All's fair except when alcohol is involved
This chapter has been requested by an anon and their prompts was Roscoe's are never ones to step down from a dare, even if said dare is stupid and will get them into heaps of trouble. Or the one where Jason gets a tattoo when drunk and the whole family find out
"He'll never do it," Robbie crowed to the other lads, taking another sip from his lager can. "Ain't got the balls to."
Jason glared at his twin as he sat in the tattooist's seat, pulling his sleeve up to reveal the clean, unbroken skin, though he remained silent. "You sure you okay to do this?" The shop-owner asked, getting his inks and needles ready as he spoke.
"Yeah, don't listen to my brother, he's an idiot. I'm more than okay with this," Jason replied coolly, placing his head on the head-rest of the chair, the room tilting to one side slightly as he did so.
Okay, so maybe he wasn't completely okay, but he did have a few cans of beer in him and after Gaz had disappeared with some girl on his 18th, Jason, Robbie and the small handful of friends left behind, had decided to fuck the clubs and go wandering through the now deserted town.
It's what led them to the tattoo parlour about half an hour later, all slightly drunk, though Jason more so than the others, because despite having just as much, having not drunk a lot previously due to his diabetes, it was having quite the effect on him.
And it was him that decided Robbie's oh-so-not-serious dare of how they should all get tattoos was the best idea ever, after all they were eight-teen now, they were legal and they were living life. Wasn't that what the best years of your life were meant to be about?
"Alright mate," the tattooist said with a smile, having seen the same scene a million times over since opening shop. He knew keeping the parlour open so late was only asking for disaster, but he was always willing to turn people away if they seemed too drunk, or if their tattoo was something that they would really regret in the morning.
The younger lad in front of him appeared to only have had a few beers at most and the print was nothing offensive or grossly huge, so he should be fine. If not, well the teen could blame his friends who had joined him and not him, the innocent shop-keeper. "Now you sure about the design?"
"Yeah, I've wanted something like this for ages, why not get it tonight?"
"Yeah why not. I mean you have the money and I'm more than happy to serve," the tattooist smiled as the lad's friends all began laughing, realising that this was going to happen, all delighted by the prospect of it. The work itself didn't take very long to complete, it wasn't a complicated design, though looked like it would work very well into a sleeve if Jason decided to do it.
In just under an hour, the tattoo was complete and Jason handed the lump sum of money over to the shop-keeper, a smile on his face as he realised what he had done, still too intoxicated for the negatives to hit him fully, but that would come, and when it did, it would be messy.

"Urgh my head," Robbie groaned as rolled over on his bed, clutching desperately at it as the sunlight from the window blinded him.
"And this is why you don't drink a fuck ton of tequila," Jason snorted, trying to hold in his laughter as Robbie only groaned once more. Despite having drunk more than he was used to, Jason felt fine, bar the handful of aches that were now littering his body, no doubt they'd turn into some marvellous bruises later on.
"You say that like it's a bad thing," Robbie drawled, slowly sitting up, and wincing every few seconds. "And hey, at least I kept my senses enough not to fork out £50 that was meant to be petrol money. You're such a muppet you know that?"
"What- what are you talking about?" Jason asked, eyes wide as he felt around for his wallet. He hoped that Robbie was joking, because he really needed that money for petrol this week.
"Are you saying you don't remember?" Robbie asked, hangover long forgotten as pure, unadulterated joy entered his eyes.
"Remember what?"
"Your arm not feeling a bit sore bro?"
"What are you- Oh Jesus Christ!" Jason exclaimed as he pulled his t-shirt sleeve up to reveal the red raw skin which had been previously hidden. In the centre of that laid a decorative swirl, taking up a tiny portion of his arm.
"Yeah, it's looking pretty permanent isn't it?" Robbie laughed, getting down from his bunk to take a closer look at the ink now that he could actually see straight. "You said you'd been thinking about getting it done for a while, what does it even mean?"
"It's like the tattoo Mike Tyson has, I mean it's not on my face but it's pretty similar in design," Jason shrugged, moving to the mirror to get a closer look. He shrugged after a moment, impressed with the overall look of the tattoo despite how stupid he had been. "Mum's going to kill me if she finds out. You know she has that stupid thing about no tattoos till we're twenty, not after Freddie got that dodgy one from downtown."
"It's your own fault," Robbie laughed, Jason's misery more than getting rid of his own hangover. "But her face would be epic!"
"You're not going to tell her," Jason growled, not liking the look in his twin's eyes. After eighteen years he knew it could only mean that Robbie was plotting something, something that would cause maximum humility to the intended victim.
"Did I say I was going to?" Robbie asked, a mock look of hurt crossing his features.
"You didn't have to, I know you Rob," Jason sighed, knowing that this tattoo was going to cause more grief than it was worth.
"Good, then nothing I do should come as a surprise," Robbie said, winking at Jason before leaving the room, a million ideas already forming in his mind.

It was three days after Jason had gotten his tattoo, and his jittery nature was certainly causing his family to become suspicious of him, but it was impossible to relax when he knew there was a very high chance of Robbie coming out of nowhere and revealing all to them, or more importantly, Sandy, who would be the one to hit the roof over it all.
In his defence, Robbie had been doing what he could to get Jason to reveal the tattoo to his family, he said it was because he had his brother's best interests at heart, and that all this stress wasn't good for him, but Jason doubted that Robbie taking all the long-sleeved tops he owned and hiding them whilst he slept, or the instance when he covered the top that he was still wearing with tomato juice, so Sandy would demand that he take it off right then and there to be washed, was done for his benefit.
No, that was to raise his blood pressure to a dangerous level, and to try and get him into trouble with the older blonde, though somehow, and don't ask because Jason wasn't even sure himself, he had managed to get out of both situations without Sandy learning the truth.
It was what led to Robbie upping his game one Tuesday evening, as the whole family lounged around in the living room, because he was the one to start this game and he was damned if he was going to lose, especially to Jason of all people. So as he passed his twin, he accidentally tripped and ended up spilling his cup of tea all over the other teen.
He knew it was a bit out of order, after all there had to be better ways of revealing the tattoo to your unknowing family, but Robbie was never one to do things by half and he had made sure the drink wasn't hot enough to hurt Jason, just warm enough to give him a shock and cause the... right reaction.
And boy did Jason give as good as he got, because in just a few seconds he had leapt up and practically torn the shirt off of him to stop the liquid burning (okay, maybe it was a little too hot!), trying his best not to swear in front of Sandy, who wouldn't hesitate to clip him around the ear for 'unnecessary' language.
But as he realised why she was looking at him in such shock, Jason realised that that clip around the ear may not be something far off in his future, as Sandy had clocked the tattoo in no time at all, along with the rest of the family.
"Please tell me that isn't what I think it is," she said softly, ignoring the sniggers that were coming from Robbie as he tried his best to contain his laughter.
"Now mum, there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for this," Jason began, wincing as Sandy's glare increased tenfold. "It was all Robbie's fault!"
Well that stopped his twin from laughing, as the nurse turned her fiery gaze on him, and suddenly Robbie didn't look as cocky as he once had. Yes, karma was going to be sweet, because Jason knew he was going to give back as good as Robbie had done, but he was going to make it so much worse.
And I think we'll leave that there, before either of the twins kill the other!
Next Chapter – Jason finds himself involved with the wrong type of people, he didn't know how it happened, or how it got this far, but suddenly he's hiding a gun in his bag! But when he's kicked out of the house for that very reason, Jason realises it's all gone too far and tries to back out, but sometimes it's just not that easy – Alice/Anon/Guest
