Disclaimer: I don't own Supernatural and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

So it's been an extremely long time since I've updated this I didn't want to update until I knew for sure I was finishing but I decided to live on the wild side and hope for the best.

Xander found himself looking at the man. There was nothing about him that screamed angel, not that he had ever met one before. He had hadn't really been a part of that apocalypse, since there had been several other ones during that time period that he had better of an understanding of that he had taken part in stopping. The man's gaze was on the Winchester brothers seeming to completely ignore both him and Willow.

"Dean?" Castiel sounded confused and then looked at Sam. "Where are we?" he looked around the room in obvious distaste. Dean kneeled down so he was at the angel's eye level. He looked at him with a look that made Xander a little jealous. Xander was his brother and he was looking at this angel with more warmth that he had shown him. He reminded himself that he and Dean hadn't exactly known each other very long and that he and the angel had each other for much longer.

"We're back Cas," Dean said gently. Cas looked around again and then back to Dean.

"But where are we?" he asked with a frown. Dean paused for a long moment and then said.

"We're in Cleaveland," he said. Castiel frowned.

"But why?" he asked. Xander's eyes focused on Dean wondering what his answer was going to be to the question as well.

"Because that's where we had to be," Dean answered which wasn't really an answer. Xander wasn't sure if he purposely avoided the answer because he didn't think of him as someone that had to be mentioned, or if the angel wouldn't understand, or if it was something else to do with the angel being the problem and not him. Xander would have probably dissecting the comment even further except that was when Cas legs started to fold. Dean barely caught Cas who looked up at the ceiling in a confused manner.

"Purgatory you don't have to sleep, here you do," Dean told Cas who still stared at him oddly. Dean frowned looking slightly confused.

"Or at least, humans do, I'm not really sure about angels," he said puzzled and Cas didn't seem to be able to tell him the answer.

"We should probably get him into bed just in case," Sam said looking over the angel, worry evident on his face. They were staring at the angel with much more concern than they had ever shown him and he was their brother. He couldn't help but feel a little jealous of the angel. Dean turned his attention to Xander.

"Can we get a room with three beds?" Dean asked him. Xander made his sure his face didn't show any emotion. They wanted a room for the three of them but didn't care to include him? He reminded himself that they were adults, not children. All of them were already grown up and the two Winchesters because they were Winchesters and not Harris's preferred an angel over him. He nodded.

"Yeah, we have those kind of rooms. Willow will get you all setup?" Willow turned to him looking like she was ready to give him a piece of her mind for volunteering her like that. But she saw his face and because she knew him she knew what it meant, her face softened and she looked at the three of them.

"Yeah I can do that," she said looking at the younger two sternly. Of course, neither of them seemed to be paying either of the two of attention, both of their attentions was on the angel. Willow sighed and said.

"Come on," Dean supported the angel and the two of them walked out of the room with Sam hovering close by. Xander followed them without really even thinking about it. He followed them into the elevator and then up to his floor and realized they were there because Willow had all the keys. He looked over at his brothers and their angel who they were still staring at as they waited. Willow was back very quickly handing them a new key with a new sticky note. His brothers and their angel were back in the elevator as quickly as they could move leaving him without saying a single word.

"Are you okay?" Willow asked him. He wasn't and he knew that Willow probably knew that, but he also didn't want to talk about it so he just nodded his head. He was grateful that even though he was pretty sure Willow knew he was lying she didn't call him on it.

"You should go to bed too." she suggested and Xander nodded he was exhausted, sleep would do him a lot of good.

Xander stared up at the ceiling again. He hadn't gone to sleep. He wished that he could, but he hadn't been able to. For past three hours, his mind refused to shut off. There was no longer anyone he had to find or save. It gave his mind free rein to think about everything and it wasn't something he really wanted to think about. His brothers were in another room without him probably having a nice little reunion party... and his mother was dead. His mother was dead and he no longer had pressing things to keep himself from thinking about her anymore and think about her he did.
