In Manjipoor... The day of the wedding and coronation.

Kuru's P.O.V.

I am dressed in traditional wedding garb and standing at the end of the aisle. I am very excited. Alex and I are going to be officially married today and then we will go on our two week honeymoon. Then we will come back and rule the kingdom together. I am so happy! I do not have the words in my vocabulary to express my feelings. Alex will be my beautiful wife and queen. I am so excited! I can't wait for her to finally be my darling. I waited so long for her and now I finally have her. I love her so much! I will tell her everyday and when we have children I will tell the little princes and princesses about how much I love their mother and how beautiful she is. When they are older I will tell them all about our love story. Now Alex is coming down the aisle in the most beautiful dress I've seen her in since the first one I brought to her. This one may be even more beautiful than that one. Now she stands at my side. I'm so glad that she'll finally be mine. Now she looks into my eyes. I must say, I'm a bit surprised that this day is even here. It took so long I had almost lost faith in it coming at all. Now Zamira comes up to us and cuts two locks of hair from my head and two from Alex's. She hands two locks to me and two to Alex. We then twist our locks together while the guests chant 'twist and twine your heart with mine' . We then put the lock in special lockets which will be saved for our posterity and stay as our legacy of love to each other. And all will know that our love will be forever as our locks are forever together. Now the minister speaks; its time to say the vows. "Kuru, my love, when I first met you, I had no idea that we would go on this journey together. I had no idea that I would grow to love you so much. But now, so many years later, I realize that it was always you that I have loved. I know that our love will last forever because it is built on things that last. I love you so much. You've been with me through sickness and health, through wealth and poverty, through better, and definitely through my worst moments. You've saved my life many times and I'm so grateful for you always being there for me. I love you." She says. Wow. I didn't expect all of that. Now its my turn. "Alex, When I first heard about you from Omar all I wanted was to meet you. I knew you were beautiful like your other and surely had a sweet spirit too. Then I met you and it was one of the best days of my life. You were young and naive and innocent and sweet. You were strong and bold and fiery and caring and loving. You were scared and lost and worried. But you persevered. My darling, you were as beautiful as the sun and I loved you even before I met you, but my love grew stronger once I did. You are brave and strong and sweet and loving. You are everything. And I love you with my whole heart. My all is to you, Alex, my love." I really do love her so much. Now the minister declares us married and we have our first real kiss. "I love you." She whispers. "I love you too." I reply. I love her so much. I'm so excited to start our new lives together. This is going to be amazing.

Alex's P.O.V.

I'm married. Like, for real now. In my world too. Yay! And now we go to the coronation to be crowned king and queen. Yay! We walk into the throne room with Zamira and Cosma behind me, and Johan and Omar behind Kuru. Kuru sits on the left throne and I on the right. Omar brings the crowns and places them on our heads. Then Zamira brings my royal robe and Johan puts Kuru's on him. "People of Manjipoor, I give you Queen LillioKalani and King Kuru." Says Omar. "Long live the King! Long live the Queen!" Says all of the people. We smile brightly. Then we head to the banquet hall for the wedding feast. We talk and all the people congratulate us. I'm so happy now. I can't believe I'm finally married to my first and only love. And now I am his Queen and He my King. We eat and the feast is amazing. The food is great and the conversation hearty. I sit at one end of the table and Kuru sits at the other. Even though this feast is nice, I can't wait to get out of here so Kuru and I can talk alone. Right now there are so many people. Omar says there are ore than 10,000 people here today. And that's cool. But I do want some time with just our close friends and then some time for Kuru and I; alone. I mean, seriously, what couple who just got married and has been best friends for several years and had hardly any physical interaction in those years wouldn't want to be alone on their wedding day. I'm not being weird. It's just true. We just had our first kiss this morning. Seriously. And plus, we're married and its my wedding night and first and, frankly, I'm a little excited. But anyway, The wedding feast is awesome. Lots of people are here and it's lots of fun. A messenger just came in with a letter. It's from Caleb wishing Kuru and I much happiness. That's nice. I'm glad he's happy too. He wrote that he is getting married to a girl he met where he is living now. Yay for him! I'm really happy today. I mean, I have a really good reason to be really really happy. :) Yay! Wow, now this is getting weird. I'm not usually like this. But, I guess I'll cut myself some slack; it is my wedding day after all. Now I'm gonna go have another piece of that wonderful chicken!

So... how did you like it? Guys, I'm sad to say that this is the second to last chapter. There is only one more chapter after this. :'( But, as a wise friend once told e, all good things come to an end at some point. I guess that is mostly true. I do want to say however, since just a few weeks ago was Easter, That the goodness of Jesus did not end. Because he came back to life and now is still alive in Heaven with God cause he is God. I hope everyone has a wonderful week! Love, Emi. 3
