Chapter 15: My Love for you is true

Mimi pov: I Shouldn't be angry with him, I'm just as stubborn. Its been 3 days since our fight and I just want to forget it happened. I don't want to be angry at him but I was, He hurt me with his words, I really thought he wanted to stay but i guess i was wrong, He wants to go back to his life with his grandparents and his friends and his fancy good singing 'girlfriend!' I just wish He'd stay here with the garden, the gnomes,and me.

'MIMI!' I Heard someone call my name and I saw Harry running towards me, I picked up the pace and walked away from him

'Go away Harry!' I yelled, I just couldn't deal with him right now!

'Mimi! Mimi wait!'

'Leave Me alone!'

'please please I Need to speak to you' He begged, I turned around with a nasty look on my face

'what?!' I snapped

'look, I know your annoyed with me, but please, give me 2 minutes and if i can't win back your friendship then i'll go' He pleaded, I just sighed and looked at him, i could see he was sad about this

'2 minutes, Go!' I said

'Look the truth is, Yes I have to go back to my world but that doesn't mean that I want to' He said

'You mean...You want to stay?' I hoped

'*sish* I don't know, I mean Iv'e got friends and family in the other place, but I want to stay here because...' he stopped

But it isn't, because it's given me the chance to tell how much I have fallen in love with you' I began to tear up, he put his hand under my chin and I was staring into his eyes.

'Hey, what's up?' he asked concerned

'It's because I don't want you to go, I love you so much I don't want you to leave me' I cried as he held Me in his arms

' You don't want me to leave?' he asked as I shook my head

'No of course not'

'Then tell me' he said seriously

' What?' I asked confused

'Tell me to stay and I'll do it' he said, I can't believe he was actually considering this!

'But your life...'

'Mimi, without my mother in the human world I can't go on, my friends will go on, and sure I'll miss my grandparents but they know I'll be happy where ever I am, I need a new start, and I can have that with you' he smiled, his words were sweet but I didn't want him to give up his whole life for me

'Harry you know I want to be with you, but please think about this, are you willing to give up being a human and be a gnome for the rest of your life?' I asked, he thought about it for a while and looked at me

'*Gasp*'

'Just say it, and I'll stay,' he began to walk away back to his shed, before he opened the door I ran up to him, grabbed his face and brought his lips to mine! This wasn't something i do, but with him, I'll do it in any case

'Stay' I smiled, He smiled back and picked me up by my waist as i held my arms around his neck and shoulders, and he twirled me around as i giggled

'So when do we say something?' he asked

'why not now?' i smirked as he smiled and kissed me again and we ran to tell everyone his decision

Meanwhile, The police were close to giving up the search for Harry but there were certain people disagreeing with the idea.

'sir we've searched through the entire area, there was no sign of the boy' one of the officers said

'Double your efforts and vehicles to the outline towns, I want the Boy FOUND!' DI Manson snapped as the officers grew a little nervous

'Yes sir' The officer said and left as DI Manson And DS Hunter spoke

'It chills me to think what has happened to the boy' The DI Sighed

'I know, but we will find him' Ds Hunter assured him 'I mean it can't get any worse' Just then Ds Nixon came through the door

'Guv, You remember a Man called Jason Stevens right?' she asked

'Arrested for assault, over his late wife and son...' I stopped in mid sentence to think 'He's Harry's father' I said

'The missing boy?'

'Yes, Jason was sent down for trying to kill his son, then Hexton went to visit him in prison and paid him to finish his job, Hexton goes to the house, Harry's grandparents are away leaving him alone,takes a cricket bat with him and ends up leaving the area by jumping over the fences.' I added the pieces together

'If Hexton had succeded with the assault, shouldn't we had found harry in his own home?' Ds Nixon wondered

'Maybe Hexton threw him away somewhere, maybe the gutters' Ds Hunter suggested

'no, CCTV Would have spotted it' DI Manson said

'Plus we've checked all around the area' Ds Nixon agreed

'No Something happened that night, We're just not seeing the picture, Hexton went to the house to do the job and now no one has found the boy, It doesn't make sense! His father paid him to do the job and we don't know if he succeded' The DI said

'Well, i doubt he'll ask for help from Hexton again' She said

'Why?' I asked

'Because I just got a call from starford prison, Jason has escaped and CCTV Spotted him in times square' She said showing the pictures

'When did he escape?' Ds Hunter asked

'3 Days ago' She answered

'If I'd known any better, he was heading to Harry' The DI said

'But the kid is missing, no one has seen him since the incident' Ds Nixon said

'What if Jason finds him? what then?' Ds Hunter asked

'We Have to find Harry, Before Jason finds him first' I warned

In the town of London, a dark figure was sitting in a bar called 'The Stag's Head', He was sitting on his own in the corner, not wanting to be recognised, This figure was waiting for an old friend to walk through the door, and his luck came when he did, His friend took a seat next to him and took off his Hood, It was Hexton!

'Hexton' He said

'Jason' The other replied and they shook hands

'Did you finish the job?' He asked

'one more blow to the head and he would have been with his mother' He said

'So you failed?'

'The Old Bill were close by, I had to leg it!'

'So we don't know if the kid is still alive!'

'That's what I came to tell you, once the police let me go, I went back to the house. The kid wasn't there, He must have legged it when he had the chance'

'What? and not tell anyone? And had left all his stuff there? *scoffs* no. He's still there, I'm sure of it' Jason sneered

'So what do we do?' Hexton asked

'We, are going to finish that boy, we'll search that house High and low until we find him'

'Then what?'

'That's another thing...Did you get it?' Jason whispered

'Sure did' Hexton unravelled a cloth and revealed a gun

'Beautiful, Hello old friend' Jason smirked and stroked the gun in his hands, but was careful not to let the public see

'Hold six Bullets, Can shoot just under a mile and untraceable bullets, two shots and That boy is history' Hexton explained

'Good. I will get my revenge, now that my gun is back safe with me I will finish what I started'

'And I will gladly watch you do so'

The pair of them toasted to that and drank from their beer glasses.

Back in the garden, Mimi and Harry had told everyone Harry's decision of staying

'Are you sure you want this?' Benny asked

'I am sure' Harry smiled

'Because, If I ever turn you back into a Human, You will never be able to become a gnome again' Lady Blueberry explained, Harry sighed about that but smiled

'It's a good thing i don't have a reason to go back'

'But what about your life?' Juliet asked

'What life? sure I'll miss my grandparents and my friends, but the truth is, that life. I'm in danger, with out my mother to protect me, my father or any of his mates could easily wipe me out when someone's not looking, I can't go back to that life, Not when there is only one girl in my life now' he winked to Mimi

'In that case...Welcome to the garden son' Lord Redbrick smiled as everyone cheered, Gnomeo looked a little uneasy about this Idea and Juliet noticed

'What is it?' She asked

'This, all of this!' He said

'*sigh* Gnomeo he lover our daughter and she loves him, why can't you let them be?'

'I don't trust him'

'Neither did my father trust you and we've been married for 17 years' She made a point, no one agreed with their love, but they fought back and ended up living happily ever after

'True' He sighed

'If my father can trust you, You can trust Harry' Gnomeo turned to look at Mimi and Harry laughing together and Having a nice time, Gnomeo smiled and the young love blossoming between the two

'He's a fine boy, Everyone likes him. And he gave up his life so he can be with our daughter' Gnomeo smiled

'He reminds me of you' Juliet smiled

'If you can trust him...so can I' He accepted

'Bout time I'd say' Juliet teased

'Oh Shut up' He laughed and grabbed her by her waist and kissed her

'I love you Back' He smiled, But his smile turned upside down

'What?' She asked

'Something doesn't feel right' He said as Juliet sighed getting annoyed

'Gnomeo, They love each other can't you just...'

'No not that, I mean...Something doesn't feel right around here' He said as Juliet looked around

'How do you mean?'

'Juliet, I'm getting the feeling something bad is going to happen' He said as Juliet could see a little fear in his eyes, She brought him in a tight embrace

'I won't let anything happen to our family' She said

Harry and Mimi, walked around the garden holding hands and smiling

'I can't believe it, How did I manage to get a girl so beautiful and generous as my girlfriend?' He smiled

'I know, I can't Believe it either' She smiled

'Come here' He lifts her up and kisses her as she ran her fingers through his hair 'I love you' He smiles

'I hope that's true' She says sighing

'You have no idea, I would do anything to protect you, Because I love you, My love for you Is true and I will do anything to prove that to you every single day' His words Melted Mimi's heart as she smiled

'Oh Harry' She kissed him once more and they continued their walk together, hand in hand

'You know one thing still worries me' He sighed

'What?' she asked

'I want everyone to know I'm al-right' He said

'i want to write a note, Saying that I moved to...O h I don't know, Scotland maybe and Iv'e made a life there and that I'm happy' He said

'Makes sense, So what's the problem?'

'I can't write when I'm a gnome, Pens are to big, and I Can't change back into a Human to do so cause if I do, Its permanent' He sighed

'Huh, That is hard' Mimi thought

'Let me write the letter' She suggested

'YOU?!' He asked

'Think about it, I write the letter, you tell me what to say and I can turn Back into a gnome before you can say 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious'' She said

'The same way you got turned into a Gnome, My grandmother. Come on!' Mimi yanked his arm and they went to tell Lady Blueberry their plan.

Little did they know, This plan was about to Backfire.
