Hey Guys! Sorry I haven't posted in forever, I've been crazy busy and quite honestly these next chapters have been difficult to write. Originally I was going to post it all at once but it got so big that I'll have to break it into small chapters. I want to thank you guys for being so patient with me, it means so much! Anyway I wont keep you much longer, happy reading!

I know something is off the second I wake up, that's right I woke myself up. For once Nurse Jackson isn't standing above me with a pail of ice water threatening to dump it on to me in a second's notice. If that doesn't give you a clear indication that something is different then I don't know what does. I sit up in my bed, rubbing roughly at my eyes. The sun is shining bright through my window signalling that it's late morning.

I look around at the disaster that is my room. I don't even know how to feel at the moment but luckily I hear footsteps coming down the hall. I turn to see Nurse Jackson smiling softly at me holding a breakfast tray in her arms.

"You didn't wake me up this morning." I state as she walks in, placing the tray on a table. "I thought I'd let you sleep in for once." She says kindly pulling the table around so I can eat in bed, cautiously avoiding all of the junk scattered around on the floor. I give her a confused look.

"You never let me sleep in." I claim shaking my head. She sighs giving me a sympathetic look.

"It seemed as though you had a rather rough day yesterday, I thought it was in your best interest to let you get a decent night's rest." I bite my lip embarrassed as I look once more at my tornado stricken room.

"I'm sorry." I say quietly. "I don't really know-"

"It's alright sweet pea. We all have our breaking points." She cuts me off reaching over to stroke my face gently. "We'll get it cleaned up, don't you worry bout a thing."

I raise the side of my mouth in a thank you. She gives me another smile before patting my knee and getting up to leave.

"You do have a very busy day ahead of you today Miss Bee. Once you eat and get ready Dr. McAndrew has scheduled a physical examination and then you have an," I can sense her hesitation but she keeps her pace like nothing happened. "appointment with Dr. Heart right afterwards." I try to contain my skeptical expression and force a small smile onto my face as she leaves.

I take the plastic cover off of steaming plate and look down at the smiley face pancakes. How ironic. As adorable and surprisingly appetizing the meal looks my stomach turns just thinking about trying to eat anything. Ever since that one lunch with Emma the only feeling I can associate with food is barf. Yes, barf is a feeling.

Instead I roll the table away from my bed and climb out, going into the bathroom to take a shower. The water is actually hot today, not just that tepid warm it normally is. Call me superstitious but something is totally off. For the time being though I enjoy the heat. Once the bathroom is so full of steam I feel like I'll pass out from heat stroke I turn off the shower, turning on the bathroom fan to try and cool down the room.

Any more I hardly care about what I wear, all of my cute outfits go to waste as I settle for sweatshirts and yoga pants all the time. I don't even bother drying my hair but instead just brush it out still wet before tucking one side behind my ear. I hardly touch my makeup but just haphazardly throw on some foundation and bronzer to hide my sickly complexion. It's weird to look in the mirror and not recognize who is staring back at you.

Nurse Jackson is soon back in my room ready to escort me to my first appointment. I walk alongside her quietly with my head down and my shoulders slouching slightly. I can feel her beside me, her body language oozing concern. I don't bother to console her.

We go to this room where all of the weekly check ups are done and she checks my height, eyes and hearing before we walking over to the scale. I don't think twice before I quickly slip off my flip flops and step face forward on to the scale, awaiting anxiously for the number to appear on the screen. I've always told myself that I didn't care about the amount of weight I lost but now that I have the opportunity to know a burst of adrenaline takes over me.

I feel arms pull me off the scale milliseconds before the numbers appear and I glare at Nurse Jackson. "If you don't mind could you please step on facing the other way?" she asks me kindly.

"Why?" I snap at her. She gives me a reassuring smile, turning me around before pushing me gently back onto the scale.

"Just new protocol dear." She tells me jotting down something in my file. Protocol my ass. I cross my arms, stepping off the scale and grumpily slipping on my flip flops. Nurse Jackson gives me a warm smile before patting my shoulder. "That's it for here, do you need anything before your appointment with Dr. Heart?" She asks me.

"Can I go see Jordi for a bit?" I reply desperate for something, or I guess in this case someone, to calm me down. Nurse Jackson's face falls for a split second before regaining her composure.

"Actually Jordi's in a meeting at the moment with Dr. McAndrew. I can see if once you are done with your session he is available." She tells me as we begin to walk out of the examination room.

"What about Emma?" I try again. "Or Leo, or Dash?" She shakes her head at the mention of each of their names.

"Sorry Dear, they're all meeting with Dr. McAndrew." She states sadly.

"Why are they all there?" I ask aloud. Nurse Jackson hesitates, obviously trying to make up some acceptable answer to tell me.

"I don't know the whole story but I'm pretty sure it involves fake blood and Kara's heart monitor." She lies. I raise my eyebrows skeptically but don't say anything more.

We get to Dr. Heart's office and the same heavy weight settles over me like it always does before going into her room. Nurse Jackson cracks the door slightly, putting on hand on my back and gently leading me in before quickly shutting the door behind us. I stare straight ahead aghast.

"What is she doing here?" I snarl.

Jordi's POV
Earlier that day;

"Jordi, come on man." Leo says getting up from his bed and hobbling over to his crutches, he still refuses to wear his prosthetic.

"What's up?" I ask sitting up and giving him a confused look.

"Emma just texted, said Dr. McAndrew is calling a meeting with all of us." He states crutching out the door forcing me to get up and chase after him. My heart drops.

"What do you think happened?" I pant trying to keep up with him. I guess a couple months on crutches gives a guy mad skills.

"Probably Dash again getting into the medical marijuana." He groans clicking the button to open the service elevator. I follow him inside, my interrogation pausing for a slight moment.

"I have a bad feeling." I mumble but Leo doesn't acknowledge me. Once we get to Dr. McAndrew's office Leo and I find seats. Everyone else is already here. Dr. McAndrew doesn't say anything to us as we come in but instead clears his throat to begin.

"I apologize for asking you all to come here so suddenly, but I thought you all would like to know." He addresses all of us in a serious tone.

"Know what?" Dash is the only one brave enough to speak up. Again Dr. McAndrew clears his throat, a nervous habit I'm starting to realize.

"We've been notified about some, concerns, about Phoebe's well-being and mental stability." He begins. Out of the corner of my eye I see Emma look away guiltily and I wonder what she's done. "I'm sure as Bee's friends you are all nervous about her and care about her very deeply and I want to be honest with you. She's not in a good place." The atmosphere of the room deflates and a tension forms quickly over all of us.

"Thanks to Jordi, we've finally made an emotional connection point within in Bee but our time now is crucial. Currently she is on her way to an appointment with Dr. Heart. This will not be a regular session and will be especially tough on her. She may ask for any of you, but you all need to understand that Bee needs personal time to heal. So if times are so desperate that we do end up sending any of you in, you need to give her space. She will want to leave, she will want to avoid the situation at all costs and this we've known for her entire stay here. You guys, as her friends, need to be strong for her." He runs his hands roughly over his face. "That's all, I just wanted to alert everyone."

He looks around at us all a moment, expecting us to leave after receiving this news. Instead Leo speaks up.

"Is there anything else we can do." He asks softly and we all nod.

"No," Dr. McAndrew answers. "Just go back to whatever you were doing before and I'll send Nurse Brittany or Kenjii to come get you if needed." At this Emma lets out a dry laugh.

"You know what's funny about this?" She states sarcastically. Um no Emma, this isn't exactly a comical situation. She turns her smirk to Dr. McAndrew. "What's funny is the fact that you think that we can just go back to our normal lives when our friend is in the midst of such a serious situation."

"Bee will be alright, Dr. Heart is a professional in dealing with these types of situations." Dr. McAndrew tries to comfort her but Emma just scoffs before raising her voice.

"She hates her!" She forces a laugh once more. "You know when I reported her purging after lunch the other day I wanted you to help her, not lock her in a room with the person she hates more than anyone else in this freaking hospital!"

"Um, doesn't look like Dr. Heart will be the most hated person in that room today." Dash says glancing out of the window in McAndrew's office. We all look at each other before getting up and rushing over to get a better view.

"Oh my God. Is that-?"
