Just letting you know that the sequel to yesterday won't be today- most likely tomorrow.

I'm really sorry, lovelies, but I'm way too tired tonight to write something with actual plot, but I hope you enjoy this fluffy piece nonetheless.

I just had two very long days in a row.

The Answer Is Yes

When Blaine got down on one knee, he didn't expect Kurt's reaction to be laughing.

He didn't expect it to be anything but 'yes', really, since they've talked about the subject so many times before- but even if Kurt were to refuse, why would he laugh?

His expression softened, though, and he tried to stifle his laughter, when he realized Blaine's face was scared and heartbroken. "Honey, get up," he said gently.

A million thoughts ran through Blaine's mind. He was on the verge of crying as he stood up, and then Kurt kissed him- and he was even more confused. For the love of god, what is going on?! "Kurt, what-"

Kurt wiped Blaine's tears away with his thumb. "Darling." He reached to the back pocket of his pants, and pulled out… a little velvet box. Blaine choked, and Kurt handed him the box wordlessly. He grabbed and opened it with his free hand- the one that wasn't holding the ring he got Kurt- and his jaw dropped.

"It's beautiful," he whispered. The light hit the ring just right, and it shimmered in every color of the rainbow.

"We're so silly," Kurt laughed again, and kissed him. "By the way," he breathed when they broke apart, "the answer is yes."

Blaine felt tears well up in his eyes. "The answer is yes, too."
