King Edmund had a habit that Queen Susan just simply could not condone. When banquets became a little too rowdy King Edmund the Just had a habit of becoming fantastically drunk in a fantastically short amount of time.
To be fair, Edmund always completed his necessary duties before he indulged himself, but Susan still pursed her lips and shook her head all the same. She supposed that she should be thankful that the worst that Edmund ever became when he had consumed a few too many was very thoughtful. However, thoughtful to a nearly existential level about things that really didn't garner that much consideration. Usually, when he began questioning just why bowls had to be round (really, weren't there much better shapes to model bowls after?) Susan quickly intervened.
