Summary: Derek went to go see Chloe as a wolf. Disaster strikes, and they now have to go to school. Hmm wonder what will happen...

Chloe's PROV
After Art class with Simon I went to my locker. I grabbed my books for class and glanced at the clock. I still had three minutes before class so I went looking for Liz. I luckily saw on my way to English. I walked over to her and tapped her shoulder.
"Oh, hey Chlo" she said smiling.
"Hi, can I sit with you at lunch?" I asked.
"I would love for you too! I just can't make any promises." she said in a not so sure voice. I normally always have a seat with Nate and Liz, but Nate has a girlfriend. His girlfriend invites her friends to eat lunch with her, so I do not always have a seat. If that ever happens I just go eat my lunch in the library.

I say goodbye to Liz with a minuet before the bell and I quickly go to my English class.

I walked into my English class and for the second time in a row my usually empty area had a new addition. The guy I meet in the wood shop was sitting in the usually empty seat. He was hot! And as much to my embarrassment, I was starting to have a crush on him. I had a crush on the guy and I could not remember his name! Simon even told me his name too! I quietly sat in my seat. I leaned over to put my books down beside his books. I looked at a worksheet in his binder and saw the name Derek Souza written at the top of the page. I sat back up in my seat. I looked around my desk for a pencil, but never found one. I slumped my shoulders forward and leaned down to grab a pencil. I sat back up in my chair and looked over to Derek. He was smiling at me. His beautiful green eyes shone through his bangs.
"Hi Derek, how has your day been?" I asked him.
"It's been okay. What about you Chloe?" He asked right back. I could see a ghost of a smile on his lips. It was sexy. At least he remembered my name, gosh I was a horrible person.
I smiled right back. "I'm good. How do you like it here?" I asked.
"It's okay" he said and smirked. He seemed deep in thought. I was about to ask him where he moved from, but the teacher started class.

The class started packing up as soon as the bell rang. Derek stood quickly and walked out of the classroom. I hurried after him.
"Hey Derek, wait up!" I called after him. Everyone turned to watch me chase after him.
"What is it?" he asked.
"I was just going to ask if you wanted someone to sit with at lunch." I invited him.
"Nah, I'm good, but thanks." He said. He turned his back toward me and walked away.
I walked alone to lunch. I was surprised to find that I had a seat. My friends talked among themselves, but I paid no attention to them.
