" Is that all the boxes?"
"I think Levi's just getting the last few and then yep, we're all done", a tired smile appeared on Cath's face. She was stood outside the dining hall with Wren in the moist summer air while her dad sat in the rusty old truck . The truck was all packed up with her bags as Wren had taken her things home last weekend; dad had told Wren she no longer had to come home at weekends 6 weeks ago, but I'm not the only one who likes routines.
"Your gonna miss him, aren't you?"
Cath raised her eyes to focus on her sisters. And then let them fall back to the tarmac.
" More than -"
Two long arms wrapped around her waist and she felt herself being lifted from the floor. She allowed a squeal to escape from her mouth as Levi spun her around, slowly placing her back on the ground. She turned towards him and felt her waist spin in his arms. Levi. Wonderful Levi. Levi who smelled like Coffee and Apples. Her Levi.
He untangled his right arm from her body and softly turned her face to look at him, resting his hand on her cheek. Cath could barely bring herself to look at him, but she was met by a reassuring smile. Levi had a smile for every occasion.
" We'll wait for you at the entry, okay?" Cath turned her head to face Wren who had silently moved to the truck taking the boxes from Levi. Cath gave a small nod before they slowly pulled out from their parking space and rolled around the corner. Cath realigned herself and found Levi staring glumly at her. She moved her hands up to his silk soft hair and tangled her fingers at the back of his head. She felt his lean arms tighten around her as he pulled her closer. He leaned over to kiss her forehead and as he did Cath inhaled everything about Levi, hoping it was enough to last the whole summer. He began to kiss his way down her face until their lips met and suddenly, Cath forgot all her worries. After a few minutes of this Levi stopped kissing her but didn't pull away.
"I love you Cather", he murmured softly, sending vibrations through her mouth.
"I love you too", she replied with a painful feeling in her stomach, she didn't know if she would see him again this summer.
"Miss you already".
I know that this is a rather short first chapter but if I shall update this story regularly and if people enjoy reading it then I will definitely be making longer chapters. This is my first ever fanfic so comments are appreciated:) Jessyreads x
