King Edmund really hated being a prisoner. Seriously, there was nothing more boring. He wasn't even captured in battle this time! The bloody cowards had snuck up behind him while he was taking a walk around the Cair, and stolen off with him in the night. When Peter finally got around to rescuing him he was going to have a serious discussion with him about the quality of security surrounding the palace.
Edmund shook his head in disbelief, "Kidnapped from my own backyard…" he muttered to himself.
However, since his captors had deemed it unnecessary to even chat with him through the bars, Edmund figured that it would be a good time to catch up on all of the sleep he had recently missed out on.
