So basically I'm in love with Shep689 on Youtube (Will and RJ)- they're this super cute gay couple and (aside from the latest Glee episode) they were the inspiration for this piece. Just look up "Does he love me? - Sep 23" on their channel- it's in the first half minute of the vlog, so if you want to see the real-life equivalent of Klaine you can check them out.

Also yay really cute readers! I love ya'll so much. :*

Rise and Shine

Kurt was sitting in his airplane seat about five minutes after boarding started. He was smiling to himself, texting Blaine cute emoticons of kisses and hearts until take off began and he had to turn off his phone.

He was already missing Blaine like crazy, but the ring on his finger was a nice reminder that they'll be together again soon, and then forever.

Forever.

That word stuck around since Blaine mentioned when he proposed.

Proposed.

Kurt liked that word, too. It meant forever, in a way.

He absently touched the ring, swiping his thumb over it and examining its lovely sheen. It shined like the sun that morning, those soft rays of light spilling in through the window onto Blaine's sleeping figure. He had to leave the bed eventually, before Blaine woke up, to pack his bags and get dressed.

With a grin, he remembered how when he came back, Blaine rolled over to the side of the bed he slept on, and his face was buried in the pillows. When he had sat down on the edge of the bed and ran a hand through Blaine's wild curls, Blaine made a tiny noise and scrunched his face up.

"Blaine," he whispered. "Rise and shine."

"Mmmm."

"Blaine. I need to leave soon."

"Mmmm."

Kurt leaned to kiss the back of his neck. "Blaine."

"Don' wanna wake up. Stay 're and s'eep with me."

Kurt giggled. "I slept with you last night."

"Mmmm."

"I'd really love it if you escorted me to the airport."

"But everything smells like you and it's warm and I don' wanna leave."

"Fine." And Kurt lay back on the bed, cuddling up to Blaine and staying like that for another half an hour, until they really had to leave.

The woman next to Kurt was eyeing the ring he kept stroking. When he realized he was stared at, he blinked a few times, awakening from his daydream. He smiled at her sheepishly.

"Do you miss her?" she asked gently.

Kurt's heart clenched. "I miss him very much, yes."

She didn't say anything for a moment, just smiled. "Are you coming back home to him now?"

"No, going away."

"Ah, that's the worst."

Kurt nodded, twisting the ring on his finger slowly.

"It'll be okay, you know? That ring means you love each other. And when you love each other, stuff works out."

He chuckled. "No offense, ma'am, but you sound like my dad."
