Eliza POV

It was July now and it was finally my baby shower. The cullens had all gone there separate ways again but they'd left all there gifts with Nessie and the next time we'd see them would be when my baby was born. Annalee and embry had been gone a little shy of two weeks, we'd see them next week though when we travel to new heaven for nina's graduation. I was due in two months and I was looking forward to this being over and meeting my little man. My boobs were so big, heavy and sore, although jett complemented them the other day, I didn't speak to him for about three hours after that! He just doesn't stop staring. My feet where so swollen, I could barely get my normal shoes on anymore. My baby kicked me pretty much all night long, he was only sleeping through the day. When he pushed against my stomach now there was either a perfect outline of his hands or feet, that one really freaked jett out at first but it's just kind of the norm now.

The baby shower was at my house, I wasn't really into moving around a lot lately. Nessie and nina had been making dinner for everyone. Jett had left around an hour ago to go and spend some time with Jacob. I was currently sat on our couch with my feet up rubbing my large swollen stomach.

"How's my little grand baby doing?" Nessie asked coming to sit next to me with a towel in her hands.

"He's good. Wish I could say the same for his moma though" she smiled softly and patted my leg.

"Your going fantastic Hon. Not long left now, hell I struggled with four months never mind nine! Your a saint" I smiled a sleepy smile and she stood up.

"People will be arriving soon, you still feeling up to it?" I nodded.

"Absolutely" she grinned and went back to the kitchen. An hour later my house was overrun with the women of the pack as we celebrating my baby shower.

"Present time" Nessie said as she sat down with me. The first gift I received was from herself and Jacob. I pulled off the paper, it was a huge box. I looked down at the photograph and seen the stroller I'd been looking at online.

"Oh Nessie! Thank you. I can't believe you bought me this! It costs way to much money" she smiled at me lovingly.

"It's my pleasure honey. Only the best for my family" from Emily I received a Breast pump.

"Oh... Um thanks" I said holding it up in the air. She giggled as did the other women.

"It's a breast Pump honey" Emily told me, I rolled my eyes.

"I know what it is" she smiled again.

"Nessie told me you weren't planning on feeding him from the breast, so I thought you could just pump your milk. It would be much healthier for your little one" I grinned then. I really wasn't planning on breast feeding, I wanted jett to share the load as well as myself. We were a team in his, I wasn't so set on the idea of formula milk but pumping my milk would be so much better why didn't I think of this?

"Thank you Emily, really this is exactly what I need" she smiled and I went for the next present. It was from Alice and jasper, Clothes and lots of them. Some of them were so cute, my baby would be the most fashionable baby in all of la push. Rosalie and emmett got me the same and Esme and Carlisle got me a bouncy chair. Nessie told me jett and annalee loved there's when they were younger, nina didn't really care for it so hopefully this baby would take after his father. From Kim I received a mountain pile of teddy bears, ratels and soft silky blankets.

"Thank you Kim" she smiled as I went for the next present from Rachel.

"It's kind of a double present. There's another one" I looked around until I found the other box shaped present. I opened the first one, to see a wicker basket filled with lots of baby items.

"It's a baby hamper, it has creams, powders, lotions, diapers, sponges and baby shampoos. Everything you might need" I grinned.

"Oh Rachel! thank you so much, this will defonatily come in handy"

"Open the other one" she said I did as she asked and found another wicker basket.

"It's a mommy hamper, it has soaps, face masks, bath bombs, shampoos and bath salts. Everything a mommy might need after a long day" I grinned again.

"Oh Rachel! These are such good ideas. Thank you so much" my next gift was from nina and annalee, they'd bought there's together when they found out I was pregnant.

"It's a bottle serialiser, we figured you would need one" nina told me and I nodded.

"I did need one! Thanks" she smiled and I hoped another this one was from Leah.

"It's nothing much, just a couple of boxes filled with pacifiers. You can never go wrong with pacifiers" I nodded and smiled. Ever since Leah had imprinted on Kaine she seems to have mellowed. Kaine had stayed around a little longer and now him and Leah were on the cusp of dating. My last gift was from skyler. It was huge packs of bottles, all different sized bottles and teats.

"Thank you skyler, really" she nodded and smiled. All the girls were chatting amongst themselves as Nessie and nina took my gifts into the baby's new nursery. She didn't take the stroller however, I was leaving that out so I could have a laugh later and watch jett try to assemble it. I stood up and waddled over to the nursery and told Nessie where to put things for now when there was a knock at the door. Nessie looked up at me and I shrugged, I waddled over to the door and opened it.

I gasped and Nessie came running out of the nursery and she gasped too.

"Mom" I squeaked. She was stood there as plain as day with my brother? What the hell.

"Hi sweetheart. You've grew since last time I saw you" she stepped forward but I stepped back.

"That's what happens when your pregnant mom. What are you doing here? How did you find out where I lived?" I asked all the women in the room where watching us and Nessie rubbed my shoulder.

"Can we talk in private?"

"No!" I yelled "you didn't want to talk to me when I told you I was pregnant, so why should I talk to you now?" I was furious. I yelled at my mother as Nessie tryed to calm me down.

"Eliza, you need to calm down for the baby. Don't get yourself all worked up" I nodded.

"I know where you live because you handed Scott a piece of paper before you left last time"

"Then why now? Almost 7months later here you are on my door step? For what?"

"Your fathers dead" I swear I almost fainted. Nessie led me into the kitchen and I sat down, she put a glass of water in front of me.

"What do you mean he's dead?" I asked.

"He died. Last month, I've been looking for the note I found in Scott's pocket since then. I had to see you Eliza"

"Why is he dead?"

"The drinking, it got a lot worse after you and Jett came to see us. Till eventually one morning I came downstairs, he'd slept on the couch as normal and that was it" I nodded trying to take this all in.

"Believe me Eliza! The day I told you to leave I was trying to protect you, I didn't want you to go through any more of that shit because of him. You were finally getting on with your life, you were having a baby. I wasn't going to let him ruin that" I nodded again.

"So... Why are you here?"

"To see if you will let me be apart of my daughter and grand child's life?"

"I'd also love to be able to meet my niece or nephew" Scott said breaking his silence.

"I wasn't sure what the sex of the baby was but I brought you a gift. It's just a white baby grow and some booties. It would work for a girl or a boy" I smiled a little.

"It's a boy" mom looked like she was going to cry.

"Oh... A grandson?" I nodded.

"Yeah" I said slowly, she looked like she wanted to hug me but was holding back incase I rejected it.

"I-I've missed you mom... I've missed you both" and that was all I needed to say for her to rush over and hug me.

"Oh baby girl I've kissed you too" she kissed both of my cheeks.

"I've missed you sis" Scott said from behind mom I reached up for him and he leaned down and hugged me.

"Haven't you got fat" he joked. I glared at him.

"If I could move, I'd kill you" he laughed and they both sat down. We spent most of the afternoon chatting about what they'd missed in my pregnancy, and how I was doing, what I'd been up too and things. It wasn't until later that night after everyone had left when jett came home I finally let my tears fall.

"Oh baby" he said and hugged me.

"I'm just so overwhelmed by everything, I guess it's just kinda hit me" he smiled and kissed both of my eyelids.

"I love you so much"

"I love you too" I muttered. He stood up and went over to the box that held the new stroller.

"Let's have a laugh now shall we?" I giggled and nodded.

Annalee POV (short POV)

What in the world was happening to me? I felt so groggy. I was sat on the couch with embry watching the local news but it wasn't even in our language so I wasn't sure what was going on. Then a wave of nausea passed over me, I through embrys arms off me and ran for the bathroom throwing up all the damn crap he's been making me eat!

"Hey are you okay?" He asked rubbing my back.

"I don't know" I squeaked. I reached up for the chain and rested my head on the cold tile wall.

"Why where you sick? Your never sick" I nodded.

"Way to state the obvious" he gave me an apologetic look and I grabbed his hand.

"I don't know why I was sick. Maybe all the new foods you've been trying to make me try. My body isn't use to it and plus they didn't even taste very good" he looked worried but scooped me up in his arms and took me back to our bedroom, where we laid down and he rubbed my stomach making it feel better.

"Thank you baby" I whispered before falling into a deep sleep.
