Disclaimer: I do not own Fairy Tail! Well, sorry for the long-time-no-update. *sheepish look* I have had a LOT of homework and marching band takes up a LOT of my time. But I love it so whatever :) And with further ado, I proudly present the next chapter! Enjoy!

Oh, and guys, I've finally gotten rid of my braces. Go straight teeth and candy! OM NOM NOM!

I'm surrounded by mist. Its not evil mist, its pure mist. I reached out and waved my hand through it. The mist turns gold and parts to reveal a worn cobble path that seems to be floating. I carefully walked forward, and the golden mist revealed five doors: one red, one blue, one gold, one green, and one white; in that order. Each door had a symbol. All this looks and feels familiar as I inspect each one.

The red door has a fire symbol, the blue a water symbol, the gold a thunder symbol, the green an earth symbol, and the white an air symbol. I have no idea how I knew what they are, due to each seeming to actually be a foreign written language, but I was able to read them once I carefully looked them over.

I approached the gold one. Buy instinct? I have no clue. But as soon as I laid my palm flat against the thunder symbol, the door glowed and transformed into an arch. I stepped forward.

The setting has seemed to change. I see a massive ancient temple made of gray stone and polished white marble, accented with gold trim. I describe it as ancient because leafy green vines crawl up the sides and almost entirely cover a marking above the door. As I moved the vines to the side, I immediately recognize the marking. I must have seen it before when I was an "angel", but this is obviously the Mark of Micheal, the Archangel.

I decide to enter the temple.

As I enter, the five elements I saw on the doors are clashing, fire against earth, air against water, and fire going back to clash with massive bolts of thunder. Everything darkens, and I see a stone door with the Mark of Micheal carved into the stone. I lay my palm on it, and it opens, and I see a steep flight of stairs ascending high into the temple. I climb the steps and when I come to the top, I see a beautiful vicious pair of gauntlets. The armor is shining silver attached to polished leather, and attached are black fingerless gloves with clear crystals imbedded in the palms. My vision suddenly faded to white and a voice spoke to me:

"Come to thy temple, claim thy gauntlets, and reclaim thou true title, and stop thou fallen sister, the Reaper, for only with the power of thy gauntlets, the Gauntlets of Micheal, will thou be able to unite thou sisters and vanquish The Grim Reaper. Please, bring thou youngest sister home, and restore peace to the surface. Thou must defeat each other element angel to claim the gauntlets, for only when thou does, they will set aside their differences and follow thou into battle to defeat thou enemy. Good luck, good hunting, and may God speed."

Those were the last words I heard as everything began to fade to black.

"Wait!" I called, "What does this mean?"

"Thou shall wait, for everything will be revealed in due time."

I awoke with a sudden gasp of breath. It was still slightly dark out, but brushes of pink, yellow, and orange already painted the east. I smiled and sighed as I stared at the scene. Even with all this evil, there is still something beautiful in this world. I walked over to a water pump and pumped myself some icy cold water. I splashed some on my face and thought about everything that has happened over the week.

So first in a blinding light I apparently fell to the earth, and then The Reaper, who is apparently an angel too, kidnapped me to harness my angelic power for a super weapon, and then I was kept in a dungeon, and then tortured, and THEN I escaped (lol I just pictured Dori from Finding Nemo saying that just now. I am rolling on the floor LAUGHING!), then these people took me in, cared for me, became my friends, and THEN The Reaper took all that away from me...again.

I feel great!

No, I don't. I feel terrible.

I held my face in my hands.

"Hey, Goldilocks," said a gruff voice from behind me. I whirled around to see Gajeel standing behind me, looking down with his usual scowl. "Can you fix this?" He gestured to the golden hand print I left on his shoulder.

I shrugged. "I have no idea. I'm new to this, Gajeel. I never knew I have magic." I stared at the slowly rising sun. The Iron Dragon Slayer sat beside me.

"Well, when you do figure it out, please get rid of it. I don't want to walk around with a girly golden hand print on my shoulder."

I tossed him an annoyed and hurt look. "Gold isn't girly. You're just saying that because mt hair looks better than yours." I smirked at him while he tried thinking of a comeback.

"My piercings are better."

"But I don't have any. They're called freckles, sweetheart."

"Who needs freckles when you can turn your hand into a sword?"

"Who needs swords when they're like lightning rods for magic like mine?"

Gajeel smiled at me. "You've had practice?"

"It helps when you have the stupidest guards watching over you in a cell."

"How'd you get out anyways."

I blushed. "I don't wanna talk about it."

"Did you do something bad?"

"No. I just...don't want to talk about it."

Gajeel nodded. "So you can purify people?"

I sighed. "I guess I can." A sudden thought came to mind. "Monoka!"

I jumped to my feet and ran off through Magnolia, Gajeel jumping up quickly and following me."What is that supposed to mean?" I heard him shout. I approached the trees Monoka flew into. I cautiously walked in, analyzing the fallen tree branch debris scattered among the dirt. I looked at the slight trench dug into the ground, obviously caused by something that had impacted here.

"I smell something."

"I bet that's her," I said. "Can you track it?"

Gajeel smirked. "Of course! In my sleep."

The Dragon Slayer took a deep whiff and wandered in one direction, my close behind, practically tucked to his back. I looked around the suspicious trees for any flash of pink that would be Monoka. I heard a twig snap in the distance. My head snapped in that direction.

"Did you hear that?"

"No. What did you hear?"

"I heard a twig snap," I say, my knees now clicking.

"That's not ri-...wait, I smell it."

"I hear someone coming from...DUCK!" I jumped on Gajeel and knocked him over as a blast of energy zapped over out heads. The Dragon Slayer looked at me.

"Something that can hear better than a Dragon Slayer? Woah."

I pulled him up and turned to see Monoka holding a slightly bent sword, poised to strike of we do. No, there's fear in her eyes that wasn't there before. Does she even WANT to hurt us? I strand of golden blonde hair sticks from her head. The thought hit me. Its just like the hand prints on Natsu and Gajeel.

"Its okay," I told her. "I came looking for you."

"No! You came looking for me, but to kill me! To finish me off!"

I sighed. I'm a little annoyed that she's acting this way. Will she just believe me! I came to HELP her!

Monoka suddenly looks confused. "You came...to HELP me?"

I looked at her. "Yeah, but how did you...Oh! The psychic connection!"

"And that means..." wondered Gajeel.

I facepalmed. "It means that whatever I think she can hear, and whatever she thinks I can hear as well, its just all inside our heads. I probably heard the twig snap because it tensed her when she made it, and the thought was powerful enough for me to hear."

Monoka looks even more confused. "Wait, so we're psychically linked?"

"I guess, yeah." I concentrated really hard, trying to reach into her thoughts to see if I can detect some evil. I found none. She's clean. So that means that if I purify someone, that means I heal them or turn them from bad to good. I sighed and rubbed my temples. All this new stuff is so confusing. "Well, she's clean. No more evil," I say. "We should go back. I had a dream that everyone should know about."

"Do we take Pinkamina?" (joke, get it? Haha lol #ElementsofInsanity :p) Gajeel asked.

I nodded. "Yup. She'll be useful. Come on, Monoka, you'll be safe. I can explain to everybody."

Natsu stares at me in confusion, as well as the rest of the guild, as I attempted to simply explain the psychic link dilemma to the rest of the guild.

"So me, Gajeel, and that chick can hear each others thoughts?"

"Yeah, but only if you concentrate on their thoughts hard enough. I think over time we can master it and use it," I reply, a little frustrated.

"So what are you proposing?" questioned Erza.

I smiled to myself at the amazing thought I had on the way here. "I'm proposing that maybe I can set up a link between us all, and we can use it to communicate in battle, or warn each other without actually having to talk. It should be useful. Problem is, I think the Reaper can enter my thoughts."

Everyone sighed in dismay. "If that insane witch can get in your thoughts, what is stopping her from entering ours?" asked Cana. Dylan nodded in agreement.

"I think she has a problem getting inside my head when I'm awake because I'm always so tense. When I'm asleep, I am more at calm. It gives her a better way to torment me. But that's not the reason I want to talk. I had another dream last night."

"Was it a future dream?" asked Cassandra.

I shook my head. "Nah, I think it was more of a message. The voice was heavenly...medieval like...and he said his name is Michael."

"Wait, like the archangel Micheal?" asked Erza.

"Quite possibly," I respond. "He showed me this temple that I have to find, and also kind of the way to get there. I need people to come along and help me. I don't think I'm the only angel on this earth."

"Why do you think that?" asked Natsu.

"The Reaper always talked of a temple and a special weapon there that may be able to defeat her," piped in Monoka. "The problem is, I think the other angels know about it as well now, so we're going to have some unfriendly competition. According to the Reaper, there are five elemental angels out there who are candidates for the weapon: fire, water, thunder, earth, and air. She also talked about how you need all angels to defeat her, and most of them have quarrels with the other, so there's a small chance they'll follow the victor at all."

Everyone stared at Monoka. Cana smiles as she says, "Yep, she's a keeper! You know our enemy. That means you must know of her battle tactics!"

Monoka laughed nervously. "Heh heh, yeah, but only a few." She blushes and turns away.

I sighed. "I know I'm asking a lot, and I'm sorry I brought this upon you, but will you help me? I don't think I can do this alone."

Natsu grasped my shoulder. "I've got your back, Amber."

"Same!" says Lucy.

Gray, Erza, Monoka, Cana, Dylan, Cassandra, Happy, Juvia, and Wendy decided to come along with us in the end, and the rest are staying behind to protect Magnolia. I smiled, my eyes twinkling. I really have made some fantastic friends! I looked at the rising sun with determination. Today is a new day, so let's make it better than the last. I know we'll be able to beat the Dark Stars. Its just the Reaper and the other angels I'm concerned about.
