I only own my OC's

Ryan's POV

I entered a special room designed to become sound proof and airtight at the push of a button. This room was used for meetings, discussing top secret material and now I was about to have a meeting of treason with my people. It will eliminate the chances of someone listening in and ratting us out.

I sat in one of the chairs and thought to myself about how to get Phineas and Katie out of this place without causing too much trouble, especially since they're now injured. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard the door opening.

I immediately recognized the person entering as Sergeant Major Eugene Alvey; he was a year older than myself and about a foot taller. A tall, tough and courageous soldier about the size of a truck, very strong, very skilled, and someone I would trust with my life. He had dark brown hair with even darker eyes. His uniform was the same as mine.

He could fix any weapon and could learn how to use and maintain one with no training in a little as a minute. He helped me modify my pistol, so that I can switch the setting on it from fatal to stun. He had volunteered for the youth army, he was loyal to Doofenshmirtz's cause but, even he has a soul.

After he finally looked past the propaganda and saw the lies, he came to me wanting out. I had the reputation of not being as… hostile as the Colonel. Though what most soldiers didn't know was that the only way to get out of the army was death or a special pardon granted by Doofenshmirtz which is rarely given. I convinced him to wait and join me when the time comes.

He saluted me as he entered, then closed the door, "Sergeant Major Eugene Alvey reporting as ordered. Sir."

"At ease Sergeant, take a seat." I replied as I stood up and returned the salute.

"May I ask what this is about?" he asked as he sat down.

"It's time." I stated as I put my hands on the table.

He seemed taken aback by my answer, he then gave a small grin and said, "Whatever you have planned sir, you can count on me."

"I always can, the others should be here any moment." I replied, and the door opened again.

The next person who entered was Airman Betty Ostrich one of the best VTOL pilot in the youth army. The army actually gave her, her own aircraft because she impressed them so much. As skilled as she is in flying, she's equally skilled in fixing anything with an engine. Nobody, except me, knew that she increased her VTOL speed, maneuvering abilities, and other functions making it superior to the others.

She was the same age as me and just as tall, blond hair and dark blue eyes, with a smile that could make you melt, but don't let her looks, or her job fool you. You mess with her in anyway and you'll end up on the ground.

She wore a standard issue green jumpsuit. We became close friends when we arrived at the training facility. You could say I'm like family, since she was an orphan and the others picked on her during training. I had been at the training facility about a week when she arrived, I knew what it was like to be alone so I defended her and helped her discover her skill; piloting. When I was promoted, our friendship didn't change and I could count on her if I needed help.

"Ryan what's this about?" She asked as she shut the door. She wasn't as formal as other soldiers but, I didn't care about formalities.

"It's time to get out of the army." I replied as she sat down.

She gave a smile and said, "What's the plan?"

"I'll explain in a few moments, we just have to wait for Arron to arrive." I replied.

As if on cue, Private Arron Paulson walked through the door, he was the same age as me, and about three inches shorter. His specialty was electronic security and hacking. Like the rest of us, he hated Doofenshmirtz with a passion and was willing to help if I needed it. He had access to the entire network and would be a significant help with finding the mole.

"Hey Lieutenant, what's up." He asked as he saluted. He was always laid back and looked like he didn't care about anything, but when the situation called for it, he's a different person.

I was about to seal the room when the door opened again. Eugene and I reached for our pistols before we recognized who the uninvited person was, her name was Avery Applegate. She had brown hair and blue eyes she was the same age as me, but I didn't know her very well; other than she was being trained as a nurse. She had helped heal my arm after Raymond was done with "changing my ways." I hadn't invited her to this meeting, but I think I knew who did.

"Eugene, make sure you tell me when you invite someone to a meeting who could get us all killed." I stated.

"Sorry Sir, I told her about our meeting but, I wasn't sure that she would come. I knew that she wouldn't tell anyone if she didn't." He replied as he looked towards me.

"I'm sorry for coming unannounced Ryan, but when Eugene asked me to come, I originally said 'no' out of fear. Then, as I thought about it, it got me thinking. I was wondering if you'll let me help you again." She said as she stood at the door.

I looked at my left arm before smiling and replied, "Well what are you standing there for? Get in here and take a seat at the traitors meeting."

She smiled and closed the door behind her, then took a seat at the table.

"Now that we're all here…" I began as I pressed the button and the sound of the room sealing was heard. "We can talk, what I'm about to say cannot leave this room; if we are caught we'll all be executed. Since you are here, you have accepted that risk." I stated seriously.

They all shared a look before turning to me, indicating I could continue, "The resistance has shown that it can hold its own against our ruler, even with his new minions, but I think they could use some help." I explained.

"You want to help the resistance?" Arron asked.

"Yes, and I would also like to join them." I replied.

"What makes you think they'll accept us, for all they know we could be spies." Eugene asked.

"We're going to help Phineas and Katie, the two resistance prisoners being held here, escape." I replied.

"How?" Arron asked.

"Each of you is going to be assigned different objectives. Not only to ensure their escape, but ours as well, along with making sure this place is rendered useless. The Colonel will be away for a conference with Doofenshmirtz and I'm in charge of the facility. We have a lot of work to do before he returns.

"Arron, there's a mole who's hacked the network and is leaking info to the resistance; I want you to find out who it is. Also, while you're in, download anything that could give the resistance an edge in the war, but don't set off the alarms." I explained.

"Got it." He replied with a smile.

I looked toward Betty and said, "Betty, I know you do maintenance on almost all of the VTOL's. I want you to sabotage them, make sure they can't get off the ground. Also, be ready to take off at a moment's notice; in case something goes wrong. When everything is ready you'll be flying us out of here."

"I know a few tricks that the other mechanics don't and I'll be ready." She replied.

"Eugene, since you help out in the armory; fake the inventory logs and steal ammo and explosives, little by little each day. When you're on night patrol in the base, I'll be assigning you so that you can plant charges in the fuel dump, vehicle depot, and also in the armory; and any other place that'll make a show."

He nodded in reply.

I looked towards Avery and said, "Avery I want you to do the same with medical supplies. I know that the medical supply Sergeant is lazy, tell him you'll do the work so that he can relax."

She nodded and said, "I can also write down the formulas to make the advanced medicine."

"Good idea, before you go back to your post I want you to follow me to the prison cells and see what you can do for our resistance friends. The Colonel did a number on them before he left." I replied.

"You got it, I just nedd to stop by my quarters and grab my medical bag." she replied.

"Right." I then looked around the table, "You all have your orders; we have a week to complete our objectives. We never talk about our actions in public; only in private, and only to people in this room. When all objectives have been completed we'll make it look like we're escorting our prisoners to Doofenshmirtz's tower, with a cargo of munitions and medical supplies; instead we'll disappear. Now let's get to work." I said as I unsealed the room and everyone left to get started.

Everyone got up and exited the room; but Betty stayed behind. When the door closed I asked, "What is it Betty?"

"Ryan, are you sure you're ready to do this." She inquired.

"What are you getting at?" I asked.

"Raymond is, after all…"

"I know what he is and what he's capable of." I interrupted while glaring at her, and continued, "I don't care; he needs to be stopped."

"Don't you think you should tell the squad?" She asked.

"Remember how you reacted when you found out?" I asked as I looked away.

"Yes but, that's because I overheard it, and I think that it's better you tell them before they find out the hard way."

"I'll tell them… after we get out of here. I need the squad performing at one hundred percent; especially now." I said as I looked back at her.

She gave me a worried look before saying "Okay Lieutenant, I trust you." She then exited the room, leaving me alone.

I sighed as I thought about how this next week was going to play out. I'm asking a lot out of my men and I'm afraid of what could go wrong. If they found out my secret or worse, the resistance, I would never be forgiven. I only pray that everything goes right and hopefully they don't find out. I exited the room and I thought to myself, Colonel, you thought you had me when you threatened my family; I can't wait to see your face when you lose this fight.
