They go back to Chase's house and they are hand in hand, when Adam and Leo walk in
Adam: hey Bree, where'd you get that shiny ring? *takes Bree's hand and holds the ring to the light* wwoooooooo
Leo: *drops his drink and points at Chase* what, you proposed!?
Chase holds Bree closer and nods to Leo
Adam: *drops her hand and points to you while backing up to Leo* and you said yes!? To that *points to Chase*
Mr Davenport: *walks in the room* Leo! What did you break? This time?
Chase: he dropped his glass
Leo: Adam pushed me
Adam: well Chase is short
Mr Davenport: Adam, that doesn't have anything to do with anyth-
Adam: -and he proposed to Bree-
Leo: -and she said yes!
Mr Davenport: *takes turns pointing at everyone and then Tasha walks in* what
Tasha: what is with all the yelling?
Eddy: *pops up on the screen*shut up Tasha!
Tasha: what are we going to do with Eddy?!
Eddy: Chase proposed!
Tasha: *happy gasps* .goodness! *runs over and hugs them* When did this happen
Bree: *smiles and looks up at Chase while he's pulling her closer(if that's even possible)* 1 hour ago
Adam: bla bla just let me see the ring
Tasha: oh my gosh I almost forgot, let me see the ring
Adam runs over to see the ring but Chase pulls Bree out of the way (even closer to him ;) ) and Adam falls on the floor
Tasha: omg its beautiful
Mr Davenport: and expensive, how much was that!
Chase: a lot-
Mr Davenport: how could you afford that? I mean I can but-
Chase: I used the money that I have been saving up since I was a kid

Mr Davenport: everyone be quiet, we haven't asked the real question here
Chase: what question, I have been wanting to do this since forever and we are both adults

Chase: im just gonna say it, I fell in love with Bree right when we met, over 2 years ago, that's long enough and I cant wait any longer. You would do the same thing if you and Tasha were in this position

Tasha: Donald, you still have Adam and Leo..
Mr Davenport: *looks in their direction…and then starts to fake cry* oh god

Bree: (whispers to Chase) maybe we should go
Chase: and you shouldn't worry because we just got an apartment
Mr Davenport: at least let me pay for the first year, so I don't have to worry. Where is it?
Chase: Moorpark
Adam: take us there brah
Leo: did you seriously just say that
Adam: yeeeeaaaa buddy
Bree: did you have too much candy today Adam
Adam: YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH CANDY

they are both taking their clothes off to change, at least that's what Chase thinks, little does he know Bree has a different idea. Chase was going to put his pjs on but bree stops him
Chase: whats wrong
Bree: follow me..
Chase: can you tell me where since I don't have any clothes on (he did have boxers tho and bree does have underwear and a bra still on)
Bree: you'll see
Bree sort of drags him toward the bathroom but Chase gets suspicious of her actions and is still curious
Chase: what are we doing in here
Bree: you were right
Chase: about what?
Bree: things you want do happen eventually
Chase: we don't have to do this if you don't want to. I don't want to force you into anything
Bree: you make it sound so bad
Chase: im not trying to but honestly if you don't want to, we don't
Bree: im glad that you are one of those boyfriends who don't want to force anything-correction. Fiancé
Chase: I can get used to you saying fiancé
Bree: I can too, but not for too long I hope
Chase: what do you mean
Bree: I mean, I don't want to call you for that long because I want to be able to call you my husband
Chase: and I want to be able to call you my wife. I hope it doesn't sound cheesy but I have been wanting to be able to say it since I first met you
Bree: don't worry, our whole relationship is cheesy, but that's just how I like it. If it wasn't, we'd be fighting all the time or something like most relationships. The sad thing about that is that most marriages end in divorce
Chase: I don't think we will ever have to worry about that
Bree: good…so, do you still want to *points to the shower*
Chase: as long as you actually want to
Bree: "I do"

when they are done, Chase is just surprised and still thinks that he forced this onto her and feels bad, and its kinda obvious
they are both walking out of the bathroom to finally get dressed and suddenly Bree stops Chase
Chase: what's wrong?
Bree: what's wrong with you?
Chase: what do you mean
Bree: it looks like something is wrong? Was it me? The shower?
Chase: it wasn't you, I just feel like I forced this into you..and I want you to be able to feel safe
Bree: but I do feel safe, and I feel even more safe when im with you. I know you will try to do everything possible to keep me safe
Chase: im not talking about that
Bree: then what
Chase: im talking about physically..and emotionally
Bree: I know you wouldn't go too far. If you went too far I would be pregnant right now
Chase: I still feel that way
Bree: you didn't force me to shower with you, it was my choice and I said yes
Chase: you just seem more sexual around me lately
Bree: well, we have been together for a long time, and we are getting married, this was going to happen eventually. Chase, don't feel bad. You're not forcing me to do anything
Chase: okay, but maybe we should slow down the stuff like that for a little bit, I mean, until we actually get married. I don't want anything happening to you this young, our parents would kill us. And I wouldn't want to do that to you. I would kill myself if I took advantage of you
And of course to shut him up Bree just simply kisses him…again
Bree: Chase, don't worry. You know that wont ever happen
Chase: but I cant help but feel that way
Bree: Chase. .you. .you.. Chase, if I get pregnant, I don't care, as long as its with you. I know you would never leave me. Okay
Chase: okay..

Bree: we need to find a job
