A/N: Yes, I'm alive...so sorry for not updating! My laptop broke down months ago and I just bought a new one!
"What does he want me to do? BEG?!"
The queen paced the floor of her room and groaned in frustration. She stared at the rose as it stood in its glass case. The pedals had already begun to fall, and her time was running out. She stepped towards a large mirror she had made, and waved her hand to reveal Olaf outside of Hans' room.
Hans was sitting against the door, with his back against it. Olaf was leaning against it from the outside to hear what he was saying.
"She's not so bad, you know?" Olaf asked.
"I don't care." Hans said, crossing his arms.
"Why don't you just...give her a chance? Try to get to know her."
"I knew her once and that Elsa is gone. I don't want anything to do with her."
Olaf hung his head and sighed sadly. Hans brought his knees to his chest and burrowed his face in his arms. Elsa waved the image away, and felt a tear go down her cheek.
"I'm just fooling myself. He'll never see me as anything...but a monster." Elsa whispered, as another tear fell.

He was starving. Even though he hated to admit it to the queen, the admiral was famished. He stood up and tried to open the door. It was frozen shut, but that only made the door more vulnerable. He began to push against it and it started to crack.
Then, he threw himself against it again and again. He was able to break through it, leaving a small opening in the door. Ice shattered on the smooth icy floor, but the admiral didn't get injured. Finally, he was able to roam around and hopefully get ahold of some food.
He heard voices as he roamed the icy halls, and decided to follow them.
"Well, I think he was just being stubborn. After all, the queen did say 'please'." Snowcone said, from beneath the balcony.
He looked into the castle with his massive eyes, as Olaf cleaned up the dining room.
"Yeah, but you weren't there. He just needs some time." Olaf said.
"You're right. But, if the queen doesn't learn to control that temper, she'll never break the-"
"HANS! Hi! What are you...doing here?" Olaf asked, suddenly as Hans entered the dining room.
"I was just looking around." Hans replied.
"Oh, well, is there anything we can do to make you feel more comfortable here?" Olaf asked.
Hans hesitated. "I am a little hungry."
"You are? Hear that? He's hungry!" Olaf chirped.
"B-But, remember what the queen-"
"Oh, lighten up, Snowcone! He's not a prisoner, he's our guest!" Olaf said, leading Hans to a chair.
The admiral sat down and finally felt a little welcome. Olaf waddled over and brought him a plate of ice cream. The admiral stared at it, thinking it was a joke.
"Something wrong?" Olaf asked.
"Huh? No, no." the admiral replied.
Not wanting to be rude, he ate. He suspected that was all they had, considering that there was no real food supply in the mountains. And, to the admiral's surprise, it was the best ice cream he had ever eaten.
"Who made this?" the admiral asked.
"Yours truly." Olaf replied, giving a little bow.
"Well, it's excellent. You really have a gift."
"Well, thanks! Is there anything else I can do for you?"
"I'd actually like to look around, if that's okay. I hate being cooped up in that room all day."
"Yeah, why not? Come on!"
They both walked out of the dining room and roamed the castle. Everything was beautiful and flawless. Hans glanced at his reflection, as it was shown clearly on the walls. They walked until they reached a flight of stairs.
"Hey, Olaf? What's up there?" he asked, pointing up the stairs.
"What? OH! I mean, nothing! It's really really really boring up in the West Wing!" Olaf said, nervously.
Hans smirked. "So, that's the West Wing."
Olaf whimpered. "Oh, dear."
"I wonder what she's hiding up there." Hans said, quietly.
"Hiding? Elsa isn't hiding anything!"
"Then, why is it forbidden?" Hans said, walking past him.
"No, no! I mean, wouldn't you like to see something else?"
"Maybe later."
Olaf stepped in front of him and smiled nervously.
"We can go outside and get some fresh air!"
Hans blinked. "We can...go outside?"
"Oh, yeah! Come on, let's go!"
Olaf waddled ahead and hummed to himself. Hans turned to follow him, but his curiosity got to him. He walked up the stairs as Olaf's hums echoed the castle walls.
Hans walked through a long hallway until he reached a door. He reached out to open it and entered a large room. The icy walls were cracked and a dark purple and magenta color. Spikes were sticking out of the walls, and there was broken ice on the floor.
He looked around, but it was hard to see since it was so dark.
A small glow came into the room, making him turn and see a glass case, sitting on a table. He stepped forward and inside the case was a rose. It was glowing and tempted him to come closer. Slowly, he reached his hand out to touch the case.
Suddenly, a blast of ice shot at his hand, but missed. He gasped and drew his hand back. Hans turned and saw Elsa glaring at him.
"Why did you come here?" she growled.
"I-I'm sorry. I don't know what I was thinking." he replied, stepping away.
"I warned you never to come here!" Elsa scowled.
"I didn't mean any harm. I'll just-"
Elsa thrusted her hand at him and blasted ice. He dodged it as it smashed into the wall.
"Please, stop!" he panted.
"Get out!" she yelled.
She blasted at him again. The ice shot his direction and blasted onto his right shoulder. He groaned and quickly put his hand to his shoulder. But, Elsa wasn't finished.
"Get out!" she shrieked.
The admiral turned and ran for his life. The castle began to creak and get colder. Hans ran down the stairs and into his room. He opened his wardrobe and grabbed a silver cloak. Then, he broke off a chunk of ice from his door, as a weapon.
Rushing out of his room, he passed by Olaf.
"Hans? Where are you going?" he asked, worriedly.
"I can't stay here another minute, Olaf. I traded my life for Arendelle. There wasn't any agreement of me sacrificing my life."
"No, wait, please!" the snowman pleaded.
But, Hans had already ran out the front door. He exited the castle and got stuck in a strong wind. Quickly, he ran down the staircase and into the woods. The wind fought against him, but he kept running. The wind began to get worse, as he got farther and farther away.
Suddenly, he heard howling in the distance. Then, loud barking. Wolves began to appear out of the gloomy blizzard, making Hans take out his frozen weapon. He sliced his weapon at them, scaring a few. One leaped towards him, and he thrusted the ice into the animal. It fell dead.
He turned and gasped as more and more came.
Run.
The snow crunched under his feet as he sprinted against the storm. The wolves darted after him, until the ground beneath them began to crack.
We're ontop of a river.
Hans let out a small scream as the ground beneath him split apart. Icy water splashed onto his face, making him colder. He brushed it off and kept going. Several wolves didn't make it and drowned. The admiral kept running, until a wolf got ahold of his cloak with hits teeth. He sliced at it with his weapon, but he dropped it as he slipped.
Quickly, he got up but his weapon was buried in the snow somewhere. He grabbed a large stick and swung it at the creatures. One jumped onto his back. It barked and scratched his back. He screamed and tossed it off. Doing so, he slipped again and hit his head on the ground.
A ringing sound flooded his ears and his vision blurred. The wolves were barking at him, but it was inaudible. One stepped up to him and opened its jaws. Suddenly, it was frozen instantly. The other wolves turned their attention to the woman who had frozen the wolf.
Elsa…?
