Chapter Ten - Give Me Tonight

~ A Teen Wolf fanfiction collaboration between Miss E Charlotte and Sage Londyn.~

Avery pulled to a stop by the old playground where she and Teagan used to meet up when they were just kids.

She hadn't been there since the night Derek tracked her scent after she'd been attacked at the video store.

Gasping for air she held onto her chest and made a pained noise, feeling pains shoot through her that made it impossible to breathe.

She was really starting to regret telling Teagan to go ahead and go with Lydia and Allison as the girls followed the school bus to a cross country meet.

Her dad had no idea what was going on with her and it wasn't like she could tell him that she was devastated because Derek was dead.

That would lead to way too many questions that she wouldn't be able to answer.

Come on, pull yourself together. She managed to choke out at herself as she tried to stop the tears running down her cheeks, but they just kept pouring.

A few moments later she jumped and almost screamed when someone ran into the side of her car.

Looking up her eye's widened as she saw a badly injured and heavily bleeding Derek, before he fell to the ground right beside her car.

"Derek!" She screamed as she flung her door open and jumped out, dropping to the ground beside him.

Her shaky hands moved the shredded fabric of his shirt to reveal some of the deep gashes on his stomach.

It took him a few moments until his eyes fluttered back open and he looked at her.

"I thought you were dead." She sobbed wiping her cheeks with her now bloody hands.

"No… not yet. I have to get out of here." He said as he weakly tried to stand up.

She helped him up and into her car.

"Where are we going? The hospital?" Avery said, as she started her car.

Shaking his head he said, "No, home… just take me home."

"Your loft? How am I supposed to get you inside your loft by myself?" she asked.

A few moments later he passed out.

Avery decided there was no way she could get him inside by herself, so instead of going to the building where his loft was she drove to her own house and pulled into the garage.

"Derek! Come on, wake up… please." She said as she shook him, but he didn't respond.

She remembered how it took every bit of strength both she and Teagan had to carry him into another room when he'd been paralyzed, and there was no way she could move him by herself.

Taking out her phone, she let out a frustrated groan as she tried to decide who she was going to call for help.

It finally occurred to her that she didn't have anyone in town that she could trust or depend on. All of her friends were at least 3 hours away by now.

Running from the car into the house she went straight to the table in the kitchen and knocked all of the clutter sitting on it down to the floor.

Hearing crashing, Richard walked from his study into the kitchen.

"Avery, what the hell are you doing?" He asked.

She spun around, wide eyed.

His eyes widened as he saw blood on her shirt and smeared across her face.

"I didn't know you were home." She admitted.

"Haven't been for too long, where are you bleeding from?" He asked concerned.

"It's not my blood. Dad, I really need your help with something." She sobbed as she wiped her cheeks again.

"You're scaring me." He admitted to his teenage daughter.

"Please, dad… I need you to help me." She pleaded as she lead him back to the garage where Derek was now standing weakly slumped against her car.

"Holy…" Richard breathed out as he saw the shape he was in.

"Come on, we need to get him inside." Avery begged as she rushed to Derek's side and pulled an arm over her shoulder.

"Once we get him inside we need to call 911." He said as he helped his daughter lead Derek inside.

"No. don't call 911. No hospitals." Derek weakly managed to say.

"No hospitals?" Richard said.

"Get him on the kitchen table… I can fix this." Avery said, hoping she'd read enough of her mom's healer books and journals to save him.

"What the hell is going on!" Richard yelled as they finally got Derek lying on his back on the table.

"I'm calling for an ambulance." He repeated.

"Dad, no, you can't. The hospital might not be safe." She cried, remembering how Teagan told her that a few of the alphas had been posing as workers when Isaac was brought in.

"Look at him, Avery! He looks bad, we have to call for help." Richard yelled at her, stressed out from the entire situation.

"I need… some rags and water so I clean the blood away and alcohol." She instructed her dad.

"I'm calling." He said, his tone decisive as he picked up the phone from the charger sitting on the small end table against the far wall.

"I have never really asked you to do anything for me, until now. And I'm begging you to trust me, you don't fully understand what's going on… but right now I'm the only one who can help him. Please." Avery pleaded.

"Give me one good reason not to call, he's dying." He yelled at her.

"He's not human. "Avery finally admitted.

"What?" Richard asked.

"Everyone else I trust is out of town, you're all I have right now and if you don't help me… he's… he will die." She said, her eyes locking with her dads.

Slowly Richard nodded and headed down the hallway to the bathroom.

Avery grabbed a pair of scissors from a drawer in the kitchen and cut his shirt open.

"How bad is it?" He asked in a strained voice.

"There's so much blood… I can't tell, but I think really bad." She admitted.

"Here." Richard said as she handed her some towels and a bottle of rubbing alcohol, before he filled a pitcher of water.

"Why does his blood look black?" Richard asked as he watched Avery try to wash the blood off of him as gently as possible.

"My body is trying to heal itself." Derek groaned out in pain.

"Call Dr. Deaton." Avery ordered to her dad.

"Dr. Deaton? I've never heard of him..." Richard said as he picked up the phone again.

"He's the vet, dad. Call the animal clinic." She said, the more she looked at the deep, open wounds the more she thought she hadn't learnt enough to help.

Her dad tried to call the animal clinic number repeatedly but no one picked up, as Avery continued to clean the wounds the best she could, but there was so much blood and more just kept coming to the surface.

"No one is picking up." He finally said dropping the phone to the counter, feeling panicked and still not understanding exactly what was happening.

"Something has to be wrong then." Derek mumbled, feeling like the room was spinning now.

"Watch him, I'll be right back." Avery said to her dad.

Derek quickly grabbed her wrist, "No, it's too dangerous…" His voice trailed off as everything went black for him.

"Derek!" Avery screamed as she hovered over him and shook him.

Tears flooded down her cheeks as she stared down at his pale face, "You can't die on me… I can't lose you." She said, silently praying for him to live as she laid her head against his chest and sighed with relief at the sound of his steady heartbeat.

"I need supplies, I'll be back." She quickly said to her dad as she left the house.

It took Richard a few moments to be able to move, the look on his daughters face was complete heartache and terror at the idea of losing Derek.

Richard cautiously crossed the kitchen and stood beside the table, his eyes surveying the fatal looking wounds.

His mind flashed back to a night not too long before Avery's mom had been killed in the Hale house fire.

She'd come home all bloody in the middle of the night, when he'd asked her what was wrong she said that she'd been helping a member of the Hale family who'd been injured. The conversation went into her finally explaining to him that several members of the family were werewolves and she'd helped them.

He'd quickly stopped the conversation and told her to stop joking, it wasn't funny.

Seeing her husband didn't believe her, she'd lied and said she'd gotten a nose bleed.

He knew there was more to the story than a simple nosebleed but, it had always been easier for him to ignore things then try and dig deeper. So he'd let it go and hadn't thought about it since that night.

Isaac felt the bus shake as it went over a bump in the road and quickly glanced down to the girl in his arms, his girlfriend, Teagan. Since leaving the rest stop, coach let her, Allison and Lydia aboard the bus since their car was out of gas. After the stressful moment of almost losing Scott and her argument with Ethan, it didn't take long for Teagan to fall into a peaceful sleep after snuggling up to Isaac on the bus.

He heard her quietly mumble his name and a few other words, causing him to softly chuckle as he pulled her closer to him. Whatever she was dreaming had to be good, which he was grateful for. He wanted all her dreams to be happy ones, he wanted everything in her life, in her world, to be happy and he would do whatever to make it that way.

He thought back to earlier at the rest stop when Ethan had her cornered and was talking to her, he didn't know what they were talking about, all he could hear was the pounding of her heart and that was all he needed to hear to spring into action. It's what he would always do if she was in danger. He didn't have much left in his life and he wasn't about to lose her. He would fight anyone and anything to keep her.

He glanced down at her again when he felt her shifting around and move her head from his shoulder to the crook of his neck, cuddling against him. He lowered his head to kiss her forehead and heard her softly sigh, causing him to smile.

"Why so smiley?" Teagan mumbled, feeling him smile against her forehead.

"Cause you make me happy." Isaac whispered, as he kissed her forehead again.

"You make me happy too." Teagan sleepily said, as she raised her head for a moment, never opening her eyes, and kissed his lips before laying her head back down on his shoulder.

She was quiet for a few minutes, making Isaac think she had fallen asleep again, before asking, "Are we still on the bus?"

"Yeah. Can't you tell from the rocking?" Isaac joked.

"Hmm I was hoping that just meant we were on a boat somewhere far away from everything." Teagan quietly answered.

"Is that what you were dreaming about?" Isaac questioned. He pulled her closer to him then added, "You sounded very happy."

"Mm-hm. It was just you and me. No drama, no death, no fear. Just you and me, happy and together." Teagan whispered in his ear, hoping none of the werewolves aboard the bus were listening in to their conversation.

"We will have that one day. I promise. I'm going to do whatever I can to give you a normal life." Isaac promised her.

Teagan raised her head to look at him and reached up to lay one hand on the back of his neck. She rested her forehead against his as she whispered, "All I need is you babe. You are my normal life."

Isaac smiled at her words and gave her a sweet, gentle kiss until they heard coach blow his whistle, telling them to cut it out. Teagan chuckled then buried her head in his chest as her cheeks turned a little red from embarrassment.

"Coach said earlier we are stopping for the night soon." Isaac told her, as he rubbed her back hoping to comfort her.

She lifted her head to look at him as she said, "Good. I can't wait to get some actual sleep in an actual bed."

Isaac grinned at her, causing her to ask him what. He gave her a quick kiss on the side of the head before whispering in her ear, "I can't wait to get you in bed."

Teagan playfully pushed him away as she chuckled at what he said. He laughed back as he raised his eyebrows and said, "I seem to remember you asking me to do something to you in text earlier today."

"Oh God." Teagan groaned as she covered her face with her hands. She had forgotten all about the text Lydia sent him earlier as her.

"What?" Isaac asked with a laugh, as he removed her hands.

"Lydia sent that. Not me." Teagan admitted.

"Oh." Isaac said. He thought about it for moment, then added, "I'll still do it though. All you have to do is ask."

"Maybe I will." Teagan teased, as she bit her bottom lip and grinned up at him.

Isaac looked at her, from the innocent look on her face to the biting of the lip, and not to mention just the feel of her that close to him, her scent hitting him was driving him crazy. He was already imagining the things he wanted to do to her when they stopped for the night.

Granted now was probably not the best time to be thinking those things after everything that has happened the last few days, but if all the deaths lately have taught him anything it was that life was short and as Avery always said, you need to grab life by the balls.

"Damn it! Are we there yet?" Isaac called out, as he looked away from Teagan to the front of the bus, breathing a sigh of relief when he saw the bus pull into a shady looking hotel.

Teagan shook her head and softly chuckled at his antics. She watched him grab his bag as the bus came to a stop, then reach out to grab her hand as the two walked off the bus with the rest of the group and stood off at the side as coach walked into the office to book enough rooms for all of them.

Isaac saw her look down at her phone, typing out a quick text then stare at her phone for a moment with a worried look on her face.

"Hey, you ok?" Isaac asked her, as he laid a hand on the small of her back, pulling her closer toward him.

"I don't know." Teagan answered with a sigh. She looked away from her phone to look up at him, as she added, "I've sent Avery a few text messages and haven't heard back from her. With losing Derek, I'm worried about her. I should have stayed home with her and not come on this trip, but she told me she will be ok and will keep in touch."

"We're all dealing with losing Derek in our own way." Isaac said, like the others he was upset at losing his alpha. "But Avery is strong, she'll get through this." He added.

"Even the strongest people break down sometimes." Teagan pointed out, she looked up at him again as she added softly, "I would die if something happened to you."

"Good thing I'm not going anywhere then." He replied back, as he smiled down at her.

Teagan smiled back as she reached up to lay her hand on the back of his neck, pulling him down toward her as she pressed her lips against his for a gentle kiss. Isaac rested his hands on either side of her face and deepened the kiss, not caring that they had an audience.

Teagan grinned against his lips then pecked his lips a few more times until she happened to think of something and pulled back with a small gasp.

"What is it?" Isaac asked her, worried for a moment that something was wrong until she spoke up.

"You have extra clothes in your bag right?" She asked, as she nodded toward the bag that was over his shoulders.

"Yeah, why?" Isaac asked confused.

"I just realized I don't have anything to sleep in. I didn't realize this was going to turn into an overnight trip." Teagan explained.

Isaac grinned at the situation she was in, then said, "Oh no, on second thought, no, I don't have any extra clothes."

Teagan shook her head as she folded her arms across her chest and shot him a look. She knew what he was doing, he was back tracking hoping she would have to sleep naked.

"What?" Isaac asked innocently, then added dramatically, "I can't help I don't have anything for you. Guess you will have to sleep with nothing on."

"Uh-huh." Teagan said, as she shot him a disbelieving look.

He chuckled at her then locked eyes with her as he added, "Which is ok, cause what I have planned for us tonight, neither one of us will need clothes."

Teagan grinned at his comment and raised up on her tip-toes to give him a quick kiss but before she could, they heard coach blow his whistle at them. Both were so caught up in their own little world and conversation, they never noticed he had returned and was standing near them.

"And that is why you two are not sharing a room." Coach called out, as he looked over at Isaac and Teagan. He tossed a key over toward them, which Isaac caught, then said, "That's for you Young, you will be bunking with the other two girls."

"Boyd!" Coach yelled out, as he glanced at the group before him.

"Yeah, Coach?" Boyd asked, as he stepped forward.

Coach tossed a key at him, which he caught, then said, "You get the pleasure of rooming with Lahey. I'm not going to have him and Young procreating on my watch."

"We're not procreating, just practicing." Isaac joked.

"Oh my God." Teagan breathed out, as she turned to hide her face in Isaac's shirt, her cheeks turning red.

"There'll be none of that either." Coach said, as he pointed at them. Then he turned to address the rest of the group as he added, "That goes for all of you. Keep your dirty little hands to your dirty little selves."

"Now come up here, grab a key and choose wisely." He called out, as he held out several keys.

Isaac gave Teagan a quick kiss on the side of the head before she walked away from him and made her way over toward Lydia and Allison.

She handed Allison the hotel key, then the two girls turned to find their room until they realized Lydia wasn't following them.

"Lydia?" Teagan asked, as she saw her friend looking around the almost deserted parking lot with a fearful look on her face.

"I don't like this place." Lydia mumbled.

"I don't think the people who own this place like this place." Allison joked, earning a chuckle from Teagan, who nodded her head in agreement. "It's just for the night." Allison added.

"A lot can happen in one night." Lydia pointed out, as she looked over at her two friends.

"It's ok Lydia. As long as we stick together, it'll be ok." Teagan said, as she held out her hand for the red-head to take.

The three began to walk toward their room until Teagan heard someone call out her name. She came to a stop and turned around to see that it was Boyd jogging over toward her.

"Here you go." Boyd said, as he held a room key out to her.

"I'm going to bunk with someone else so you and Isaac can share a room." Boyd explained.

"Thanks Boyd." Teagan said, as she shot him a smile.

"No problem. Just don't tell me anything that happens in that room tonight." Boyd said, then added, "There are some things I don't want to know about my pack mate."

"You got it." Teagan laughed.

Boyd shot her a half-smile then turned to walk over to his new room, which was a few doors down from where the other girls would be sleeping.

"So much for us sticking together." Lydia pointed out, after Teagan looked over at her and Allison with a happy grin on her face.

"Right." Teagan breathed out, then added, "I did just say that." She looked down at the hotel key, not wanting to give up a night alone with Isaac, but also wanting to be there for Lydia. She looked back up at her friends, as she said,"I'll just give Boyd back the key and room with you two tonight."

"You're joking right?" Lydia asked with a shocked looked. "I was just kidding T. Trust me, I do not need you to hold my hand all night. You are getting the chance to spend a whole night alone with your boyfriend in a hotel with no parents and no interruptions. I would be the worst friend in the world if I took that from you." She added.

"You sure?" Teagan asked.

"I am 100% sure." Lydia said back.

"Call me if you need anything." Teagan said, as she looked at both girls.

"We will." Allison promised her.

"Now go be with your man and I want all the juicy details later." Lydia said, as she turned Teagan around and playfully pushed her away.

"Thank you!" Teagan called out, as she turned around for a moment to blow both girls a kiss.

"Make sure he does the thing I texted him!" Lydia yelled out, causing Teagan to laugh out loud, her laughter ringing out across the parking lot.

"That was really nice of you." Allison said once she and Lydia were alone.

"After all the stuff those two have been through, they deserve a night of normalcy." Lydia pointed out, as the two made their way toward their room. She still had a bad feeling about the hotel, but hoped she was wrong. Hopefully they would all make it out alive.

Avery pulled to a stop to the side of the building and started to walk around to the door but stopped when she saw Peter and Cora in the other parking lot.

She knew they were both Derek's blood family but she didn't trust Peter so she silently turned and headed back to the other side.

Being as quiet as possible she carried a trash can over to a window and turned it upside down as she climbed up on it and looked in the window to an empty exam room.

After a slight struggle she was finally able to slide the window up and climb in.

She remembered the night after Deaton had showed them several bottles with herbs, he'd taken the tray back to his office.

Carefully she made her way from the exam room and down the hallway, along the way she'd spotted Kali and she knew the rest of the alpha pack must be there too.

Her body shook with fear, if they found out Derek was alive they'd surely kill him. And probably kill her too.

Then she ducked into an open door and froze at the thought, they'd kill her right then and there for interfering with their plans.

But without the healing herbs, Derek didn't stand a chance.

Making up her mind, she quickly decided that saving Derek was the most important thing at the moment, and if she got killed in the process it didn't matter.

As she stealthily made her way into the room she gathered the bottles of herbs and some medical supplies she would need and just as she was getting ready to leave, she heard someone outside of the door to the room.

Franticly she looked around, her eyes stopping on a metal cabinet. By the time the door opened she was inside of the tall, almost empty cabinet praying it wasn't one of the alphas who'd come in the room.

Moments later the doors opened and Dr. Deaton looked at her confused, then his eyes traveled down to where she was clutching onto the supplies she had gathered.

Derek, he silently mouthed in question.

She nodded.

Shutting the doors back to the cabinet, he gathered what supplies he needed from the room and left, locking and pulling the room door shut behind him.

Breathing a heavy sigh of relief, she got out the window and sprinted to her car.

"How is he?" Avery yelled as she darted into the kitchen of her house.

Shrugging Richard said, "About the same… he woke up a few times."

"What did he say?" Avery asked as she immediately got to work on his wounds.

Richard was silent as he watched her, she had his blood smeared all over her and he wasn't sure how she wasn't throwing up. He was feeling nauseas from just watching the scene in front of him.

Her hands were shaking so bad she had to stop, and use the back of her hands to wipe the tears that kept flowing down her cheeks.

"Clinically and unemotionally." She breathed out, remembering how Allison had told her when you're patching up someone you can't let your emotions get in the way.

"What can I do?" Richard finally asked, knowing now more than ever she needed someone because she wasn't able to hold herself together.

She looked up at him, her bloodshot watery eyes locking with his, before his eyes scanned her blood smeared face.

"Just talk… tell me a story, ask me questions… just talk." She instructed as she took a deep breath, locking down her emotions with her exhale.

"You uh, you asked what he said when he woke up." He recalled the first thing that came to mind when she told him to talk.

"Yeah." Avery said nodding, and staying focused on the task at hand.

"He kept saying your name and kind of mumbling." Richard admitted then after a pause he said, "It kind of reminded me about after your attack, the hospital staff said you kept fading in and out of consciousness and saying 'Derek'."

Her heart started to race and she said, "Can you talk about something else?"

"I'm sorry." He apologized.

After a few seconds he said, "Your mom tried to tell me about the Hale family. She said some of them were werewolves and that she acted as some kind of advisor to them and helped when someone got wounded."

He continued to keep talking about how he hadn't believed her mother at the time.

Over a half an hour later Avery sat down in one of the chairs she'd scooted away from the able.

He looked at Derek who was now all bandaged up.

"Is he going to make it?" Richard asked her, trying not to think about how much blood was all over their table and the floor.

"I think so." She quietly admitted.

"I can't believe all of this has been happening and I didn't know a thing about it. You weren't really on some dream vacation this summer, were you?" He asked, feeling a little light headed.

"I wish." Avery scoffed.

"And the attack on you last year?" he asked, now starting to question everything that had happened since the start of her sophomore year at school.

"Wasn't random… a hunter used me and Derek against each other to get what she wanted."

"A hunter… a werewolf hunter?" He gasped.

Avery nodded, standing up she started to walk past him to head upstairs to wash the blood off but stopped beside her dad as she said, "I'm so sorry you got involved in this, I didn't mean for this to happen. I didn't mean for any of this happen… if this is too much and you want me to leave, I understand."

"You're not going anywhere… I'm sorry I made you face this alone." He said, as he pulled her against him in a tight protective hug.

She hadn't been doing a good job holding herself together as it was but with the rare, loving fatherly gesture she clutched onto his shirt; he was the only thing keeping her from collapsing as everything she'd managed to hold in broke free.

After leaving Lydia and Allison, Teagan called her dad, updating him on what was going on, then made her way toward Isaac's hotel room. She felt butterflies in her stomach as she placed the key in the door knob to unlock it. Even though she and Isaac have been together a few times, she still felt a little nervous at the thought of being alone with him all night. This was definitely something new for them.

She walked into the small hotel room and heard the shower running in the small bathroom on the left. As stupid or silly as it was, she couldn't help but wonder if this is what it would be like in the future for them.

Her arriving at their own place, maybe a cute little house near her dad's or a trendy apartment in another town, and Isaac being in another part of the house. He could be in the kitchen, making them dinner or in the family room waiting for her so they could watch a movie.

Or, speaking of family, maybe he could be in the nursery, holding their newborn, maybe a little girl who already has her father wrapped around her little finger.

At that thought, Teagan shook her head, it was way to soon to be thinking about kids, her future fantasy got away from her. The two needed to survive high school and college first, but she would be lying if she said she never thought about all of that before.

There was a time, many years ago, she thought she would marry Jackson. Have the perfect house with a white picket fence, two kids, Aspen and just live a perfect life.

Then she and her family moved and she thought she would never see him again until she and her dad moved back, but even after she got back with Jackson, she honestly couldn't see that dream anymore. Sure she loved Jackson, always would, but she didn't picture a future with him anymore, leaving her unsure about what her future holds until she met Isaac, then she began to dream again and could see a future with him clear as day. He was it for her, he was her future.

Pushing all thoughts of the future away for now, she decided to get back to the present and that was her hot boyfriend in the shower in their hotel room, leaving them all alone, just them for the whole night.

With a grin on her face, she walked over to the bathroom door and raised her fist to lightly tap on the door. She knew with his werewolf hearing she didn't need to knock to loud and he would still hear it, or at least he would if he wasn't ignoring it.

She raised her hand again, knocking harder this time and heard him sigh loudly on the other side before calling out, "I'll be out in a minute Boyd."

Teagan placed a hand over her mouth to hold in a chuckle when she realized he thought she was Boyd trying to rush him out of the bathroom. She waited a few minutes, then knocked on the door again, even louder than the last time.

She heard the shower turn off, followed by the curtain being pushed roughly aside, letting her know how annoyed he was right now. She pressed her ear to the door, hearing his heavy footsteps as he walked toward the door then quickly took a step back when the door jerk opened.

"Damn it Boyd! I said ..." Isaac began to say then paused when he realized it wasn't Boyd standing in front of him, but instead Teagan.

Teagan grinned and raised her eyebrows when she saw him standing in front of her with only a towel around his waist. Her eyes focused on a couple of beads of water rolling down his bare chest. She licked her lips, wishing she was licking the beads of water from his skin, but before she could get to lost in her own thoughts, she heard Isaac clear his throat, causing her eyes to jump up and meet his.

Her cheeks turned pink when she saw the grin on his face and figured he knew exactly what thoughts were running through her head now. She swallowed a few times then cleared her throat before squeaking out a 'hi'.

"Hi." Isaac said back, copying her tone to pick on her. He held on to the towel with one hand as he laid his other hand against the door frame and leaned a little toward her as he asked, "Can I help you?"

Teagan laid her hand on the other side of the door frame then shot him a sweet smile as she innocently shrugged her shoulder before saying, "I was going to see if you wanted some company in there, but seems like you are done."

"Yep, I'm all done in there." Isaac said, as he nodded his head toward the shower he just exited.

"Well guess you don't need me at all then." Teagan said, as she removed her hand. She took a few steps back from him, then added, "Guess I will just go."

"Oh no you don't." Isaac said, as he took a couple of big steps to stand in front of her. "You are not ... " He began to say, as he reached out to grab her wrists, lifting her arms and resting them on his shoulders. As she wrapped her arms around his neck and stepped closer to him, he continued, "going... anywhere."

"So you don't want me to leave?" Teagan questioned him, as she felt him wrap his arms around her waist.

Isaac slowly shook his head as he said, "I never want you to leave me." He leaned forward to rest his forehead against hers, slowly swaying them back and forth, as he whispered, "it's you and me, babe. Always."

"Always." Teagan whispered back with a smile on her face.

The two kept their arms wrapped around each other, still slowly swaying, until a small giggle escaped Teagan's lips, causing Isaac to pull back and look at her, asking her what was funny.

"It's just... you're still in only a towel." Teagan said with raised eyebrows, as she glanced down for a moment, then continued, "and I can tell how excited you are right now, if you know what I mean."

"Sorry." Isaac said with a laugh as he turned around and walked over toward his bag which was sitting on one of the twin beds. He pulled out a white t-shirt and a pair of lounge pants from the bag then glanced over his shoulder as he said, "Although I'm not going to apologize for having a hot girlfriend who turns me on all the time."

"Hey, I didn't say it was a bad thing." Teagan said as she held up her hands. She made her way over toward him, laying her hand on his shoulder and turned him around to face her. She smiled up at him as she slowly began to take her coat off before saying, "besides I think I am the one over-dressed here and that is a problem."

"Yes it is." Isaac said, as he watched her drop her coat on the floor. He saw her reach for the bottom of her shirt, but before she could lift, he laid his hands on hers, stopping her.

Teagan looked up at him with a confused look on her face, wondering why he stopped her. She thought this was what he wanted. His body was definitely ready for it, so why would he stop?

He lightly pushed her hands away, then raised his eyebrows at her with a short nod, gesturing for her to raise her arms. She bit her lip then grinned at him, realizing what he wanted to do, then raised her arms.

Isaac kept his eyes locked on hers as he slowly raised her shirt and dropped it to the floor. His eyes flickered down for a moment, taking her all in, then looked back up at her face. He didn't have to say a word for her to know what he was thinking.

He laid his hands on either side of her face, taking a step closer to her, then ran his thumb lightly over her bottom lip before leaning forward and pressing his lips against hers for a sweet kiss. After kissing for a few moments, he tilted her head to the side, then kissed across her jaw and down the side of her neck, lightly sucking and nibbling on her skin, a quiet moan escaping her lips.

He pulled back for moment, looking at her bare shoulder, then pushed one of her bra straps aside. He lightly ran his fingertips against her skin, causing goosebumps to pop up where ever he touched.

"Isaac ... " Teagan breathed out, not sure how much more teasing she could handle. She wanted him badly and she wanted him now.

"Shh.. I know babe." Isaac whispered back, as he raised his head to look at her. "We've never been alone for a whole night before and because of that ... " He began to say, as he leaned toward her, his lips only inches from hers. He barely touched her lips with his own, then nibbled on her bottom lip for a moment before pulling back a little to tease her. He caught her eyes then continued softly, "and because of that... I want to take my time with you tonight. If that's ok?"

"I uh, yeah... yeah. That's um, That's ok." Teagan stuttered out.

"Ok." Isaac said with a smile, loving the fact that he made her almost speechless. He leaned forward to give her a quick kiss, then pulled back and whispered, "just close your eyes and trust me."

Several minutes later, Teagan and Isaac laid back on the bed, their bodies covered in sweat as they tried to catch their breath. Teagan turned her head to look at him at the same time he turned his, the two locked eyes and smiled at each other.

"Wow, that was... we have definitely never done that before." Isaac said, a grin still on his face.

"Yeah, that was definitely new. I liked it." Teagan said back, smiling.

"Me too. I can't believe I am saying this, but, I think we should take more sex advice from Lydia." Isaac said with a laugh.

Teagan laughed back, as she rolled over on her side to face him, then said, "That's not the new thing I was talking about. I mean, yeah it was great, but I just mean in general. I liked it." She glanced down at the bed for a moment, before looking back up at him and continuing, "I don't think I've ever been that close, that intimate with someone before. I mean times before that we... you know, we were rushing and trying to hurry. Don't get me wrong, it was great... really great, but tonight was... tonight was just perfect and I feel even closer to you then I did before. If that makes sense."

Isaac reached out to pull her closer to him, then leaned down to softly kiss her lips. He laid a hand on the side of her face, as he pulled back a little to look at her. He lightly caressed her cheek, as he quietly said, "I know exactly what you mean."

Teagan leaned forward for another kiss before laying her head on his chest and cuddling against him. She smiled as she felt him wrap an arm around her, resting his hand on her hip, while his other hand laid on top of hers which was on his chest in front of her face. She saw him intertwine their fingers then pick their joined hands up. She closed her eyes with a happy sigh as she felt him kiss her hand before laying their joined hands back on his chest.

Isaac glanced down at her, assuming she was going to sleep, as she slowly breathed in and out. He still couldn't believe how lucky he was sometimes and almost felt the need to just pinch himself. He use to dream of moments like this, just holding her, and now those dreams were coming true. Regardless of what happens, he loves her and she loves him, she was all his.

His eyes flickered over to their joined fingers. He lightly moved his finger up and down her ring finger, his fingertips barely grazing her skin, as he thought about it their future. He couldn't help but imagine the day he gave her a ring to wear upon that finger and truly made her his forever. He softly smiled as a happy sigh escaped his lips as he imagined her face the day he would propose to her. He imagined how excited she would be to plan a wedding with Avery. Would she want a big, church wedding? Or a smaller, outdoor wedding?

The two had never really talked about that. They knew how they felt about each other and that they wanted to be together, but they never really talked about what their future would look like past high school. Where would they live? Would they have kids? How many? Would they get another dog, a friend for Aspen? He honestly didn't know.

"What are you thinking about?" Teagan asked, bringing him out of his thoughts.

"I thought you were sleeping?" Isaac questioned back, as he looked down at the top of her head.

Teagan shook her head a little, then said, "no, not sleeping. Just laying here, feeling the happiest I have felt in a while, but also feeling a little guilty for feeling so happy."

"Yeah." Isaac said, agreeing with her knowing exactly what she was talking about.

Teagan lifted her head to look at him, then said, "With everything going on, I know I shouldn't be feeling this way, but I can't help it. Being with you, just tucked away in our own little world, makes me happy, but saying that out loud, makes me feel like a terrible person."

"You shouldn't." Isaac said simply, as he pushed a lock of hair behind her ear. "We all don't get many happy moments around here, we need to take advantage of them when we do. I'm sure the others feel the same way."

"Is that what you were thinking about too?" Teagan asked. She didn't even have to look at him to know he was in deep thought earlier.

"I- I uh, no, I was actually thinking of something a little different." Isaac answered.

"Oh? What?" Teagan questioned, as she laid both her hands on his chest, then rested her chin on her hands to look up at him.

"I, well, I was thinking you... and me... and us." Isaac answered nervously and ran his fingers through her hair, just needing something to do while he talked about this.

"What about you... and me... and us?" Teagan teasingly asked.

"Just thinking about the future. Our future." He answered, then added, "Have, uh, have you thought about it? The future, I mean?"

"Yeah." Teagan answered, causing him to smile, until she continued, "I mean, we are juniors now. It's time to start thinking about college and stuff. I have no idea where I want to go or what I want to do with the rest of my life."

"Oh, right, yeah same here." Isaac said back, then added, "But uh, I mean, I was talking about our future. You know, future you and me. Do you think about that?"

Teagan didn't say anything as she looked at him, seeing the serious, yet nervous look on his face. She bit her bottom lip, making him think she was thinking really hard about it, which made him even more nervous until she finally smiled at him and nodded her head with a laugh.

"I knew what you meant. Of course I've thought about our future." Teagan said with another giggle, making him sigh with relief. She leaned forward to press her lips against his for a sweet kiss, then pulled back to look at him, as she said seriously, "I don't know where we will go or what will happen, but one thing I do know for sure, I want to spend all my days with you. You are my future, Isaac. You are all I need."

Isaac smiled at her words before leaning forward and capturing her lips for a kiss. He pulled her toward him, her top half lying across his chest. He wrapped one arm around her back, holding her close, and laid his other hand on the back of her head, tangling his fingers in her hair.

As the kiss began to heat up, he rolled them over, laying her on her back and hovering over her. He kissed across her jaw and down the side of her neck. causing her to throw her head back with a moan. He ran his hands down her body, enjoying the curve of her body, as he began to kiss down to her chest and make his way down to her stomach, leaving light kisses wherever his lips touched.

She was so into the moment, enjoying the things he was doing to her body, that she almost didn't hear her phone until Isaac stopped kissing her stomach and looked up at her with an annoyed look on his face.

Teagan sighed as she reached over and grabbed her cell phone off of the table to see who was texting her. She lowered her eyebrows in confusion when she saw it was Stiles, saying he needed to talk to her.

"Who is it? Is it Avery?" Isaac asked when he saw the look on her face.

"No. No it's Stiles." Teagan answered.

Isaac rolled his eyes as he said, "Ignore it."

"You must not know Stiles that well." Teagan said with a laugh, then added, "There is no 'ignoring Stiles', he will keep texting until I answer."

"Ignore it." Isaac said again, as he leaned down and began to kiss across her stomach again.

"Ignore it." Teagan repeated, as she laid her phone back down. The phone had just left her hand and hit the table, when it went off again, letting her know she had another text.

Isaac lifted his head from her stomach and moved up to press his lips against her. He gave her a quick kiss, then pulled back a little, his lips inches from hers, as he whispered, "ignore it."

"I- I..." Teagan tried to say, until he pressed his lips against hers again. The two began to kiss again until she heard her phone go off a few more times, causing her to pull back and say, "I can't."

Teagan reached out and grabbed the phone to read the new text messages, but before she could, Isaac took the phone out of her hand, holding it above her head as he leaned forward to kiss her again.

"Is-Isaac, we can't- can't ..." She tried to say in between kisses. She sat up some and reached up to grab her phone, but he raised it up higher so she couldn't grab it. "Phone. Need phone." She mumbled against his lips, as he continued to kiss her.

"He'll stop. Just ignore it." Isaac whispered, as he wrapped his arm around her and pulled her back down to lay flat on the bed.

"He won't." Teagan argued.

"Just wait." Isaac mumbled, as he kissed her again.

As if on cue, her phone began to go off again, as Stiles sent her text after text, after text. Her phone beeping repeatedly each time until Isaac finally groaned out loud and handed her the phone.

He laid back against the bed with a sigh as he folded his arms across his chest. Teagan looked over at him, seeing the pout on his face and softly chuckled before she looked down at the new text messages. Apparently whatever he needed to talk to her about was very important and he wanted her to meet him and the girls, alone.

Teagan sighed as she closed the message then looked over at Isaac to say, "I'll be right back."

"Wait.. what?" Isaac asked confused, as he turned in the bed to face her.

"Stiles needs to talk about something." Teagan answered.

"About what?" Isaac asked.

"I have no idea, but he says it is important." Teagan answered with a shrug.

"Want me to go with you?" Isaac offered.

Teagan thought back to one of the messages, the one that asked her to come alone, then she shook her head as she said, "No. It's ok. I'm sure it won't take long."

"You sure?" Isaac asked, not sure how he felt about his girlfriend roaming around, late at night, at some creepy hotel.

"I'm sure." Teagan said back, then before he could say anything else, she laid a hand on the side of his neck then leaned forward to give him a gentle kiss. She pulled back for a moment to look at him, a smile on her face as she said, "You stay here. Exactly like you are in this bed and when I get back, there will be more of that."

"And more of this too?" Isaac questioned, as he lowered his head to leave light kisses across her bare shoulder and over to her neck, lightly sucking on her skin.

"Y-Yes. More of that." Teagan breathed out, as she rolled her head to the side, giving him better access.

"You sure you have to go?" Isaac asked, his lips still against her skin, lightly nibbling it.

"I-I uh... I'm... Oh God,.. I-Isaac you have to stop." Teagan moaned out, as she lifted his head from her neck. She chuckled when she saw the look on his face, then said, "Don't pout. I don't want to leave you, but it's Stiles."

"At the beginning of the summer, when both of them were dealing with losing their girlfriends, I told them, if they ever need anything to call or text me and I will be there." She explained. She leaned forward to rest her forehead against his then added, "I can't go back on that now. No matter how badly I do not want to leave this bed."

She pulled back to look at him then said, "But I ..."

"I know." Isaac said, interrupting her. He placed his hands on either side of her face, before saying, "I understand. I wish I didn't, but I do. You're a good person, Teagan. You're loyal and protective of your family and friends. You'll do anything for them, which worries the hell out of me sometimes, but it is also one of the many reasons why I love you."

Teagan smiled at his words, then leaned forward for a quick kiss. She pulled back then looked at him, a smile still on her lips, as she said back, "I love you too, Isaac."

Isaac smiled back at her, he would never grow tired of hearing those words coming from her mouth. He gave her one last kiss, then said, "Go. The quicker you talk to him, the sooner you can get back to me."

Teagan nodded her head, agreeing with him and jumped out of bed. She grabbed her jeans from the floor, a shirt from Isaac's bag and a matching bra and panties set, then walked into the bathroom to freshen up.

A few minutes later, she walked out of the bathroom to see Isaac out of bed, dressed in a pair of pajama bottoms and a white t-shirt, standing in front of the tv, changing channels from one staticy channel to the next.

"Hey, I thought I told you to stay in bed. This is the complete opposite of what I said." Teagan joked, as she walked up behind him.

She lowered her eyebrows in confusion when he didn't say anything, instead he continued to stare at the tv, as if in a trance, as he kept turning the channels.

"Isaac?" Teagan said, not getting an answer again. She walked up closer behind him, feeling worried, then reached out to touch his shoulder, as she called out his name again.

Isaac shook his head, as if coming out of a daze, then turned his head to look at her, as he said, "hmm?"

"Are you ok?" Teagan asked worriedly. The last time she saw someone zone out like that was with Jackson, which made her feel even more concerned.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. I was just trying to find something to watch." Isaac answered, looking more like himself.

"Ok." Teagan said, as she breathed out a small sigh of relief. She walked over to the bedside table, grabbing her cell phone and the key to the room, then walked back over to him as she said, "well, I'll be back in a few. I got my phone if you need anything."

"I'm fine." Isaac said again, noticing the worried look that was still on her face.

Teagan nodded, accepting his answer, then gave him a quick kiss before walking over to the door and leaving the room. She looked back at the closed door for a moment, as she blew out a shaky breath and hoped everything was ok.

Maybe just now didn't mean anything. Everyone zones out occasionally, right? It's not always cause something weird is going on, right? Maybe he was just tired from all the stuff they had done. That had to be it. She hoped that was it.
