So sorry this took forever to get posted. I wrote two new stories then a chapter for Part of Your World, so yeah. Please enjoy this chapter.

K is for Kids

Mia loved kids. Back when she was in high school, she would babysit all the time. Kids were sweet and lucky that they didn't have to go through the things she had to go thorough when she was their age. That's why she became a kindergarten teacher. What she couldn't wrap her head around was how Jayden was as good with kids as she was.

At the moment, the two were sitting on the wrap around balcony, watching the TurtleZord and LionZord play with each other.

"Hey, Jayden?" he hummed to let her know she had his attention, "how are you so good with kids?"

"I'm not."

"Jayden, when we got attacked by Robtish (nighlock they fought in Jayden's Challenge) you went to a playground were there was a group of kids. You protected them and that little boy."

"Ok yes, but honestly, I'm horrible with kids."

She didn't believe this. She was going to prove him wrong, "Jayden?"

"Yeah?"

"Wanna come with me to visit the kids at my old job?"

"Um, why?"

"Well, since I'm some big superstar, I need a bodyguard. Please?"

"Well, we have the day off and everyone else is everywhere, I guess."

Half an hour later, Mia was hugging her old co-workers

"Look at you, Miss Superstar! I thought you were just going to some karate school your mom wanted you to go to."

"Graduated early. Sorry I didn't come back."

"Oh no. sweetie, all the kids love your songs. The whole samurai thing interests them so much. The parents are so pleased that their kids want to learn about a different place."

"Really? I'm glad they like it. Thanks for inviting by the way."

"No prob, by the way, who's the hottie with the blue eyes?" her friend asked. Mia looked over her shoulder to where Jayden was standing looking at the kids from the screen door

"My boyfriend."

Her friend squealed, "OMG, Mia, he's so cute! Introduce me!"

"Jayden," he turned to face the girls, "this is Miley Cruz. Miley this is Jayden Shiba."

"Wait you live in that big Japanese styled house?" everyone knew about the Shiba house, it was practically a landmark in the town

"Yeah. It's where the grad students live. My family owns it." Mia had told him about the 'karate school' cover she had given her friends

"Wow. Hey Mia, you should totally perform for the kids."

"That's what I was planning. Oh I just remembered I had to call my manager to let him know where I am. Why don't you get Jayden to help you with the kids?"

"Sure, come on Jayden." The two walked out to the playground where Miley clapped her hands. "Alright everyone! We have a special guest, so come on inside." Some kids ran inside while other stubbornly stayed put. "Mia Watanabe is performing for us!" that got all of the other kids, except a little girl, inside. "Maya, come on." Maya, a little girl with shoulder length curly hair, shook her head and stayed on the swing.

Jayden turned to Miley, "I got her. You go on ahead." Jayden approached Maya and kneeled down to her level, "Don't you wanna see Mia?"

Maya shook her head, "she's copying the Pink Ranger and my mom said it's bad to copy people."

Jayden gave her a smile, "who said she's copying her?" he pulled the LionZord out of his jacket pocket and it opened and jumped on Maya's lap. Her face brightened when she realised what it meant, "But keep it a secret ok?" Jayden said.

Maya nodded and letting LionZord climb onto her shoulder, she took Jayden's hand and let him lead her inside. Mia was leaning against the sliding door

"Oh you are so bad with children." She said sarcastically, a smile on her face. She leaned down when Maya pulled on her shirt, "what is it sweetie?"

"I'll keep your secret. Also I like the Pink Ranger and Red Ranger together."

"Yeah," Mia said looking at her boyfriend, "so do I."

Sorry this took forever. We started a new semester and I didn't know what to for 'K'. So review and look for 'L' as soon as I figure out what to make it. Ideas are welcome. Review!
