Do You Want to Know a Secret?
This chapter has been prompted by a guest and the prompt was One of the Roscoe's is in a relationship with a very unexpected person, but who is it and how did they meet?
Breathless gasps filled the room as the two bodies drew closer, desperately in need of more skin on skin contact to sate their urges for one another. She unashamedly straddled him, teeth grazing over his neck, just where his pulse was, so strong that she could almost feel it herself.
As he gave out a little groan, asking, no begging for more, she couldn't help but let out a small giggle, loving how she was the one who could make him unwind completely like no-one else on this earth. She ducked her head once more, letting herself relax and closing her mouth on his neck as she did so, her tongue hot against his skin.
As she briefly looked up, to see just how much she was affecting him, she couldn't help but notice the way his eyes were squeezed tightly shut, as if he was losing himself completely to the sensations all around him.
His body was completely loose and languid around her, though it didn't stop him from finding the strength to flip her onto her back, blonde hair momentarily blinding her before she brushed it away, seeing instantly that he was now the one on top, her heart racing at the dark lust in his eyes.
"My my Roscoe, you sure are needy aren't you?" The girl received no sort of verbal reply, not that she minded when his mouth pressed onto hers, the once tender kiss turning into something more vicious and passionate as the pair lost themselves in their lust, his body sinking bonelessly over hers as any last semblance of self control was lost in that one kiss.
"Only for you babes," he growled once the kiss had ended, stroking his hand through her long hair.
"Jason Roscoe you charmer," Theresa McQueen practically purred as once more, her lips met with her unlikely boyfriend's.

Jason Roscoe and Theresa McQueen were not your usual young couple and no-one in their right mind would ever see them going further than a drunken snog at best. After all, she usually goes for older men, the stereotypical charmer with a hint of bad boy to keep her on her toes, though ultimately ends in her heartbreak, with the cycle continuing on and on in an unbreakable circle.
And whilst Jason would notice Theresa and... 'Appreciate' her beauty, he would never have the confidence to talk to her properly and would subconsciously deem her as too tarty for his liking. But when love strikes there's little you can do it avoid it, even if it is deemed ridiculous by your peers. And that's just what happened to Jason and Theresa one spring morning.

"It was only a kiss babe," Holly protested once more, wishing that the hard look in Jason's eyes would disappear, the look that had been there since last night when he had witnessed his girlfriend of five months on top of another guy at a party, doing a lot more than just kissing.
Enraged he'd flown at the pair, beating the other lad to a pulp till he'd been pulled away by two other guys in his year, and although he was calm enough to not use his fists to solve his problems the next morning, his anger hadn't dissipated in the slightest, in fact it had only grown when he had gone round to Holly's flat to pick up his stuff that had been lying around, hoping that she would be too hungover to even notice his presence.
Of course he didn't have that sort of luck, and it was Holly who answered the door, obviously thinking that Jason was coming round to give her another chance. "Don't give me that shit Hol," he snapped, not in the mood to be treated like a fool. He had always thought his relationship with Holly had been too good to be true, this just proved it.
"I saw you with that guy, I know exactly what you were doing."
"I was drunk J, it was a mistake but you know I would never do that ever again."
"Do I?" Jason questioned, not sure what to believe anymore. "Because what you did really hurt me last night and I don't think I can ever trust you again."
"What are you saying?" Holly asked, her bottom lip quivering minutely, though she was doing her best to hide it and act she wasn't affected by what the two teens knew was coming next. It broke Jason's heart once more seeing her like that, but she had hurt him badly, everything she got now she fully deserved.
"I think we should just end this now don't you? It's obviously not working out if you got with someone else."
"You can't mean that," Holly whispered brokenly, taking a step forward though as she did so, Jason stepped back, reaching for the flat door and pulling it open.
"I think we both know I'm deadly serious," Jason said softly, leaving the flat and trying to block out the sounds of Holly crying, knowing if he tried to comfort her, then he'd be in the same place he had been just a few moments ago. No, what he had done was the right thing, though it didn't stop his heart from breaking once more.
Sighing he stepped out of the block of flats, crashing head first into someone who was walking out of price slice, their multitude of bags crashing to floor, with everything inside spilling out. "Watch it," Theresa snapped, glaring at Jason as he flushed hotly.
"God, I'm sorry," he apologised hastily, dropping to his knees to put what he could back in the plastic bags, just as Theresa did the same thing.
"Uh thanks," she said once everything was back in their bags, fortunately all in one piece. "Not a lot of people would have helped me out."
"It's no problem, really," Jason said with a small smile, hoping that the awkward small talk would soon end, he was in mood to interact with anyone, not after the day he'd had so far.
"Are you okay?" Theresa asked, noticing that the younger boy was visibly upset.
"I've been better, but I'll live," Jason replied, knowing that the last thing Theresa would really want was to listen about his relationship woes.
"You sure, because that's normally the look on my face when my relationship's just ended."
"There's a look?" Jason asked, wondering how obvious he was if a girl he had never really spoke to, apart from when she was with Freddie, could guess it in one.
"No, but I was at that party last night, I saw what happened with Holly and you don't seem to be the sort of person that just lets it go."
"Well you'd be right," Jason nodded, interrupted as Theresa's phone began ringing.
"Hi Carmel, yeah I've got everything... No I just bumped into someone... I'll be back in a few minutes," ending the call, Theresa turned back to Jason with an apologetic look. "I've got to go, but see you around?"
"Yeah, see ya," Jason said turning to make his way home, bemused by the conversation he'd just had with one of the most unlikely of people, though he had found he'd liked it.
}}}}}}
Although both Jason and Theresa had enjoyed their earlier conversation with each other, neither had done anything more to pursue deepening their relationship, having no chance to, nor seeing the point of it. After all, they had completely different lives to one another and they simply hadn't considered it.
A week after their initial talk though, they once again found themselves at the same party, though this time, instead of smiling politely at one another the pair moved over to talk to each other, dancing in time with music as they did so.
"You feeling any better about what happened with you and Holly?" Theresa asked over the music, flicking a long blonde lock over her shoulder.
"Yeah, I guess so. I mean, I miss her, but what can you do?" Jason replied, the small amount of beer he'd consumed being more than enough to make him a lot more talkative then when he was stone cold sober.
"That's a good point," Theresa practically shouted so she could be heard, thinking of her own relationship with Dodger that had ended messily a few weeks back.
Part of her missed him, wanted nothing more than to beg for him back, but Theresa had done that too often, was always playing the part of the desperate, needy ex and she wanted no more of it. No, she was determined to put distance between her and Dodger once and for all, and find someone that would appreciate her for being her.
Taking the final sip from her can, Theresa frowned to herself when she realised that it was empty, moving to get another one and only half noticing she still had a firm grip of Jason's hand from when they had been dancing.
"You want another one?" She asked, shooting a disbelieving look to the younger boy when he shook his head, but Jason was adamant. He wasn't going to go crazy and end up in a hospital bed because he'd fallen into a diabetic coma, no once was more than enough for him, and just because he wasn't as drunk as the people surrounding him didn't mean he couldn't have fun.
His friends in particular went absolutely mental when they had a bit of drink in them and Jason couldn't wait to tease them in the morning about the stupid things that had gotten up to, though at this rate he'd have no material, having not seen them in a while due to spending so much time with Theresa, not that he minded.
Despite only having hung out with her a couple of times now, and they couldn't really be counted as such, Jason had found himself being pleasantly surprised by Theresa in general and in that moment, when he was slightly tipsy and running on a lack of sleep, he made a vow to get to know her better, unaware that Theresa was thinking exactly the same thing.
"Oh I love this song," she squealed, bouncing up and down as the heavy dub step beats changed to something lighter. Without thinking, she dragged Jason back to the main living area, where the majority of people were up dancing, couples gyrating against one another, kissing each other like they were their much needed oxygen.
The longer they danced for, the closer they got to one another, until Jason and Theresa closely resembled the other couples they were surrounded by, so close they could feel one another's breath and could count the eyelashes on the other's face.
Jason didn't know who started the kiss, but the moments their lips touched his breath was taken away. He'd never felt anything like it before, not even with Holly, but Jason knew in that moment that this was where he belonged. Before he knew it, Jason's hands were all over Theresa's body, asking, no begging for more. His hand was clasped at the back of her neck whilst the other had almost a bruising grip on Theresa's hip, though even that wasn't enough.
A well placed roll of his hips had Theresa gasping, her light eyes blown with lust and Jason knew he probably looked in a similar state.
"Upstairs," the blonde gasped, trying to pay attention to what she was saying, even though it was near impossible. "There's bedrooms that we could... put to good use." Jason didn't need telling twice and within seconds the pair were practically hurtling up the stairs, in desperate need of some alone time.

The next morning, as the sun that was pouring through the curtains woke him, Jason was convinced he was dreaming. Because there was no way that Theresa McQueen would be sleeping in the same bed as him, completely naked. But although everything inside of him was telling him, no screaming that last night was all a dream, Jason knew that everything that had happened was real, there was no way that it wasn't, meaning he'd just slept with... well.
Slipping out of the bed and making sure not to wake the still sleeping girl, Jason began pulling on his clothes, ready to leave the bedroom and pretend that last night had never happened, not because that he was ashamed, hell no, he was pretty amazed that he had gotten with a girl like Theresa, but because he didn't think that she would exactly be thrilled to wake up and see him lying next to her.
As he went to press down on the door handle and leave the room, a sleepy voice startled him. "I didn't think you were the love 'em and leave 'em type Jason." Turning to Theresa, Jason tried to look a lot calmer than he was currently feeling, though he doubted it would work.
"I uh, I just thought it would uh be easier," he tried, hating how pathetic and grimy it made him sound.
"And why would that be easier?" Theresa asked, and although the question was innocent enough, the tone she was using indicated that Jason was currently walking on a very thin line.
"Well, I didn't think you'd exactly want to wake up to someone like me. This way, you can just forget it ever happened and pretend it was that footballer player you were eyeing up yesterday."
"So you think I'm ashamed of sleeping with you?" Theresa asked, a hint of amusement seeping through the confusion in her voice.
"Uh yeah," Jason answered back easily, trying to keeping the annoyance out of his voice. He already knew what Theresa would be thinking, after all he probably wasn't any good, he'd only slept with Holly and even she had found other people to satisfy her... needs.
"I'm not embarrassed about what happened between us two, actually I kind of liked it," she admitted softly, biting her lip to keep a lid on her nerves. Too many times she had made a confession to a guy, only for it to be thrown back in her face, though in their one night together, Theresa knew that Jason was different. "In fact I liked it a lot."
"You did?"
"Yeah. In fact, I really wouldn't mind that happening again, or again, or again."
"Are you saying we should... date?" Jason asked, turning fully to Theresa, eyes wide with shock as the morning turned in ways that he never thought it would.
"Well if you want, I mean I'm up for it," Theresa shrugged, trying to remain casual as she spoke. "Like we don't have to make it official for a while, just keep it casual. I think we both agree that we need some fun in our lives."
{{{{{{{
"What was that?" Jason asked, freezing as he heard a noise just outside Theresa's bedroom door.
"Nothing babe, it's probably just the wind," the blonde laughed, pressing a kiss onto Jason's neck and sucking lightly. "And so what if it is someone, us is basically the worst kept secret in this whole house."
"I thought we were keeping this quiet?" Jason asked and pulling away slightly to look at Theresa properly, her cheeks still flushed.
"Yeah and we are. Look I haven't told them, but we're not exactly discrete at the best of times are we?" Jason couldn't help but laugh at that, various incidents of when he had almost been caught with Theresa running through his mind.
"And well, we only didn't tell anyone because we didn't know where this would be going, but we've been together for almost two months now. Surely now is the time to start telling people we're together, because I don't know about you, but I would quite like to walk down the street hand in hand with my boyfriend."
"I'd like that too T, it's just-"
"You don't want to do you?" Theresa asked, seeing Jason's reluctance for what it was. "But I thought, are you ashamed of me? Is that what this is?"
"Of course not, I never could be ashamed of you, it's my family, well my brothers more like. They like to have a tease every now and again and well... whatever they say may just be a joke about you and me, but I don't want you getting hurt by their idiocy."
"But why would they joke unless they had something to joke about?" Theresa asked, slowly getting more and more worked up as time passed, not caring if she was being over-dramatic. For too long she had been used by guys and she had promised herself that that would stop, that she'd find someone who'd treat her right, like an actual human being and not just a sex object.
She had thought she'd found that in Jason, but if he wasn't even willing to be seen in public with her... well then what sort of relationship did they even have?
"Nothing, I'm just saying I don't want you to get hurt-" Once more Jason was cut off as Theresa stood, practically shaking with rage.
"I know exactly what you were saying Jason. Just get out, I don't want to see you."
"But T,"
"Just get out," Theresa shouted, trying to keep in control of her emotions. "This thing is never going to work out if you're too embarrassed to even be seen with me."
"But I'm not, I love you," even though Theresa's heart fluttered at the words she'd been dying to hear for so long, she knew she had to stay strong, she'd only end up getting even more hurt otherwise.
"Just get out Jason, I don't want to see you." As her bedroom door clicked shut a few seconds later, signalling the younger boy leaving, Theresa couldn't control her tears any longer, why could nothing in her life ever go right?

Two weeks. That was how long Jason had gone without Theresa and he felt like he was going mad without her. They hadn't even spoken since that terrible afternoon, not for lack of trying on his part and it made his heart break each and every single time he saw her in the village, looking just as miserable as he was feeling.
He knew she wanted him just as much as he her, but Theresa had always been stubborn, Jason had known that from before they had started dating and he knew she wasn't going to back down easily. He wanted to tell everyone about him and Theresa he really did, but he knew his family too well, knew they'd tease him him mercilessly about it like they always did, and well if Theresa heard any of their comments, he just knew she wouldn't take it well.
He loved the blonde, the feelings he'd had for Holly paling in comparison to this, but he had no idea on how he could fix this, none at all. Which is what made it extremely awkward when he was dragged into the Dog one evening with the rest of the family, only to see Theresa leaning at the bar and talking casually with Mercedes, though it was obvious she had also noticed him when she immediately stiffened, glaring furiously at him as he sat down, cheeks flushing a bright red.
"I'm just going to get a drink," he muttered, already at the bar before the others could ask for him to get them drinks too. As he came over, Theresa halted her conversation with Mercedes and walked over to where Jason was stood, trying to look as casual as possible, though failing miserable.
"Talk to me T, I'm going mad without you."
"Well you should have thought about that before you chose to hide our relationship from absolutely everyone because you were too scared," Theresa snapped, taking a generous sip of her wine, in hopes of calming her nerves.
"I weren't scared, well not really, I was just trying to do best by you is all," Jason babbled, hating the disbelieving look that was shot his way. "But I love you Theresa, more than anything and I need you in my life. Let me make it up to, I'll do anything for another chance."
"You can all say all this romantic crap Jase, but it doesn't change the fact that you're obviously embarrassed of me. Look I know I'm not your usual type of girl, but I thought we had something."
"Isn't there anything I can do to fix this?" Though before Theresa could answer Jason's plea, she was silenced by Ziggy sauntering up to the bar, shooting her a wink as he ordered the drinks for the table.
"Now I see why you were so eager to rush over here Jase, though feel free to ignore him Theresa, I imagine you'd like a real man, not like our little baby over here. Seriously, he can't even get us our drinks, so don't expect to be wooed," Ziggy laughed, smiling in thanks as the barmaid passed over a tray of drinks and not noticing the glare that Theresa sent Jason's way, urging for him to say something about everything that was wrong in what Ziggy said. "Now be good kids."
As Ziggy walked away, Theresa's glare only deepened until Jason was left genuinely fearing for his life. "That's just proven my point. Until you've grown some balls Jason, then there's nothing for us. After all, I do so like a real man"
"Theresa just-" But the blonde was no longer listening to Jason, having turned back to Mercedes and leaving him completely shut out. Knowing he was going to get no further, Jason sighed and made his way back to the table his family were all sat at, no longer in a mood to sit there and make pleasantries when all he wanted to do was go back to his bed and never leave.
His mood was not improved as he watched Theresa start flirting with a number of different guys, all clearly interested in her and all a lot better than Jason knew he'd ever be. It was only as he watched one guy slap Theresa's bum and lean in for a kiss, did it become too much though and ignoring his family's startled protests Jason found himself standing on the table, immediately getting everyone's attention, including Theresa's.
"So I'm not really someone for making a big deal out of things," he began, nerves building as he felt dozens of pairs of eyes boring holes into him, though he refused to look anywhere but at Theresa, knowing he'd only bottle it otherwise. "I'm too shy and not funny enough to do it and well I hate public speaking, but this, well I guess this is a bit different because although I'm scared shitless, I'm doing this for a reason and a pretty big one at that.
"I'm in love with someone. And she's deceptively smart and really funny as well as absolutely gorgeous, but she's not very happy with me at the moment, because I'm too scared to tell anyone. I'm scared to tell anyone incase my idiot brothers make fun of her, or in case she realises that she doesn't want to be with me and I end up looking like a massive idiot.
"But I've decided to damn the consequences, because me not telling anyone about us, about our love for each other, has almost ruined everything and made her so upset, and that's even worse than looking like an idiot. So here I am, hoping that this is enough and that I haven't left it too late, because Theresa McQueen, I love you."
The pub was filled with shocked gasps at that, no-one having expected the final part of Jason's speech, though he found himself unable to care, eyes only on Theresa's as he jumped off the table and made his way over to her, hoping the tears in her eyes were happy ones.
"So? Because feel free to call me an idiot who left it too late, cause I kind of did, but I hope that-"
"Oh shut up," Theresa breathed, pulling Jason into a steamy kiss, the young couple getting lost in their passion as they realised just how much they had missed each other over the past few weeks.
And as they found themselves in Jason's bed just a few short hours later, both exhausted but deliriously happy, feet tangled under the cover they kissed one another lazily, knowing they've found perfection.
Well you said unlikely couple! Fun fact, when writing up this chapter I had two other potential couples in mind which were Freddie and Grace, and Ziggy and Tegan! If anyone wants to see either of those, I can put them on my prompt list.
And wow, because between this chapter and the last one, I passed some pretty impressive milestones. I got my 200th review and well beyond, seeing as I'm now on 230 (internally screaming), one of which was in French, as well as reaching 100 prompts!
So it's safe to say I'm a seriously happy bunny right now and just want to thank everyone for all their support!
