CHAPTER 19
Hey guys! I won't be updating as fast anymore because school just started and they give us LOADS of work. (I'm in India. School starts when school ends for you Americans/Canadians/etc. But I did grow up in North America. I said North America and not the USA because I have lived in both Canada and the USA. Anyways, back to the point!) So I won't be updating as fast anymore. Sowwy. But I will still be updating. Maybe once a week instead of twice a week from now on. Anyways, enjoy!
Disclaimer: I do not own Kickin It.
Jude was in her house. Right infront of her. And there was no sign of Jack. I'm screwed. She thought. "Well, well, well. I finally got you alone, Kimberly. Now let's make this easy for the both of us. You come with us, so we don't have to chase you. Not that it's much of a chase because you can't escape from me." Jude said, walking dangerously closer. He took out a white napkin. Then he shoved it onto her face. And that is when she blacked out.
Kim awoke to a throbbing pain on her head. Her arm also burned. She shifted her position and sat up, slowly opening her eyes. She saw black. Am I dreaming? Or am I dead? She thought doubtfully. Her eyes adjusted to the darkness and she could make out an outline of an iron door. It looked as if she was in some sort of mysterious celler. There were no windows. There wasn't any furniture. She started to walk to the door. She reached out her hand to turn the knob.
But the door opened by itself. Light burst into the room. The sudden change of colors made her shield her eyes, as it was too bright. Once her eyes were normal again, she saw a figure at the door. Her heart nearly stopped as she realized everything that had happened. She had been kidnapped. She was knocked out for who knows how long.
"So, I see that you are awake." A familiar voice said. Jude. She immediately thought. She was scared to death. But she didn't show it. "Where am I? What do you want with me?" Kim questioned him with a low, trembling voice. "You are in your worst nightmare." He replied. He started walking up to her slowly, closing the door, locking it. He made his way to the blonde as she backed away.
She felt something hard and cold on her back. A wall. She had reached the end of the limit. She could go nowhere. Nothing could stop him. Jude pinned her up against the wall and roamed his hands all over her. She felt so violated. Tears threatned to spill. She knew what he had planned and she didn't like it. Who would?
He threw off her shirt and began to unbuckle her undergarment, when the door slammed open. A warm feeling krept inside of her. That's when she knew that he was here. When her hero was there to save her. She hated being the damsel in distress, but this was NOT a time to complain. Being a damsel in distress DEFINITELY beats having her innocence taken away by a vampire and then being killed afterwards.
"Get away from her." Jack said, with gritted teeth and a dangerously low voice. Jude just chuckled and walked up to Jack. Kim took the chance and scrambled to her feet, going to get her shirt. She made sure not to make any noise. "Well, well, well. If it isn't Jackson. Always right on time to save your little girlfriend, aren't you Jackie? When did you become such a romantic?" Jude said in a joking manner.
"Don't do anything to her. Don't you dare touch her. This is our fight. Not hers. Let her be." Jack said. At this point, Kim was standing in some corner, watching the boys talk. Her shirt was ripped, but it covered everything that needed to be covered which was enough for her. She was shaking out of fear. She was confused. She was more than confused. She didn't know how she felt about the situation. She was just confused.
Then she heard something colliding, bringing her out of her thoughts. She turned to the boys to see Jude on the floor. Jack just gave Jude a high five. With clenched fists. On his face. Jude immediately got up. "I can't believe you! After what you have done to my family. To my sister. She died because of you! Yet you still choose to say that you are correct! How dare you!" Jude was enraged. Jack sighed and ran his hand through his hair.
"Look, Jude. How about instead of fighting, we settle this like mature men. We can talk. I can assure you that I didn't push Jennifer. The ladder broke. I promise. I swear. Didn't you see the broken ladder beside Jennifer? It was in two pieces." Jack explained. Jude scoffed. "As if. You set her up. Either that or you are lying thinking I wouldn't remember since it was so long ago." Jude said.
"He is telling the truth." A voice said. It was a feminine voice. And it wasn't Kim. The three looked to the door to see a pretty girl. Pale skinned, red eyes. Vampire. She looked to be around seventeen. She had waist length dark brown (almost black) hair. She walked deeper into the dull room. "I can prove it." She said, holding out her hand. "Her visions don't lie, Jude. Her powers allow her only to show things that have truly happened. You know that." Jack said. Jude sighed.
He took her hand and it was as if he just blanked out. He was staring into one place, his eyes turned from red to black, the hairs on his arms and neck stood up. Jack walked to Kim. "That's Alison. My sister. She can show people things that have happened in the past. That's her power. Like how mine is reading minds. If someone shows her a flashback, she can show it to someone else. But only if it really happened. That is what she is doing right now." Jack said. Kim just nodded, still trying to process everything.
FLASHBACK
"Well that is too bad for you. Now lets go down and get a drink of water. I'm thirsty." Jackson said. "Alright. But we must come back up here to play another round of chess. I will surely win this time." Jennifer stated. "Whatever makes you happy, Jennifer." Jack replied. Jennifer started climbing down the long ladder when there was a small cracking sound. Jennifer stopped for a second. She started climbing down again when the ladder suddenly broke. Jennifer fell to the ground with a loud thud. "Jennifer!" Jack shouted.
Jack and Jennifer's parents and siblings came running up. "What happened?!" They yelled out. They saw Jennifer on the ground with blood coming out of her head and Jack at the top of the ladder, looking down. Jennifer's parents and big brother came to a conclusion. "How could you Jackson?!" Jennifer's mother cried out. She went running to the injured girl. "We must get her to the hospital!" Jennifer's father shouted. "I didn't do it! I promise! She fell when the ladder broke!" Jack cried. The other family ignored him and Jude sent him a deatly glare. You will be sorry." Jude said. The family then ran out of the house.
END OF FLASHBACK
Jude came out of his trance and stood there, shocked. He opened his mouth to say something. But closed it once again because he didn't know what to say. "Jack, I- I did not believe you." Jude stuttered out, tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry. My family and I have put you and your family through so much trouble all these years. I will tell my folks to back off. We will never disturb you again." Jude said. Jack smiled. "It's alright. You were blinded by the death of your sister. It is hard to get over something like that. I know how it feels. Trust me, it's okay." Jack reassured. Jude smiled. "Let me show you out." He said.
The group of four walked out of the room. They walked through a series of hallways and climbed a flight of stairs. "I'm so sorry. We will never disturb you again. I feel so ashamed. If there is anything we can do to make it up to you, just ask." Jude said. "It's alright. We understand. The only thing that we can ask for is that you do your best to keep in peace." Alison replied. Jude nodded as they got to the exit. Jude waved good-bye as the couple and Alison walked away.
