack took Kim's hand as they walked through the mall to get to the entrance. They got to the parking lot and went to their car. They got in, Jack started the engine and they were on their way. "So, who are you going to be hanging out with tomorrow?" Kim asked. "I'm going out with my brothers and my friends, Jerry and Brody. They are vampires too." Jack explained. Kim nodded.

They got home at 9:45. "I'm going to bed." Kim stated as they walked into the house. Jack chuckled. "Alright." Jack replied. Kim walked up the stairs and to her bedroom. She changed into her pajamas which consisted of a lose spaghetti strap blue top with black striped white pants. She got into bed and closed her eyes as her back relaxed. Then, she dozed off.

Kim awoke to an annoying red device making a loud noise. Also known as an alarm clock. Something that she has hated for her entire life. She turned it off and groggily got up. She stumbled to the bathroom, almost tripping on the way. She brushed her teeth and got into the shower. She let the hot water untie the knots in her back. She got out of the shower once she was done washing her 'stuff' and wrapped her self in a towel.

She made her way back to her room and went to her closet. She looked through her clothes and decided on a silk blue tank top that said 'strong' on it paired with high waisted shorts. When did I even buy this stuff? She thought. Kim wore blue vans and walked down the stairs, into the kitchen. She saw Jack sitting at the table and an omelot which she assumed was for her. "Eat it." He commanded. Kim smiled and sat down next to him.

She ate her omelot. "Wow, Jack where did you learn how to cook like this?!" Kim exclaimed. Jack chuckled. "There are benefits of living forever. You get to learn... well... everything." Jack said. Kim smiled. After she finished her breakfast, the couple left the house to go to school. The day went by fast. Kim was more than excited to be seeing her old friends. After school, they went back to Kim's house.

"Kim, you do know that you are going to meet my family tomorrow. Right?" Jack reminded her. Kim froze. "But what if they don't like me?" Kim asked. Jack smiled. "Of course they will like you." Jack said. Kim just nodded. There was still a few hours left until the girls would come over so Kim and Jack spent the time with each other. Just like every other day.

Pretty soon, it was 6:30. and the girls would be at Kim's house at any moment. Jack and Kim were sitting on the couch, waiting. "Ugh. Where are the-" Kim was cut of. DING DONG. The bell rang. She squealed and ran to the door as Jack chuckled. She opened the door to reveal three girls with huge grins on their faces. They all screamed like little girls and brought each other into a group hug. Jack smiled at the sight. He was happy that Kim was finally happy with her life.

Jack walked up to the door and interrupted them. He kissed Kim on the cheek. "Be safe and call me." He whispered into her ear. She smiled to him and waved goodbye as he left. She closed the door and turned around to see Grace, Julie and Angela staring at her. "What?" She asked.

"Who was that?" Grace asked. "He's your boyfriend isn't he?" Julie questiones. "Girl! Your outfit is amazing! I love your new style!" Angela complimented. Kim smiled. "Yes. He is my boyfriend." Kim said. "And thank you, Angela." She added. Grace smiled. "I have missed you so much, Kim!" Grace said. "How are you holding up?" Julie asked, knowing what happened to her parents and sister.

Kim let out a smile. "I'm doing fine. Jack has really helped me get myself back on track. He is the reason why I am so happy." She said while leading the girls into the living room. "Well that's great, Kim. You are awesome." Angela said.

"So, what should we do?" Kim asked. "Watch a movie." Julie said. "Blindfolded makeovers!" Grace shouted out. "Truth or dare." Angela suggested. "Let's do all of them!" Kim said, excitedly. They all squealed. They decided to do blindfolded makeovers first, then truth or dare and then watch a movie.

Kim ended up with clown lips, mascara on her cheek, blush where eyeshadow should go and overall, she looked terrifying. It was the same case with all of the other girls. They took off their blindfolds at the same time and screamed. "You look horrible!" They all shouted in unison. Then they all laughed as if there was no tomorrow.

Next was truth or dare. They all basically chose only dare because they wanted to be brave. Bad choice. Grace ended up having to run around the street with her top on backwards while screaming "They are coming! They are coming! The mutant aliens are coming!" Julie ended up licking the neighbor's cat. Angela swallowed a flie. And Kim had whipped cream on her face and down her shirt by the time they were done.

"Okay, lets all take showers and then watch the movie. I don't think I want to be sitting down, watching a movie, eating popcorn and falling asleep with whipped cream down my shirt." Kim said. The girls all nodded. Kim took a shower first, seeing as she was the messiest. She wore a purple spaghetti strapped plain top with light blue pajama shorts.

Next was Grace. She took a shower and wore an oversized yellow shirt with black shorts. Julie wore a normal, loose red t-shirt with white sweats that went just below her knees. Angela showered and she wore an off the shoulder blue shirt with purple sweats. Once they were all finished, they went to the living room and settled down with popcorn. They decided to watch 'A Fault In Our Stars.' They made it through three quarters of the movie before all falling asleep.

Kim awoke to the sun shining through the windows of the living room. And to her phone ringing. She quickly answered the call making sure the sudden noise didn't wake any of the other girls. She walked into the kitchen. "Hello?" She spoke, her voice raspy. "Kim! Are you okay?! You didn't call me!" Jack exclaimed through the phone. Her eyes widened. "Sorry, Jack! I got caught up in the fun we were having and forgot to call you! I'm fine." She apologised. She heard Jack let out a sigh. "Alright. When are they leaving so that I can come back?" Jack asked. "They are all going to be gone by 1:00." Kim replied.

"Okay. See you then." Jack said. They both hung up and Kim put her phone away. She looked at the time. It was 11:30 AM. Kim decided to make some breakfast for her and the girls. She got to work and made bacon, omelets and pancakes. She put bread in the toaster. She got some plates and arranged everything on the table. She heard the toaster ding and she put the bread on the plates. By the time she was done, Grace walked in.

"Good morning." Kim greeted. Grace smiled. "Wow, Kim. When did you learn how to cook? Last time I saw you, you didn't even know how to turn on the stove." Grace joked. "Excuse me, but I have developed my brain and my abilities since the last time we met." Kim said pretending to be serious. That's when Julie and Angela walked in. "Good! We are all here! Now sit down and eat before your breakfast gets cold!" Kim said. They all chuckled and sat down at the table.

Once they were finished eating the breakfast, the went to take showers. After they were done getting ready, they went to the living room to finish the last thirty minutes of 'A Fault In Our Stars.' They just sat there, snuggled up together with a blanket and with the lights turned off and curtains closed. They cried at the sad parts, laughed at the funny parts and smiled at the happy parts.

"That was just so good!" Angela cried out. "I want to watch it again!" Grace exclaimed. "But there is no time!" Julie cried. "Here! Take the DVD! You can borrow it!" Kim shouted dramatically. They all looked at each other and bursted out laughing. Grace looked at the time. 1:00 PM. "It's almost time for us to go. My mom doesn't want me in another town for too long." Grace said, sadly. "I have a science competition in 3:00 and I need to practice." Julie said. "I have work today. I need some extra money so I took a Saturday shift." Angela added.

"Well... That's okay. We can do this again!" Kim exclaimed. They all nodded. "I think I'm going to go pack." Julie said. Grace and Angela nodded. They went to the room that had all of their stuff and realized how messy their stuff was sprawled out everywhere. Curling irons, straightening irons, last night's pajamas, makeup kits. "Kim! We are so sorry for the mess we made! We will clean it up right away!" Julie said. Kim chuckled. "Best friend's don't say sorry." Kim replied. Julie just smiled and got to work.

After they were all done packing up their stuff, it was 1:25. "I think it's time to go now." Grace said. The other two mumbled a "Me too." Kim nodded, sadly. They all walked down the stairs. They walked grudgily and very, very slowly because they didn't want to seperate. Once they were at the front door, they all hugged and waved goodbye. The three girls left and got into their cars. They waved one more time before they were off. Kim sighed and closed the door. Then, there was a crash. Her heart stopped beating for a second. She turned around to see three guys. The one in the middle was Jude.
