Title from Don't Stop Me Now by Queen (duh). Hope you enjoy!

Like Lady Godiva

New York Pride.

The air was dense and humid and hot. The sun was merciless. The noise was unbearable. Everyone was half (or fully) naked. Everything was rainbow colored.

Kurt liked it there.

Every year he's been to Pride, it seemed to become better. When he was Freshmen, it sucked. He was new to the city and got lost three times. Santana left him and went to hang out with the girl she was seeing back then, and he could barely find his way back home between all the sweaty bodies. The second year, Blaine was with him, and that automatically made everything better. They walked around hand in hand, kissing occasionally, helped each other apply sunscreen every two hours, and came back home exhausted and happy.

The third year he's been to Pride… Well.

Blaine couldn't be there- finals were coming up and he had to study. There will always be next year, he said.

So Kurt went alone again, just to see the actual parade with all the nice floats. Even though he was finally legally allowed to drink, he didn't really feel like alcohol. Without Blaine, there wasn't much point.

The floats kept getting bigger every year, mostly containing of the same things; drag queens, people in rainbow colored clothes, people with almost no clothes, people with all kinds of water guns or other stuff they threw to the crowd, like sticklights or whistles or glitter.

And then. Then he saw it.

The fourth float before the last. It wasn't a float. No. It was a person, riding a white horse that had rainbow-colored mane. A person in nothing but riding boots and very tiny, pink shorts, that Kurt didn't even notice at first.

It was the one naked guy he'd recognize everywhere.

"Blaine, what the hell," he muttered, his mouths gaping open.

Blaine was waving at the crowd excitedly, smiling more brightly than the sun, looking around him in awe. He was the sexiest thing Kurt's even seen, and he was acting like a thrilled puppy, all but bouncing up and down in the saddle.

Kurt elbowed his way to the front of the crowd, and when Blaine and the horse came closer, he caught Blaine's gaze; Blaine smiled even bigger, so big it seemed like it hurt his cheeks, and waved at him with his left, ring-bearing hand. Kurt rolled his eyes, gesturing with his hands to sign "I love you", and then blowing a kiss at him. Blaine seemed pleased, blowing a kiss back before he had to keep striding forward.

"That guy on the horse?" Kurt told the woman next to him, that didn't seem interested at all, "He's my husband."

Yes, yes, I know, the horse's mane is colored. It's colored in washable hair spray color that's made for animals. I did my research, so yes, hair spray color for animals is a thing that exists. No horses were harmed while writing this fic.
