Hello my amazing, patient and understanding readers! I am so sorry that I have been away for so long, but I just started a full time job and haven't had much time to write. That being said, I have come to a conclusion, I am going to upload AT LEAST one chapter a week between now and the end of the year. I am planning on ending this story before the New Year! Anyway, thank you guys so much for your reads, faves, follows and reviews. You guys are amazing and I love you!

Sam wiped down the same table four times before Robin walked over and took the rag out of his hand.

"Sam, sweetie, go home. Call him." Sam stared at the rag, not meeting Robin's eyes.

"My shift isn't over yet." He replied dully. Sam, Robin and the cook were the only three in the diner.

"Yes, it is, now leave. Call Gabriel and make up. I don't know what happened, but I do know you guys need to make up. Now go or I'll kick your butt all the way back to that fancy school of yours." Sam looked up at her and Robin offered a gentle smile. Sam didn't smile back.

"Are you sure?" Sam wasn't looking forward to what Gabriel would say to him. Sam knew he had probably deserved what Gabriel had said. He felt guilty throwing the past in Gabriel's face like that.

"Yes, go. I'll see you tomorrow morning and I want that infectious smile of yours back, okay?" She gave Sam a kiss on the cheek. Sam half smiled.

"Yes, ma'am." Sam walked behind the counter, grabbed his keys, and walked out of the diner. He sighed. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and dialed the number before starting the Impala and driving.

"Dude, do you have any idea what time it is?" Kevin groaned into the phone.

"Sorry, time difference, I need to talk to you though."

"Is it life or death?"

"Well, Gabriel and I got into a huge fight and it would be nice if my best friend was here to talk to me." Kevin's voice suddenly had a new sense of urgency.

"What? What the hell happened?"

"Him and his roommates had a party last night, and you remember that Kali girl that flirted with him?"

"I do recall that conversation."

"I called him last night and I heard her say 'get your pretty ass back on the dance floor'. So they were obviously dancing together. Then he came and saw me at the diner and I just, I said some stuff I shouldn't have…"

"What exactly did you say, Sam?"

"I may have said something about how I know that his friends can influence him and he might change his mind and decide that he doesn't want to be with me anymore because…"

"Do you really believe that?" Sam knew he didn't. He knew that Kevin didn't either.

"Well, no of course not. I just, I wish that this girl wasn't there."

"So tell him that. Tell him that you don't want him to hang out with her. Although, that does sound petty and jealous." Kevin yawned.

"I'm sorry, am I boring you?"

"Dude, it's two AM here, don't bite my frikken head off." Kevin snapped back. Sam sighed. Why couldn't he do anything right today?

"I know, I'm sorry, I just, I don't know what to do."

"You need to talk to him. You need to apologize and tell him how you feel about that Kali girl. Sound good?"

"No, what if I say the wrong thing again?" Sam knew this could go badly. So badly it could ruin his and Gabriel's relationship forever.

"Then just kiss him. That usually works when Channing and I fight."

"Good thing you're going to be a medical doctor and not a therapist."

"Yeah, yeah, honestly dude, I would talk to Jessica, too. She's better at this relationship crap than I am."

"That's a good point. Thanks, Kev. Sorry I woke you up. I really did forget about the time difference."

"Nah, you're good. Let me know when you guys make up though."

"If we do, yeah, I will."

"Alright, Sam. Night." Kevin hung up the phone and Sam texted Jessica before he called her.

Sam: R u awake? Need 2 talk 2 u

Jess: Sure hun, wanna come ovr?

Sam: Be there in a sec

Sam drove and parked in front Jessica's building. He walked up to her room and knocked. She answered and smiled softly.

"Sam, what happened?" Jessica led Sam inside. The two sat on Jessica's bed.

"Well, Gabriel and I got into a fight…" Sam explained what had happened and Jessica sat and listened.

"Sam, how could you say that to him?" She asked once Sam was done.

"I…it just sort of came out. I didn't think about it. It's not like…it's a false statement."

"So you really think that would happen? He would just decide he doesn't love you anymore and he would run into that slut's arms? Sam, you know better than that."

"I know. Son of a bitch, Jess. I need to go talk to him."

"Yeah you do. Get the hell out of here." Sam stood up and gave Jessica a hug. He left and walked down to his car. He debated texting Gabriel and seeing if he was awake, but Sam figured he wouldn't answer, so he was just going to show up and hopefully things would be okay again.

Gabriel's tears were already falling when he got to the road. He couldn't believe what Sam had said to him. Yeah, he had dated girls, hell, he had slept with girls, but that didn't mean he didn't love Sam. And yeah, he had hidden his feelings for Sam when they were younger and let his friends influence him, but for fuck's sake! He was thirteen! Gabriel thought that Sam had gotten over that. He thought that he had proven that he loved Sam. Gabriel finally pulled into the parking lot of his building and went into his room. He ignored his roommates and slammed his bedroom door shut.

"Damn, what's his problem?" Gabriel heard Bartholomew ask. Then there was a knock.

"Gabriel? Are you okay?" Samandriel asked through the door.

"No, I'm not." Gabriel replied. Then he glanced around his room. He knew it was in here somewhere. Then he saw it in his closet. He slipped the too-big sweatshirt on and curled up on his bed. It still smelled like Sam. Sam hadn't texted him, he hadn't called, he hadn't even chased after him. It obviously didn't bother Sam at all. Maybe Sam was sick of Gabriel. Maybe Sam had just been looking for a reason to break up with him. Gabriel used the sleeve of the sweatshirt to wipe his tears. He needed somebody to talk to about this. He glanced at his clock; it was just about ten-thirty, which meant in Kansas it would be twelve-thirty. There was a possibility he might still be awake. Gabriel dialed Michael's number and placed the phone up to his ear. It rang twice and then…

"Hey, Gabe! How have you been, man?" Gabriel almost smiled.

"Um…I'm alright, are you busy right now?"

"Well, I was studying, but you know what? I think I can spare some time for you."

"You were studying at twelve-thirty on a Saturday night?"

"Mid-terms, man. Anyway, what's up?"

"Sam and I got into this huge fight because he decided that I screwed this girl last night while I was drunk and…"

"You didn't, did you?"

"No! I got drunk, I danced with her, but we didn't do anything other than that. Sam jumped down my throat and was saying that maybe my friends could get in my head and make me think that I didn't want to be with him anymore." Gabriel could hear Michael gasp slightly.

"So, you two are fighting because of your friends?"

"Well, no. We're fighting because he honestly thinks that they'll have the same influence on me that you guys had on me at thirteen. I mean, I stood up to you guys, why the hell would he think that these guys would have any say over me?"

"I don't know, dude. Maybe he's just worried about losing you. I mean, I'm not taking his side or anything, but it's gotta be a little nerve-wracking that you could get taken by a guy or a girl." Gabriel thought for a minute. He did have to admit that Michael had a point.

"Yeah, I mean, I guess so. He should know that I won't leave."

"He should and probably does. Just think about it, Gabe. Have you ever seen him talking to somebody else and thought the same thing that he thought?" Gabriel sighed.

"When did you get so smart, Mikey?"

"Always have been, bro. College just brought it out in me. Will you go make up with your boyfriend now?"

"If he wants to, yeah sure."

"Shut up, he does. He put up with you for this long; one stupid fight isn't going to ruin it."

"Wow, who would've thought that you of all people would be telling me to go make up with my boyfriend?"

"I've grown a lot. Hey, you'll be home for winter break, right?"

"Yeah, why?" Gabriel heard a gentle knock at his door as Michael began to answer. "Hey, Mikey, I'll call you back tomorrow. My roommates are at my door." There was another soft knock, but nobody tried to open the door.

"Okay, I'll talk to you later then. Bye, Gabe."

"Bye, Michael." Gabriel hung up the phone and walked to his bedroom door. He ran a hand through his hair and wiped his eyes one last time before he answered the door. The first thing Gabriel saw was a single white lily, his favorite flower. Then he looked past the flower, and up into those eyes.

"Hey," Sam said awkwardly. "I um…I bought this for you." Sam held the flower out and Gabriel took it. Sam looked Gabriel over. His eyes were red and bloodshot, and then Sam noticed that the black sweatshirt with the Stanford emblem on it was way too big for Gabriel. "Can uh…can I come in? I think we need to talk." Gabriel moved aside and Sam walked in. Gabriel shut the door, turned around and looked at Sam.

"So, let's talk." Gabriel spun the flower between his palms as he sat on his bed. Gabriel waited for Sam to sit next to him, but instead, Sam kneeled in front of him. Sam put his hands on either side of Gabriel's face and looked into his golden eyes.

"Baby, I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I said some stupid shit, and I didn't mean it." Gabriel set the flower down and put his hands on Sam's wrists. Sam continued. "I just, I get so nervous that I could lose you. I've never had to worry about this before and it scares the holy hell out of me."

"Sam, I wasn't the best guy in the past, I know I fucked up, okay? But that doesn't mean I'm going to mess this up now. I know that I used to let my friends mess with me and tell me what to do, but you know I've changed right?" Sam nodded.

"I'm sorry that I threw that in your face. I felt like shit the moment I said it."

"Why didn't you come after me then?"

"I…" Sam sighed. He didn't really know the answer to that. "I guess because I thought that you would come back in. Then I figured that you had left, and I had to get back to work."

"So, you thought that I should be the one to come in and apologize?"

"No! No, no, that's not it. I was hoping you would so I could apologize. Can we just, forget that I'm stupid and this whole thing?"

"Well, we can, but Sam, you can't get all jealous like that. I'm going to hang with other athletes like the volleyball team." Gabriel saw Sam's eyes grow hard for a moment. "You have to trust that I won't do anything."

"Gabe, of course I trust you, it's just her. She…"

"Has nothing on you." Gabriel leaned in and gently pressed his lips to Sam's. Sam rested his forehead to Gabriel's and smiled. "Sam, you really have to believe that. You're the only person that I want to be with."

"I know that. I believe that." Sam gave Gabriel a kiss on the forehead.

"Good."

"So, you forgive me?"

"Oh no, you still have a lot to make up for." Gabriel smiled and moved the lily from the bed to his nightstand.

"I do, huh?" Sam smirked back.

"Oh yes, Mr. Winchester. You have been a very bad boy."

"Please, sir. I'm very sorry for what I've done."

"Not yet you're not." Gabriel pulled Sam onto the bed and straddled his hips. He leaned down and barely touched his lips to Sam's and whispered. "And I'm not going easy on you tonight." Gabriel crushed his lips to Sam's and slid his tongue in his mouth. Sam slipped his inside Gabriel's and their mouths moved in sync with each other's. Gabriel moved his hands down to Sam's waist and dug his thumbs into Sam's hipbones. Sam groaned into Gabriel's mouth and then moved his lips to Gabriel's neck. Gabriel closed his eyes and ran his fingers through Sam's shaggy hair.

"Mmm…you're starting to make up for it, but I think you can do better."

"Is that so?" Sam slid his sweatshirt off of Gabriel and then he picked Gabriel up and rolled over so that he was now over Gabriel. "Well, good thing we've got all night then." Sam kissed Gabriel and in that kiss, all was forgiven. The two moved in harmony as they stripped the clothes off each other until they both were naked. Sam then kissed his way down Gabriel's neck, chest and stomach. He glided his mouth down Gabriel's shaft and Gabriel bit his lip. Sam traced the head of Gabriel's penis with this tongue slowly, drawing out a moan from Gabriel's lips.

"Saaaaam." Gabriel dug his fingernails into his bed as Sam stroked the rest of Gabriel that he couldn't fit into his mouth. He continued, and moved his mouth up and down. Gabriel could feel himself building up and up until he finally reached his orgasm and climaxed into Sam's mouth. Sam pulled his mouth away and kissed as much skin as he could on the way back up to Gabriel's eyes, which were still closed. Sam smiled and placed a kiss on Gabriel's chin before he whispered in Gabriel's ear.

"Are you alright, babe?"

"Oh I'm so much better than alright." Gabriel opened his eyes, and smiled at Sam. Sam smiled back.

"Good, and now…" Before Sam could finish his thought, Gabriel had rolled on top of him.

"Your turn." Gabriel smiled.

Sam's eyes reluctantly open. He glanced over at the clock on Gabriel's nightstand. It was only nine-thirty. Good thing he didn't have to work, he and Gabriel could lie in bed all day. He smiled and gently kissed Gabriel's head and closed his eyes again. Then…

"FUCK!" Sam sat up and Gabriel jumped up too. He looked at Sam sleepily.

"Baby, s' 'rong?"

"I gotta go, I have to be at work in fifteen minutes to open the diner. Fuck, fuck, fuck, shit." Sam got off the bed to get dressed as Gabriel watched and wrapped himself up in his comforter. "Where are my jeans!?" Sam looked at Gabriel. Gabriel shrugged and closed his eyes. Coach had given them the day off, so he didn't have anywhere to be. "You're no help." Sam muttered under his breath as he found his jeans under Gabriel's bed.

"I'm only no help because I don't want you to get dressed."

"Bite me." Sam said as he put his shirt on and started pulling his jeans on.

"Didn't I do enough of that last night?" Gabriel opened his eyes and smirked. Sam threw Gabriel's boxers in his face. "Hey!"

"I really do have to go. I'll text you on my break." Sam leaned down and kissed Gabriel. Gabriel kissed him back and tried to deepen it. "Mmm…I really have to go. Robin will kick my ass if I'm late."

"You already will be, why not just call in?"

"Because, I can't. If I'm not there nobody will be. And it's Sunday, so we'll be busy. I gotta go, but I love you, you know that, right?"

"Of course, I do." Gabriel smiled. "I love you, too, Samsquatch." Sam smiled back.

"Bye, babe, get some sleep." Gabriel closed his eyes again.

"If you insist." Sam leaned down and kissed Gabriel's forehead before he left for work, in a much better mood than he had been in when he arrived.
