embry POV

It was the first of November and annalee was in labour. It began at three am this morning, as I woke up when she was digging her nails into my arm and gritting her teeth. I took her straight to Carlisle, calling Nessie and jake on the way there and he announced she was five cm dilated.

"Embry" she gasped during another contraction.

"I'm here baby" I said holding her hand.

"I think I'm dying" she said squeezing my hand tighter. Carlisle chucking lightly as he went through notes, but not looking up.

"Your not dying, your having a baby"

"This is all your fault" she screamed.

"I didn't see you complaining" she didn't respond to that one just glared at me. Her hair was wet and sticking to her face with all the sweat she was producing. Nessie kept coming in and checking on her as did Jacob. But finally at 9am Carlisle announced she was finally ten cm dilated and could begin pushing on her next contraction. The next contraction came fast and annalee pushed down, I swear she broke my hand as she screamed. She was trying not to at first but I told her just to let it out and she did.

"Annalee stop and breath for a moment" Carlisle advised her and she did. This went on for at least another ten contractions before we were told the baby was crowning. Annalee pushed down again gasping for air as she began to push the baby's head out. Once the head was delivered there was no stopping and there was Defonatily some bone cracking, so to be on the safe side I offered her my other hand. The shoulders seemed to be the worse, making her scream a little more but soon enough our little baby was here.

"I'd like to present you, your daughter" Carlisle said laying down the little bundle in annalees arms.

"Oh she's so small" annalee said smiling at our daughter.

"She is isn't she" she really was small, smaller than what cole was anyways but not as small as annalee was when she was born that's for sure. She had a small amount of hair on her head which was a brown, more annalees colouring than mine. Her eyes where tight shut but she had my nose, lips and shaped head. Her skin was a perfect mix between mine and annalees, hers was the lightest out of her and her siblings being more like her mothers but it still held russet and mine was very russet, she was a beautiful colour.

"I'm so so proud of you" I said to annalee, she looked up at me and grinned, tears in her eyes she kissed me.

"I love you so much"

"I love you too!" Carlisle let us have a moment before he came over.

"Do you mind if I sort the little one out?" Annalee frowned but passed her over. While Carlisle went around checking the baby over. Annalee insisted she wasn't staying in that bed and needed clean clothes on. I had brought clothes with us so that's was good. I helped her up but she was very unsteady on her legs. She wrapped her arms around my neck as I changed her into some of my old cut off sweats and a baggy tee-shirt she'd stretched out over the course of her pregnancy. There was clean bedding in the closet so I quickly changed it all so my wife and daughter had somewhere to lay and helped her back up. She hissed at the pain as I helped her lay back.

"I forgot to ask my mom how long this hurts for" she said and I chuckled, knowing Nessie would be on egg shells to come in here. Carlisle brought the baby back and rested her in annalees arms.

"Exactly six pounds. She's healthy, so no need to worry about her weight" I shook his hand.

"Thank you Carlisle"

"It's my pleasure son" I smiled as Carlisle excused himself from the room.

"Do you think I should try feeding her?" Annalee asked. I shrugged.

"If you feel up to it?" She nodded and grinned.

"I do" I smiled and I helped her bring her shirt up. The baby fussed around but soon latched on and sucked down on her meal.

"We should think about a name for her, now we know it's a girl" annalee said and I nodded.

"Well before we knew it was a girl, I really wanted to name her George. After my grandfather in my moms side. Guess that's out" I chuckled and annalee looked thoughtful.

"Well not exactly. I mean it's totally up to you, but we could name her Jorgie? Or even Georgina?" I thought about that, the possibility of still naming my first born after my grandfather made me excited.

"I love Jorgie"

"Good because I do too" she told me.

"So Jorgie it is?" She nodded.

"How about Jorgie-Leigh? Just so when she's in trouble I can use her full title" I laughed.

"Sure, I love it. My little Jorgie-Leigh call" we both grinned at each other when Jorgie finished her first meal. Annalee winded her while I got out her first outfit and diaper. We had packed a boy outfit and a girl outfit just incase, so I got the pink one out which red 'my lovely little lady bug' on it. I handed annalee everything as she laid her down in between her legs, first doing her diaper then putting on her little body suit and finally her baby grow.

"There all clean my lovely" she picked her up and handed her to me.

"Come on daddy, you have to hold her sooner or later" I nodded and took her, It was just the fact she was so small.

"Hi beautiful, I'm your daddy. And I love you very very much" I kissed her little forehead as tears pooled in my eyes.

"Aw such a softie" annalee said rubbing my arm. I smirked at her, and rocked baby Jorgie to sleep in my arms. There was an impatient knock on the door so annalee called them in.

"Sorry I told her to wait" Jacob said following Nessie in the room.

"Let me see" she whispered and looked into embrys arms.

"Oh a baby girl"

"Like you didn't already know" annalee said smirking.

"Yes but now I'm seeing her for my own eyes... It's different" I transferred Jorgie into nessies arms as her and Jacob cooed over there new granddaughter.

"What are you calling her?" Jacob asked.

"Jorgie, after my grandfather" he raised his eyebrows at me.

"My grandfather was called George. I was kinda set on her being a boy. But I wouldn't change her for the world" he smiled and looked back down at his granddaughter.

"What happened to you not making me and grandmother twice in such a short amount of time?" Nessie said smiling with tears in her eyes.

"I guess I can't keep my promises" annalee said with a giggle.

"Good" Nessie said grinning for ear to ear. I called my mother to let her know her first grandchild was here and she said she'd be straight over. She was pretty confused the first time we'd told her annalee was pregnant, firstly when we told her the baby would be born in just four months, which meant annalee was suppose to be five months gone then. Luckily she had a thick coat on when we told her so mom didn't question it too much, we just said she was growing slow that all. She was happy nevertheless and couldn't wait to meet her new grandchild. We also called jett and Eliza who said they'd be straight over and Edward and Bella went to jake and nessies house to wake nina and bring her up here since she was sleeping in the early hours of this morning when we called. My mother was the first one to arrived.

"Can I?" She asked looking at Annalee as she stood next to the baby's temporary cot next to the bed. Annalee nodded and my mother picked her up.

"She's so beautiful" she said.

"Looks just like you embry" I smiled.

"You think?" She nodded.

"Yeah, I can see you both but it's her facial features are Defonatily yours" annalee grinned she wanted the baby to look like me, why I have no idea.

"What have you named her?"

"Jorgie" I said and moms eyes shot to mine. She smiled and looked like she wanted to cry. My grandfather had died not long after I was born, it had only been him and my mother as my grandmother died when my mom was young. Apparently he was so excited for me to be born, he even thought of my name. He was so proud the first time he met held me in his arms, mom says, but when I was only around three weeks old he had a heart attack and passed away. Mom still gets chocked up about it now so I know this would mean a lot to her.

"Thank you" she whispered. "Both of you" I held annalees hand as we smiled at her. Nina arrived next.

"Oh annalee I'm so proud of you" she hugged her sister first, annalee flinched slightly at the sudden movement. Wow that was a first annalee flinching at one of nina's hugs! Quick someone grab a camera!

"She's perfect" nina said admiring her new niece.

"Everyone's having babies!" She cried.

"It will be your turn one day. I promise" annalee said squeezing her hand. I knew nina's worries, annalee had told me about them before. She was afraid she'd never find someone to settle down with. She could always date a wolf however if he imprinted on someone he'd be unconditionally bound to that person, and nina couldn't deal with that type of heart break. She could always fine a human mate but she was immortal therefore one day she'd be alone again, and there was the option to turn her human mate into a vampire like jett was doing with Eliza but nina smelled too human and there was warm fresh blood pumping around her veins, a newborn would never be able to handle himself around her, and what type of relationships that if you can't even go near each other? I had hope for her though as did the rest of her family, nina would find someone some day it was certain, nobody can be alone forever right? Pulling me out of my thoughts was when jett and Eliza arrived. Cole was sleeping in his car seat at the time.

"Oh, tell me did it hurt?" Eliza asked and annalee nodded and then gasped.

"Your hand! I swear I heard it crack" I chuckled.

"That's because it did! But don't worry fast healing remember" I said making a fist a couple if times, she sighed and nodded. The girls talked about labour and babies while jett clasped me on the shoulder.

"Welcome to fatherhood" I chuckled.

"It feels great doesn't it" he said to me and I nodded staring down at my sleeping daughter.

"It's hard to describe, but it feels great" he smiled.

"I'm just glad I had a boy first I guess... No worries about guys for a long time" Eliza chuckled at him and shook her head.

"Oh my Jorgie isn't going to date anyone are you baby girl" I said stroking her cheek.

"Oh embry! Yes she is. One day" I frowned at annalee and she smiled.

"Hey I said one day! Geez she's not even twenty four ours old! Calm down" I smiled and went back or gazing at my beautiful baby. I can't believe I helped make this small little baby, me and annalee did this only four months ago, it's amazing how fast she's grew. This baby could of been made on the most important day of our lives, our wedding night... Chances are she was but whenever it was, it was special because we created our little Jorgie. After everyone left Carlisle came back.

"Hi, how's everyone doing?" He asked as I held Jorgie, she was trying out her first pacifier and liking it so far. I'd also just done my first diaper change.

"Were great" annalee said taking her gaze off me by the window too Carlisle.

"Well if your both still doing good I'd say you can go home around dinner time, is that okay?" She nodded.

"That's great"

"There was a few more things I wanted to discuss, first being her growth. As you both know annalee you grew fast, but slower than your siblings due to you being born early. You grew fast because your mother grew fast, however you all grew a lot slower than your mother, almost five months slower. When she was only a few months old she looked at least eight of nine where you yourself looked only under a year. I think personally that Jorgie isn't going to grow fast like yourself, I think she will be more advanced and developed than normal human baby's at her age but I think she will grow at mostly a normal rate. There may be times however she goes through a fast growth, don't be alarmed it's a possibility. It's really like cole, due to jett his mental development is further ahead than baby's his age but his growth is normal. Don't worry your not going to be carry around a toddler with the mind of a teenager, I just mean she's going to pick up on things better such as faces, names, possibly start talking and walking before other baby's her age do" we nodded.

"That's a relief. I was a little worried about that" I confessed and annalee nodded.

"Me too, but why did she grow so fast in me?"

"Simple. Your a hybrid, and you grew faster therefore you body speeds things up. The growing of your baby was sped up by your body. I think it will happen with all of your children, or maybe an extra month, we won't know until this happens" we nodded again and Carlisle left to go back to whatever he was doing. When dinner came I quickly went home and grabbed jorgies new car seat and came back. After she was strapped in, which took a whole as she cried a lot whilst we were doing it, we were set to go. Annalee said goodbye to everyone and Thanked them and then we were off home for the first time as a family.
