Dear everyone who thinks i am dead-

I'M NOT! HAHA! (sorry to disappoint those hopeful people!)

Cat: So, please, please, please, stop reviewing asking 'have you given up?'

NO.

I haven't updated in a while. I know. I am sorry. Yes, i know it is annoying.

Yes, i have seen episode 54! I've written it actually! I just need to fill these chapters! Because i want every chapter to co-inside with every episode so... Be prepared for some rubbish filler! You don't have to read it because it will probably be random and boring. But i promise they will be short, so we can move back to the main story!

So, where have i been then?

I've been revising and sitting exams. That's where i have been! D:

I have wanted really badly to write this but i have not had the time and everything will be late and stupid until the 22nd of June! Please hang in there!

Rena: This chapter is really stupid but please, read, review, favourite and follow!

Chapter 48- The Injured Falcon

One day in the summer, many years ago, we went to Miami zoo. For such a large, well-off city, the zoo was actually pretty small and didn't have that great a range of animals, mainly because of the expensive fees to ship large endangered, exotic animals over to a small island in the middle of nowhere. However, we didn't know that at the age of six.

Yuya, of course, was delighted and his face lit up the second we crossed the threshold into the park. He immediately shot off to the first enclosure he saw, some sea lions basking in the sun by their pool. Yuya jumped up and down, trying to see over the large wall to prevent people falling in and we rushed over to him. Yoko grabbed him by his sides and hoisted him up (after heaving and exclaiming that Yuya was getting heavy) so his feet were resting on the wall. Up on my toes, I could just see over the wall and I stood for a few seconds before losing interest.

"They're not doing anything!" I said, tugging on my dad's sleeve, who just chuckled and asked if we wanted to move on.

The zoo is situated on a hill, so to see other animals, it is a steady in climb, something my little legs were not happy to do, so we had to take a small bus that drove up the hill. Because he asked (and couldn't sit still) we hopped off at the big cats. I gulped slightly when one of the huge tigers focused in on Yuya and watched his every move, obviously thinking he would make a really good snack (not that he noticed, of course).

Trudging slowly up the hill, Yuya noticed a little hut sitting by the side of the road. After walking closer and reading the board, we realised that it was a bird sanctuary. Off the side of the wooden building was a large cage, full of trees and bushes.

"There's a bird!" Yuya shouted, pointing at the bird. Said animal began flapping its wings in distress at the noise.

"Ah, hello!" a voice called out behind us. We turned to see a woman in a grey-brown polo neck with 'zoo' emblazoned on it, showing that she was a worker. The adults with us exchanged greetings as Yuya gave a toothy grin and I gave a small wave. "I was just about to feed the birds, would you like to help?"

"Yeah!" he cheered, jumping up and down.

"Sure," I smiled, following the lady around to the side of the cage, as she opened the door.

"Now, don't run around too much, you'll scare them," she warned us as we stepped inside. She bent down and emptied some bird food into our hands. Instantly, many birds flew down, round eyes blinking. Following her example, I took some of the crumbs and scattered them on the floor.

They all shot down and began gobbling it all up, hopping along the concrete and squabbling amongst each other over it. I giggled, scattering more on another part of the ground and some hopped over and began to guzzle that too. I could hear Yuya laughing as he scattered food left, right and centre and the birds eagerly hopping about to eat it all.

I was almost out of food when I noticed one bird. It was big but not as big as it could have possibly been. It sat, hunched in the corner on the floor. It almost looked like it was sulking. I called to the worker and pointed at the bird.

"Ah," she said. "That's our falcon. He was wounded in a fight before he was sent here. He can't fly right now."

"Is he getting better?" I asked.

"He will, in time," she nodded, reaching up and offering her hand out to him. He sulkily stretched his neck and surveyed the contents in her cupped hand. Grudgingly, he began pecking away until he was satisfied and then huddled back into his dark corner.

"Can I touch him?" I whispered, reaching out my hand.

"Careful, he isn't the friendliest,"

I gingerly reached down, about to touch its head when it turned and stared at me. His amber eyes glowed dangerously, as if daring me to try. I retracted my hand but then held out the other, which still had a little food left. It stared, then stumbled forward and ate a bit out of my hand. As he did, it gently stroked the back of his head.

I smiled. He was friendly. He just had a funny way of showing it…

Cat: That whole writers note at the top isn't me having a rage or anything :) I'm just really stressed! Please review!

Rena: So, everything is going to be up in the air until late June (2 months of exams! Woo hoo!)

Todays question!

*laughs* i was gonna ask about the 'new' opening theme that came out more than a month ago! :') (i am so sorry i have been so late updating! I really wanted to ask at the time!) I really like it, actually!

So, the question-

Have you heard the dub opening? You can find it on Youtube, it's called 'Can You Feel the Power'

I watched it. It is the worst dub song by far, in my opinion. It is last on my list of dub openings.

My dub opening list!

1) Yu-Gi-Oh! GX- Get Your Game On!

2) Yu-Gi-Oh! 5ds- Hyperdrive

3) Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal- Take a Chance (is that what it's called? I haven't seen enough to know and i can't be bothered looking!)

4) Yu-Gi-Oh! DM- Your Move (i'm guessing it's called that, that's the only word that is actually said in the stupid thing)

5) Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc V- Can You Feel the Power

Urgh, the name is sooooo bad!

Anyway...
