Dream Lover -Chapter 41

~A Teen Wolf fan-fiction collaboration between Miss E Charlotte and Sage Londyn~

Later that evening, after having a quick dinner with her dad then sending him off to work, Teagan was now stretched out on the couch, Aspen laying with her as she clicked through all the TV stations trying to find something worth watching.

"There is absolutely nothing on tonight." She mumbled, as she petted Aspen on the head.

When she passed by a TV show about dogs, Aspen lifted his head and barked, causing her to giggle as she said, "I stand corrected, I guess there is something to watch."

She laid the remote down then snuggled with the dog, as the two watched TV for close to a hour until she felt her eyelids begin to get heavy with sleep. With a yawn she told Aspen to get up then she sat up on the couch and reached out to grab her phone from the coffee table, then sighed when she saw she didn't have any new text messages.

She had sent Isaac a few throughout the day, but still had not heard back from him. She sent him one last message, then stood up from the couch and made her way toward the stairs with Aspen following along behind her.

She was half-way up the stairs when her phone went off, causing her to come to a stop as she glanced down to check her phone with a smile on her face, hoping it was from Isaac. Instead it was a short text from Jackson, apologizing for his behavior earlier that day.

She sent him a quick text back saying it was ok. As she sent the text, Aspen raised his head to look up at the ceiling where her bedroom was and began to bark. She looked over at the white dog, wondering what was wrong with him as she petted him to calm him down.

"What's wrong boy?" Teagan asked him, as her phone began to ring.

She looked down at the caller id and felt her heart skip a beat when saw it was Isaac calling her. With a wide grin on her face she answered the call with a happy 'Hello'.

"Hey pretty girl. What you doing?" Isaac asked.

"Where have you been? I've been calling and texting you all day." Teagan said back.

"I had some things to do. Why? Did someone miss me?" Isaac asked back.

Teagan chuckled at his question, wondering what had come over him. Sure he has become a little flirty lately, but nothing like this.

"There's a small possibility that someone missed you." Teagan teased, as she began to walk up the stairs again.

"But only a small possibility?" Isaac asked.

"Yep only a small possibility." Teagan said back with a laugh.

Isaac smiled when he heard her heart racing and knew she was teasing and had actually really missed him. Which was great since he had really missed her too, which was why he was there to see her now.

He knew he could have waited till the next day to see her at school but he needed to be around her now. Ever since part of him needed her, he craved her. The closer she got to her room, where he was standing, the stronger her scent was which was driving him crazy. He had to have her.

"I'll make it up to you." Isaac said softly, sending a tingle down her spine.

With a smile, Teagan opened her bedroom door and clicked on the light. She jumped in surprise when she saw Isaac standing in the middle of her room. She ended the call and tossed her phone on the bed as she began to say, "Isaac? What are you doing here?"

Before she could finish her question, Isaac took a few big steps toward her then without a word he placed his hands on either side of her face before pressing his lips against hers, shutting her up in mid-sentence.

She raised her eyebrows in surprise then quietly moaned as he continued to move his lips against hers. Her fingers intertwined in his hair as she tilted her head to the side to deepen their kiss. She felt her knees buckle and was relieved when he wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her closer to him, holding her upright.

She whimpered a little when he pulled back, wishing his lips were still against hers. She kept her eyes closed and leaned forward to rest her forehead against his as she tried to catch her breath.

Isaac smiled at hearing her heart race then lifted her head up so he could look at her. With his one hand still on her cheek he caressed her skin and waited for her to open her eyes. When she finally opened them and looked at him, he said, "I've been wanting to do that forever."

"I think we should do it more." Teagan breathed out with a smile on her face.

Isaac smiled back as he leaned forward to press his lips against hers again for a sweet and gentle kiss before pulling back and looking at her, waiting for her to open her eyes again.

"I told you I would make it up to you." Isaac said with a grin.

"Yeah, you... yep you did." Teagan stuttered out, then added, "I think you should ignore my phone calls more often."

Isaac chuckled before leaning forward, planning to give her one last kiss, then with his lips inches from her, he whispered, "I have to go."

"Don't go." Teagan whispered back, as she gripped onto his arms, not wanting him to leave. He couldn't just come into her room, kiss her like that then leave, it wasn't fair.

Isaac laid his forehead against her and closed his eyes as a pained expression appeared on his face. He didn't want to leave her. He wanted nothing more than to stay there with her and keep kissing her, the more he did it the more intense the cravings for her were, but even if he was a strong werewolf now, he still had an abusive father to answer to.

Isaac raised his head to kiss her forehead then regrettably said, "I have to."

As much as she hated to, she nodded her head then asked, "See you tomorrow?"

"You bet." Isaac said smiling, as he kissed her lips one last time.

With her eyes still closed she felt him pull away then heard him walking toward her window. She licked her lips, missing the feel of his lips against hers already, then slowly opened her eyes to an empty room.

Derek started towards the entrance to the underground area where'd he'd found an abandoned subway car.

He looked behind him to see Avery just getting out of the car with a smile on her face as she tucked her cellphone back into her pocket.

"What?" Derek asked, seeing she was still smiling.

"Isaac finally kissed Teagan!" Avery excitedly exclaimed.

"Isaac went to see Teagan?" Derek asked, trying not to seem too interested; he'd bitten and turned Isaac.

"Yeah, I'm so proud of him. I've been pushing him to just go for it for the longest time." She said as she glanced around the over grown grass and debris hiding the entrance to the old subway.

"I didn't know you were friends with Isaac." Derek stated.

She nodded, "Have been for a while now. I sit with him at lunch all the time."

"Wait, how do you know Isaac?" She asked.

He quickly explained how he'd helped Teagan and Isaac in the cemetery.

She nodded and accepted the answer.

He frowned slightly, worried Isaac might mention something to Avery.

Derek planned on telling her he was building a pack, but not so soon. He wasn't sure how she'd take the news especially since the first two people he'd bitten; Jackson and Isaac were both her friends.

Looking around them again she said, "So, take to me to your lair."

"My lair?" He asked with a small laugh.

She nodded smiling as he grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the hidden stairway entrance.

He led her down the stairs and she looked around at the dimly lit space, it was cold and there were boxes and crates stacked up everywhere.

"I told you it wasn't much to see. Just a hiding place if I need it." He said as he watched her scan the room.

"It's dark and creepy." She stated as she let go of his hand and walked closer to the subway car.

Pushing the doors open and walking inside she looked around the inside of the subway car and said, "I like it."

"You just called it dark and creepy." He reminded her as she walked back out of the car.

She nodded smiling as she walked up to him and kissed him.

Pulling back she said, "I like dark and creepy."

Reclaiming her lips with his own, his fingers tangled in her hair.

Breaking the kiss she smiled and said, "After all, why do you think I like you so much?"

His eyes met hers and she let out a small laugh at her own joke.

Leaning in he stopped when their faces were mere inches apart, her eyes traveled from his eyes down to his lips and then met his eyes again.

She started to lean in farther, wanting his lips back on hers.

But he tightened his grip with the hand still tangled in her hair, keeping her from being able to move.

"And I thought you liked me because of this…" He said, his voice barely over a whisper as he pulled on hair, making her lean her head back with his hand and look up to the ceiling.

She swallowed hard as she felt his hot breath on the side of her neck, followed a moment later by his mouth.

Her entire body ached for his touch, responding immediately to his every kiss and caress.

A breathless moan escaped her lips and her eyes closed as he continued to focus his mouth on the sensitive skin of her neck.

Her heart raced and she breathed out, "That's definitely part of it…"

Once he released his grip on her hair and she could move she looked at him, his eyes searched her beautiful face as she stared back at him.

Finally able to catch her breath she slid out of his arms and said, "But mostly because you're dark and creepy."

He watched her as she took a few steps away from him and looked over her shoulder with a flirty smile before she continued to explore the new space.

Avery looked above the metal subway car and saw there was a wooden platform above it, her eyes stopped on an attached ladder leading up to it.

She glanced back to where he was standing, still watching her as she started to climb the ladder.

Once up on the platform she looked around as she walked over to the edge and looked down to where he had been standing but he wasn't there.

Biting down on the side of her bottom lip she backed away from the edge and spun in a slow circle to see if she could see him somewhere.

She gasped in surprise as an arm curled around her waist and then he pushed her against the wall.

Her mind barely had time to catch up, before his mouth was back on hers. His hands rubbed down her sides and over her clothed body, as his tongue tangled with hers.

The feelings she got every time he touched her still surprised her.

Both of their breathing was labored as he slid his hands under the sides of her tight, dark purple shirt.

Her skin always felt as smooth as silk to him.

He broke their kiss long enough to pull the shirt off over her head, and kiss down her neck to the front of her chest just above her black bra.

She arched her body away from the wall, against his touch and he kept a tight hold on her sides, pushing her back against the cold cement wall.

Avery gasped, and then moaned against his parted lips at the feeling and contrast of the cold wall against her bare back, and the feeling of his almost unnaturally hot hands on her flesh.

Reaching between them she grabbed onto the bottom of his dark brown, long sleeve shirt and pulled it off of him, letting it fall to the dusty floor beside them.

As his lips collided with hers, she ran her hands up his muscled stomach and broad chest. Her fingertips trailed their way over to his arms, she could feel the rippling of his muscles under his flesh as she clutched onto him.

Soon her bra joined the steadily growing pile of clothes on the old floor and she kissed across his jaw line, both of their breathing even more labored and rushed as the passion of the moment grew.

Their hands tore at the last remaining articles of their clothing, both of them craving and feeling like they needed the other one more than they needed oxygen.

A few days later, Teagan was walking down the hallway toward her locker to grab the books she would need for her first few classes. She glanced at her cellphone with a frown before opening her locker and changing out her books. She had not talked to Isaac much since the night he kissed her.

They texted a little the next day and saw each other at lunch, but the day before she never heard from him and he had missed school again. If he didn't show up today she was really going to worry. Either something was wrong or he was avoiding her.

"Sexting with lover boy?" Avery teased as she came up beside her and saw her looking down at her phone.

"What?" Teagan asked confused, as she looked up. She had been so lost in her own thoughts she never even heard Avery walk over to her.

Avery laughed then repeated her question, "I asked if you were texting with Isaac."

"No, I actually haven't talked to him since the other day." Teagan answered with a frown.

"Please don't tell me you're starting to think he is avoiding you." Avery said, then when Teagan shrugged she added, "Teagan, he is not avoiding you. The boy is crazy about you."

"Maybe he's sick." Avery added hoping to put her mind at ease, then suggested, "Maybe you should go see him after school and be his naughty nurse. I'll even let you borrow some handcuffs for some kinky fun afterwards."

"You are worse than a guy." Teagan said with a laugh, then added, "Your mind always goes straight to sex."

"All I'm trying to say is playing naughty nurse is fun." Avery said, then added with a grin, "What do you think me and Derek did while I was stuck in the hospital?"

"Ew! I don't want to know." Teagan said, as she wrinkled her nose.

"I'm kidding." Avery said laughing out loud, then added, "well... sorta."

"Ok, seriously, could we stop talking about your sex life?" Teagan begged.

Avery laughed then said, "All joking aside T, Isaac really does like you and now that you two have kissed, which I still need to congratulate him on by the way, I doubt his feelings have just magically went away. I'm sure there's a reason he missed school."

"You're probably right, but I think I will do what you said. Go check on him if he doesn't show today." Teagan said, then when she saw Avery grin she quickly added, "but not to play naughty nurse. Just to check on him, that's all."

"Are you sure? Cause I got my handcuffs right here." Avery said, as she patted her book bag.

"You carry handcuffs with you?" Teagan asked with a laugh.

"Never know when you might need them." Avery said back simply.

Teagan shook her head and chuckled as she reached into her locker to grab another book. She thought back to what Avery said and realized she was probably right.

She doubted his feelings for her had changed, at least not negatively, she knew her feelings for him had changed some that night, but only for the better and she figured it was the same for him or at least she hoped so. You don't kiss a person like that then just stop liking them. It just wasn't possible.

She felt a grin appear on her face as she thought back to that kiss. It was easily one of the best kisses she had ever had. She could swear her lips were still tingling days later and anytime she thought about it or him the flutters were back, only more intensified now.

While Teagan was in deep thought, Avery looked over at her friend and saw the grin on her face. She smiled then said, "You're thinking about the kiss right now aren't you?"

"Maybe." Teagan said, as looked down at the floor and felt her cheeks heat up.

"I don't think I have ever been this happy about two people kissing before." Avery said with a big smile, then added, "I think I might be even more excited than you."

"Not possible." Teagan said, then added, "I swear I still have goose bumps all over my body from that kiss. I couldn't even move until minutes after he left. It was that good, A."

"Damn. Who knew Isaac had it in him." Avery said, then joked, "Makes me wish I would have went after him years ago."

Teagan frowned at her comment, she knew Avery was only kidding, but the joke still bothered her. It made her sick to her stomach and was a feeling she had never felt before.

Avery, not knowing it was bothering Teagan, continued to joke, "Actually you know, now that I think about it, I shouldn't be surprise that Isaac is a good kisser. I mean he's got nice pouty lips and have you ever noticed his hands? He's got nice hands. Like the type you just want all over your body as he pushes you against the wall and has his way with you."

"Avery!" Teagan snapped angrily, interrupting her.

"What?" Avery asked confused, wondering why she was snapping at her.

"Don't talk about my... I mean don't talk about Isaac like that." Teagan said, as she threw a book inside her locker.

"Why? Are you jealous?" Avery joked in a sing-song voice, then when she saw Teagan's face she realized her friend actually was jealous.

"Oh my God, you are. You're jealous." Avery said with a laugh, then added, "Teagan, I swear I was just kidding."

"I'm not jealous." Teagan argued, then added, "Why would I be jealous? It's not like he's my boyfriend or anything."

"No, but you want him to be." Avery pointed out, then added, "Wow, this is great. I've never seen you jealous before."

"I'm not jealous." Teagan said again.

"Who's jealous?" Stiles asked, as he and Scott walked up to the two girls.

"Teagan." Avery answered.

"About what?" Stiles asked.

"Cause I was talking about kissing Isaac." Avery answered, at the same time Teagan snapped, "I'm not jealous."

Stiles mouth dropped open and his face fell when he heard Avery's comment. Why would she talk about kissing Isaac? Losing her to Derek he could understand, he was the tall, dark and handsome type, but he thought he at least had a better shot with her than Isaac.

When Scott started to laugh, all three teens turned to look at him in confusion.

Scott held up his hands then said, "Sorry, but you all do realize I can hear your heartbeats right?"

"That's right." Avery said, as she snapped her fingers, then added, "So tell us Scott, is our little Miss Teagan here jealous or not?"

"I'm not jealous." Teagan tried to tell them again.
Scott laughed then said, "Oh yes, she is."

"Ha! I knew it." Avery called out.

"I think I would know what I am feeling more than you would." Teagan pointed out to Scott.

"Sorry but heart beats don't lie." Scott said back.

"Can we just stop talking about my heart beat." Teagan snapped, then added, "Geez I don't know what is worse Stiles checking out my bra or Scott listening to my heart."

"If it makes you feel better, I've never looked at your bra." Scott offered, then added, "although I have looked at Allison's. Like a lot."

"Yeah Scott that's great." Stiles said sarcastically, the comment from before still bothering him. He looked over at Avery then asked, "So you don't want to kiss Isaac?"

"What?" Avery asked confused on why he would even ask that.

"Of course I don't. I was just kidding around with Teagan to make her jealous." Avery answered, causing Teagan to mumble, "I'm not jealous."

"So you don't want to kiss him?" Stiles asked again, wanting to be sure.

"No, I have a boyfriend remember?" Avery pointed out sarcastically.

Stiles nodded his head then looked over at Scott, who looked back at him and asked, "what?"

"Is she lying?" Stiles asked.

"Are you kidding me right now Stiles?" Avery asked with a laugh, then added, "why would I lie about that?"

Stiles ignored her question then asked Scott again, "Is she?"

"Hello, I'm right here. I can tell you if I am lying or not." Avery said.

Stiles kept looking at Scott, waiting for an answer, until Scott finally spoke up and said, "No she's not lying. She was telling the truth."

"Nice." Stiles said happily, as he rubbed his hands together then looked over at Avery, who had an annoyed look on her face.

"I cannot believe you just used your best friend as a lie detector." Avery said to Stiles.

"You would do it too if your best friend was a werewolf." Stiles pointed out, causing them to shush him for saying the word 'werewolf' out loud.

"No I wouldn't. I would believe something a friend said to me and not call them a liar." Avery said back.

When Scott heard her heart beat spike, he shot her a look, causing her to roll her eyes as she said, "Ok fine. I would probably do the same thing, but you still shouldn't call me a liar, Stiles."

As Teagan and Scott laughed, Stiles rubbed his hands together as he said, "Hmm, let's test this a little more."

"Avery, is there anyone you want to kiss?" Stiles asked her.

"Of course." Avery said with a smirk as she took a small step toward Stiles, causing him to back up into the lockers. She bit her bottom lip then leaned toward Stiles as she begin to say slowly, "I... want ... to kiss..."

"Y-Yeah?" Stiles mumbled, as he swallowed hard and waited for her to finish.

"Derek." Avery said with a smile, as she took a few steps away from Stiles. She couldn't help but chuckle at the expression on his face.

Stiles straightened out his shirt as he tried to act like what she'd done didn't bother him, then said, "I mean other than Derek. If you were not with Derek, is there someone else you would want to kiss?"

"Someone as in...?" Avery asked.

"M-Me. Someone like me." Stiles said nervously.

"Oh good God, Stiles, just ask already." Teagan groaned, then said, "Avery if Derek was not in the picture would you kiss Stiles?"

"Yeah, what she said." Stiles said, as he kept his eyes on Avery but pointed over to Teagan.

Avery smiled as she folded her arms across her chest and stared right back at Stiles. She kept her mouth closed at first, making him wait for the answer, then when she opened her mouth to finally tell him the bell began to ring, causing Stiles to groan out loud.

"And that, children, means we are out of time today." Avery joked, as she took a few steps backwards to walk down the hall to her first class.

"Wait, no, you have to answer." Stiles called out, as he walked toward her.

"This isn't truth or dare Stiles, I don't have to answer anything." Avery said back, as she turned around and began to walk down the hall.

Teagan and Scott watched them walk to their class and continued to playfully argue back and forth. Once their friends were out of sight, Scott turned to look at Teagan as he said, "You don't have to be jealous about Isaac."

Teagan opened her mouth to argue until Scott shot her a look, causing her to close her mouth and sigh.

"It's not just your heartbeat. I could smell the jealousy too." Scott pointed out.

Teagan sighed again as she leaned back against her locker then said, "It's weird, I've never been jealous before."

"Well like I said you don't have to worry because Isaac only has eyes for you." Scott said, then added, "I've heard both of your hearts racing anytime the two of you are together. That doesn't happen when he is talking to Avery or any other girl. Just you."

"Thanks." Teagan said with a smile, feeling more at ease.

Although she would feel even better if she actually talked to him, which she was going to do after school if she still had not heard from him. She would check the cemetery and even go to his house if she had to, but either way, she was going to see him no matter what.
