"There sure are a lot of leaves falling here." Toadette admitted as she watched several orange leaves falling down.
The red shelled Lakitu scoffed as she moved her hands about. "Well of course. This course is in the middle of a forest where autumn is king."
Toadette held her hands together as she faced Lakitu. "Does it ever change season?" She asked curiously.
Lakitu thought for a moment as she shrugged, her arms flailing by her sides. "...I don't think it does. It's rather strange. This place is bizarre."
Several seconds of silence when by as a huge batch of yellow and red leaves fell on top of Lakitu, with Toadette blinking in shock as she rubbed the back of her head, coughing as she pulled Lakitu out of the pile of leaves.
"Well, I guess the course took offense to what you said," Toadette chuckled as she glanced up at the tree, with Lakitu murmuring in annoyance.
