A new story in the Avatar Universe, it follows Jahn, who discovers he is the new Avatar after the disappearance of Avatar Korra. So soon after Harmonic Convergence, the young Earthbender must discover if the world truly needs the Avatar or if it can heal on its own. The world, however, is under threat from a new menace. A threat that is close to Jahn's heart...and past life.

Hey there reader! Avatar Jahn here. Yeah, I was a bit mopey in this Book but can you blame me? My mother died!

Oh, you've heard enough about that? Well I'll work on getting over it then. Sheesh.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my first foray in the Avatar Universe! This was my first fanfiction and it won't be my last!

I have one or two more projects lined up that I'll eventually get round to, the most important of which is obviously going to be Book Two! Yaaaay let's party!

Well actually, don't get too excited. Obviously my time has been spent mostly on fighting Vehrin and the Red Lotus but I need a bit of a rest now; gotta focus on other things for a bit! I mean, the last time I ate was days ago! Fighting really takes it out of you.

Anik, get off! I'm busy being nice to the reader, they don't want interruptions. Yeah, just go over there or some—I saw that! Yeah, you better run…

For those of you that are asking: Team Avatar is definitely back and ready to go! The members of the Team, however, are a bit vague. You'll have to wait for the next Book to see who's helping me out in my next adventure!

There were some plot points left a bit unresolved: all intentional. I can't wrap everything up that quickly you know! Vehrin was one tough cookie after all. Well, he would've been if I hadn't hav-
