We've all got both
Light and Dark
inside of us.
What matter is the part
we choose to act on,
that's who we really are
-The Black Order-
"Kamui, let me continue Cross's mission." said Allen who stood in Kamui's office.
"I'm sorry, Allen, I can't." Kamui said as he sat back down at his desk and began to push some paperwork off to the side.
"But what if I can save her before she becomes a Noah? What if I can find her and we can fix her? Who knows what my master is doing-"
"Allen!" Kamui said as he slammed both his hands on his desk, "Listen to me, ok? I'm doing as much as I can and so is Cross. He knows this is a very important task and I trust that he will take it very seriously, so please, let us take care of it."
There was a long pause as Kamui sighed and began to sip his coffee. Allen turned away quickly and walked out of the room without another word.
'I know Kamui...I understand, but you don't. This means more to me than you can imagine.' Allen narrowed his eyes and went straight to his room.
He needed to think over the situation...
-Kyoki-
I stared at the ground, motionless as I began to think back, 'The screaming...the fighting...Nea' I winced slightly in thought and continued, 'And now I have to be under his control again, to show loyalty...'
My eyes flashed behind me as I heard the sound of approaching footsteps. I turned quickly to see a familiar face approach me.
"Tyki?" I asked as I shifted my body to face him.
He looked down at me with a faint smile, "Hey, what are you up to?" he asked.
I paused, eyeing him, "Nothing."
He nodded, "Good, good, the Earl wishes to see you at the peak of that building." he said pointing to a tall decorated tower located at the center of the arc.
My eyes narrowed as I stood up, "So it's a command?"
Tyki folded his arms and sighed, "Quite an attitude you have. What do you have against each other?"
I looked at him slightly surprised, but then crossed my arms and turned away, "You wouldn't understand."
"Perhaps so..." he smiled slightly, "Look, things are going to get worse if you continue to act this way. Please," he paused, "just try to get along."
I flinched slightly as I could feel his breath against my neck, "Tyki I-"
"Do it for me dear?" he asked.
I turned around quickly to look at him, but...he was gone. My eyes scanned the buildings before I sighed and turned away, "Noah of Pleasure hmm?" I giggled slightly and began to walk down the narrow walkway, "I can't get along with someone who can't get along with me..."

I stood at the peak of the arcs tower, looking at the tall door that stood in front of me, 'This air seems thicker than before...what could possibly be through this door?'
I swung the door open and walked in without a second thought. My eyes widened at what I saw, "No..."
Floating rocks surrounded the area and an unknown source of purple light came from beneath. A large golden arch stood on one of the larger platforms centered in
the middle. This was where the Akuma egg was stored...but it-
"It's destroyed..." I whispered as I stared in awe.
'No, it can't be' I looked away, 'Who?' anger began to rush through me suddenly, "Who is responsible?"
"That would be the Exorcist, Kyoki."
I looked up, surprised, and turned toward the source quickly. Lord Millennium was standing on a platform next to me, holding Lero in one hand, 'Was he always there?'
Though he was grinning he seemed filled with sadness at the same time, "The Exorcist" I repeated as I gazed at the destroyed egg, "When! When did this happen, Earl?" I asked.
"Not too long ago back in the old arc." he said, "The Exorcist tried to stop the download-"
"I don't need an explanation, that egg was one of the most important things I needed to protect and...and now it's gone."
He paused before he stepped forward and glided over to where I stood, "Kyoki, I called you here because I need your powers in my plan."
I looked at him with disbelief, "You're serious? You know what happens to me when I-"
"I'm quite aware of what happens. I need you to send a message to the Exorcist. Not too much madness involved, I just need you to make them believe in something that isn''t real."
There was a long pause before a wide smirk crossed over my lips, "I can handle that, Lord Millennium...when do I start?"

Dim lights lit up the small room that Allen was in. He had went over everything in his head over and over again while he was counting his one-handed push-ups on the corner of a chair. His sharp grey eyes where shut and his shirt was off as he held his black claw behind his back.
"297, 298, 299...300" he continued counting as his mind wandered off, 'Alya...how is it possible that you where chosen such a terrible fate? Innocence chose you...but did it know that Noah chose you as well? To be stuck in between this war with no idea whose side your on-'He flinched slightly and broke away from his thoughts as he pushed off the chair and landed on his feet.
An announcement went off in the Black Order, "Allen Walker please report to Kamui's office."
Allen grabbed his shirt from off his bed and slipped on his Exorcist coat as he ran out the door.

As he arrived, Kamui looked more lively than usual and sat at the edge of his seat.
"Allen, you're here." Kamui said as he looked up from his paperwork.
"Whats going on, Kamui?" Allen asked.
"I have another mission for you" he said.
"Alright, where am I going this time?"
"You are to retrieve Innocence from an orphanage located in Leicester, England. This is where the incident happened-Allen."
Allen shot up slightly, "You mean that's where Alya was at?"
Kamui nodded slightly, "About two days ago, two of the guards came from that location terrified out of their skin. We managed to collect as much info off of them as we could." Kamui said as he handed a folder off to Allen.
Allen opened the folder and scanned the papers of the collected information where there were questions and answers listed from both of the guards.

"Yes."
What where you doing at the orphanage in England?
Patient stutters "Well me and a few others where injecting Innocence into the kids."
Who told you to do this?
Patient pauses "Malcolm Leverrier"
How many kids did you test?
"I'm not sure, about eighty kids?"
How many where a success?
Patient looks away "One"
What happened to the others?
Patient refuses to answer
Who was that one success?
"It was a girl...I didn't get a good look at her though."
Let's take a break.
Name: Caleb Ranson
Age:28
Gender: Male
Height: 5'8
Weight: 170lbs
DOB: August 15th
April 4th 6:00pm
Are you ready?
"Yes, I am."
What where you doing at the orphanage in England?
"A small group of scientists where told to create Exorcist out of the Orphans, but only one of the tests was a success. I was there to make sure the kids stayed quiet and all, but as I look back...we weren't doing the right thing."
Who told you to do this?
"Well Originally it was Leverrier, but our head leader was" patient pauses, "Dr. Makrides."
How many kids did you test?
"To be exact we tested 147 kids, all of them orphans of all ages."
What happened to the orphans if they weren't a success?
Patient looks away "If they survived the tests we would have to kill them, but that wasn't always the case. Most of them died on their own! I swear! I didn't want to do it!"
Who was that one success?
"It was a girl named Alya, I remember. She had..." Patient pauses "White hair. Like snow. And her eyes...bright red. I can't remember anything else besides that."
How did you inject the Innocence into the orphans?
"Rina. Oh Rina...She had the power to turn the Innocence into liquid and make the Innocence stronger. But...she was killed."
Who killed her?
"Her, she did, Alya. She killed everyone I'm sure of it. I saw her...kill Makrides."
Did she use her Innocence to kill?
Yes. Her hands where like claws...Made out of blades...I saw her cut open Makrides, but she didn't kill him! She watched him scream and cry in pain! Her eyes where glowing and scars began to appear on her forehead! Her face filled with pleasure, she was enjoying it! Just a little girl!"
Did you run?
"Of course I ran!" Patient begins to cry, "I didn't want the same fate as our leader! Rina fought back with whatever she had to let us escape and as we ran we heard her loud screams throughout the night, no matter how far we ran!"
Allen looked away from the rest of the questions as he closed the folder and gave it back to Kamui, "That's...terrible." was all he managed to say.
"Allen...There is more Innocence there; at that orphanage."
"I know. I will go and retrieve the Innocence before the Noah."
"Allen."
"Yes, Kamui?"
There was a long pause, "Be careful."
-Lord Millennium-
"Tyki."
"Yes, Lord Millennium?" asked Tyki who was seated in a chair by the fire.
Lord Millennium closed Tyki's book in his hands, "I need you to go with Kyoki back to England."
"What..?" he asked lazily.
"Now, now Tyki-pon. I need you to watch over her. Make sure she doesn't get hurt or seen by the Exorcist. I also need you to obtain some Innocence as well; before the Exorcist get it."
"Why do I have to watch over the little brat? Why can't you have Road do it?"
"Because you obtained my child and now you are to watch over her."
Tyki sighed and set his book aside, "Fine..."
"And one more thing."
"What?"
"Make sure she doesn't use her Innocence. I don't want anything to happen to her Noah." said Lord Millennium as he left the room, leaving a very annoyed Tyki behind.
Tyki stared at the door and then opened up his book again to start reading, though he was deep in thought. 'Why does the Earl care so much about Kyoki if they had a bad past together?'
He paused resting his head on his hand, 'And...what is the Fifteenth's power..?'
Someday Everything Will Make Perfect Sense.
So, for now, laugh at
the confusion, smile through
the tears and keep
reminding yourself that
everything happens
for a reason.
Hey Everyone! Sorry this chapter took FOREVER, but I kept rewriting it so many times haha! It took me forever to think of how I'm going to get to the climax of the book...and I think I got it..?
Anyways, I hope all of you have enjoyed this book. At about every ten chapters I'm going to go back and fix errors, add additional details, or try and make things more clear, but I'm not changing the storyline! So don't worry.
I would really appreciate reviews from all of you, it would make me filled with motivation for next chapter. I also don't mind criticism so feel free to send me some feedback! Hopefully next chapter will be posted sooner.
