Hi Papa,

So was no longer cuddle-y but I would rather have her cuddle-y than not here at all. Yes you read right Moscow had disappeared. She is not dead because she is not that kind of person. That and no one has come and taken her place as Moscow, Saint Petersburg has taken up all of Moscow's work as capital. There wasn't much for him to do seeing as he's been doing her work for the last few weeks anyways.
