Chapter 16: Windy in Willy-O-Polis
Synopsis: The third group arrives in Willy-O-Polis to retrieve the chaos emerald and chaos stone but Dr. Willy has other plans for them, Twyla and Agent Pandy the panda arrive in Willy-O-Polis as well and soon get caught up in the search for the stone and emerald as well.
The streets of the robotic Empire city remained empty with no signs of life or action at all, a piece of paper flew along the streets and a lone cat jumped on the lid of a trashcan and began to lick itself.
"Hey! Cat!" Dukey said as he ran towards the cat and began to bark at it, the cat hissed and ran away from the barking dog, Johnny Test and Sonic walked towards the dog and both gave him looks of annoyance, Dukey turned towards them and chuckled "doggy wanted to bark at kitty" he chuckled.
"Stop messing around Dukey" Sonic said as the three walked back to Amy, Knuckles, Mega Man, Gaz, Sam, Clover, Alex, Kim, MegaMind, Rayman, Abbey, Heath, Howleen and Julius.
"Okay guys, what's the plan?" Rayman asked.
"We go and find the stone and emerald, that's the plan" Julius said as he grabbed a gun from his pocket and began to walk away but Howleen ran over to him and blocked his path.
"You can't just walk away" Howleen said "we need to stick together, we'll cover more ground if we do".
"And why should I care?" Julius asked her.
"Because you can be the leader" Howleen said.
"Sorry, but no" Julius said as he walked past her and into an alley, the teenage werewolf groaned and followed him.
"Julius! Wait!" she shouted.
"Well, they'll be busy for a while" Alex said "here's the plan, half of us will go through the building rooftops while the other half will look through the streets".
"Good idea, we'll cover more ground that way" Amy said.
"Okay then" Alex said "Rayman, Knuckles, MegaMind, Gaz, Sam and Clover, come with me" the heroes nodded and followed Alex down the street "we'll start looking in the uptown part!"
"Okay! We'll check the rooftops!" Sonic said and turned to Amy, Heath, Abbey and Mega Man "race you guys to the top!" he was about to run when Abbey suddenly created a frozen wall in front of him.
"What about Howleen and alien?" Abbey asked.
"We'll worry about them later, come on!" Sonic said and ran past the wall and up the side of building.
"Wait for me Sonic!" Amy said as she chased him, Knuckles glided up to building and Mega Man grabbed Heath and Abbey by the arms and flew up to the building.
"It's go time!" Sonic said.
Meanwhile…
"Here's the place" Twyla said as she and Agent P/Pandy walked out of the flying car and looked around the streets of Willy-O-Polis, the panda grabbed a piece of paper and observed it "that's just a piece of paper, probably has nothing on it" Pandy quickly handed it to her and she grabbed it and looked at it closely.
G-WOMAN MEETING AT 7:30 PM
MAIN LAB.

"Awesome! Good job P!" Twyla said, the panda nodded and her and tilted his fedora "alright, let's go!" she took a step to the right but suddenly crashed into another person, Twyla fell on her bottom while the person angrily grumbled.
"Watch where you're going!" the person angrily said.
"Sorry" Twyla said as she looked at ground, the person held out a gun and aimed it at Twyla, Pandy quickly kicked the gun out of the persons hand and readied himself to fight the person.
"Looks like some species have learned to fight" the person said as he grabbed two knives out of his pockets, Twyla looked up to see the person was really a crustacean-like alien with four arms and a tail, he was wearing purple clothing and black boots.
"Julius!" Julius turned his head to see Howleen running towards him, Julius groaned while Twyla looked at surprise to see her best friend.
"Howleen?" she asked.
"Twyla? What are you doing here?" Howleen asked Twyla as she came up to the three.
"You know this monster?" Julius asked.
"Yes, she's my friend" Howleen replied, Julius nodded and held out his hand for Twyla to grab it.
"The pleasure is yours" Julius said as Twyla grabbed his hand and he helped her up "my name is Julius Jake Smith".
"Nice to meet you" Twyla said "I'm Twyla".
"Now then, what are you doing here Twyla? And who's that?" Howleen asked as she pointed at Pandy, Twyla's eyes darted left to right and she sweated nervously, she didn't want her best friend to find out she was a secret agent.
"That's my…Pet! And I am here to visit my…Uncle!" Twyla lied, Howleen narrowed her eyes at Twyla and suddenly smiled.
"Is that a fact? Well blow me down!" Howleen said.
"Did you just quote "Pirates, band of misfits?"" Twyla asked.
"Yes I did" Howleen said, putting up her hands in defense "no offense".
"None taken!" the director of the movie shouted from off-screen, the four looked at each other and at the audience and then back at each other.
"Okay, main point" Julius said as he turned to Howleen "Howleen, are we going to find the chaos stone and chaos emerald or not?"
"Chaos stone? Chaos emerald?" Twyla asked "Howleen, what is he talking about?"
"Well…You see…" Howleen said as she began to explain her story "earlier this day after trying to impress Romulus, I stumbled upon this secret room where Julius and these two robots were locked in until I woke them up and I tried to help them but then he teleported us to a space station where we battled an alien and freed a few heroes and then we crashed landed into a town where there were aliens trying to destroy it but Julius and this girl stopped them and then we were all teleported to a place where there was all these heroes and we battled until this man named Eggman tried to use a robot to destroy everyone, us and the other heroes stopped it but now we're all looking for these things called Chaos Emeralds and Chaos Stones!" she quickly ran out of breath and started to take deep breathes to recollect her air, Twyla and Pandy darted their eyes for each other and then back at Howleen.
"Wow…That's impressive" Twyla said "so where's these other heroes?"
"In different dimensions" Howleen answered "the chaos stones and emeralds were sent to these different dimensions and now all the heroes are searching for them".
"Any luck?" Twyla asked.
"We don't know" Julius said "I've been trying to communicate the others but they didn't answer, I fear the worse".
"He's right" Howleen said "we better get to the others around the city before something happens".
"All right, let's go!" Twyla said and the four ran off to find the others, in an alley, Black Doom emerged from the alley with two of his soldiers.
"Find the heroes in this dimension and destroy them" Black Doom said.
"Yes sir" the two soldiers replied and ran to find the other heroes, more and more of the black arms soldiers came running out of the alley and towards the street.
The rooftops…
"Aw man! This is so awesome!" Sonic said as he ran and jumped onto a building, destroying a few sniper-Joes along the way, Amy was following Sonic while Heath and Abbey jumped onto another building and looked into the vents.
"No chaos stone or emerald here!" Heath said.
"Keep looking!" Mega Man said as he jumped onto a vent and looked around, the blue bomber jumped onto the same building Heath and Abbey was on and destroyed a vent with his arm-cannon, no chaos stone or chaos emerald.
"Hey dudes! Come here!" Sonic shouted, the three quickly ran to Sonic's and Amy's spot where both hedgehogs were.
"What's wrong?" Mega Man asked.
"That!" Amy said as she pointed to a group of a robots, each one familiar to Mega Man.
"Willy's robot warriors!" Mega Man said as the robot warriors, Pharaoh man, Sheep man, Ice man, Napalm man and Slash man were standing right before the five heroes and were prepared for battle.
"Hello Mega Man!" Slash man said "it looks like you've fallen right into the trap! Prepare to attack robot masters!"
"Right!" they all said and ran towards the heroes, Ice man was the first to attack by punching Heath in the face, Abbey gasped and faced the robot master with an angered face.
"No one hurts the friends of Abbey!" Abbey said as she blasted a shard of ice at the robots chest, ice man instantly short-circuited and broke down "well, that was easy" she turned to see Heath rubbing his head as he sat on the ground, she extended her hand and he grabbed it "is Heath okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine" he replied as he used his hands to rub his head "got kind of a headache though".
"Hey guys! A little help here!" Amy shouted, the two looked to see her struggling as she tried to keep Slash man's hand from slicing her face by holding his blades up with all her might, Sonic suddenly spin dashed Slash Man in the back and sent him flying into a vent, Amy turned to face her blue hero and smiled "thanks Sonic-Kun!"
"You're welcome Ames!" Sonic said "grabbed your hammer and let's show these robots who they're dealing with!"
"Right!" Amy said as she summoned her Piko Piko hammer and ran towards Slash man, the robot warrior was getting up from his fallen state and suddenly saw Amy running towards him.
"What the fu-" he was cut off when Amy whacked him and sent him flying across the city, Abbey and Heath both aimed their hands at Napalm man and fire and ice were shot of their hands, hitting the robot ut to no avail.
"Well that was better in theory" Heath said, the large robot ran towards the two as it aimed it's launchers at the two, Abbey buried her head in Heath's chest while he hugged her and the two waited for the blow but Knuckles suddenly jumped down and hit the robot before it came towards Heath and Abbey, the two looked to see the red echidna.
"Knuckles!" they both said in surprise.
"What's up?" Knuckles asked as he turned towards them, Napalm man got up and aimed his launchers at Knuckles but the echidna punched the robot in the jaw, Napalm man instantly became dizzy and fell down "that takes care of that" Knuckles said as he brushed his hands.
Sheep Man was standing alone as Amy saw him and looked at him with an annoyed face.
"Well, this should be easy" she said as she lifted her hammer and ran towards the robot to whack him but Sheep Man broke into three separate clouds, Amy became confused until the three clouds floated towards her and lighting bolts stroke her, the pink hedgehog felt intense pain run through her body and she fell to the ground.
"Amy!" Sonic gasped as he witnessed the event and ran towards her but something clawed him in the face, Sonic fell on the ground and looked up to see his attacker "Metal Sonic…"
"Greetings my loathsome copy" Metal Sonic said as he looked at his foe "I believe you know why I'm here and that is to find the chaos stones and chaos emeralds before you and your friends do".
"Not today Metal!" Sonic said as he got up on his feet and spin-dashed Metal Sonic but the robotic hedgehog created a shield with his arm and blocked the attack, Sonic jumped back and spin—dashed again but the shield blocked the attack.
"It's no use my loathsome copy! I am the true Sonic!" Metal Sonic said, he didn't see Mega Man shoot him behind the head, the robot hedgehog's eyes suddenly turned off and he fell down with a large hole in the back of his head.
"Thanks" Sonic said to Mega Man.
"No problem" Mega Man replied "for that, you owe me an oil can".
"Deal" Sonic said as he walked past Mega Man and picked up Amy, the pink hedgehog was unconscious "I better get her to somewhere safer" he ran towards another building as he held Amy close.
"Hey Mega Man! A little help!" Knuckles shouted, the blue bomber turned around to see Knuckles, Abbey and Heath fighting Pharaoh man but the robot warrior fought back with the whip of his bandages and creating portals for him to escape into to so that the three heroes wouldn't attack, Mega Man aimed his arm-cannon at Pharaoh man when he exited a portal and shot, the shot went into Pharaoh man's chest and he yelled in pain before exploding.
"Thanks" Heath said to the blue bomber.
"No problem, I can't believe how easy that was though" Mega Man said "I assume it's a plan of Willy's before he sends more of his robots, any luck finding the stone of emerald?"
"No" Abbey said "we couldn't find them".
"I think I know where they are, Willy has a giant castle where he hides out if something isn't going right" Mega Man said "Willy must've found them and brought them there".
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Sonic said as he held Amy close and ran down the building.
"Hey! Wait for us!" Knuckles said as the rest of the group followed him, the destroyed robot masters laid on the ground while Metal Sonic suddenly raised his head with his eyes cracked and fizzing with electricity, he got up on his feet and looked around.
"It seems as though these robots are weak when not focusing on the goal" Metal Sonic said "I can change that" he closed his eyes and the broken parts of the other robots suddenly floated towards him, the parts were absorbed and his whole body changed to a more armored and stronger body, Slash man's blades were now his finger, Napalm man's shoulder tanks covered his shoulders, Ice man's legs were now his, Pharaoh man's chest and head was now his head and Sheep man's lighting ears were now his as well. The newly formed ultimate robot flew up into the air and soared across the sky.
The streets….
"Has anyone seen Knuckles?" Rayman asked the group as they walked down the street.
"No, we thought he was with you" Sam said.
"Maybe he followed the other stupid group instead" Gaz angrily said as she only eyed her GS2 in her hands, not even looking up from where she was going.
"Perhaps we should call out for him" MegaMind said "Knuckles! Are you there Knuckles?" the blue anti-hero called out over and over for Knuckles but the red echidna came out of nowhere.
"Gee, I hope he's okay" Clover said, feeling worried for the red echidna.
"Don't worry, from what I can tell, Knuckles is a strong fighter" Rayman said, the group had only gone as far to the downtown alleys of Willy-O-Polis when Gaz suddenly stopped and looked into an alley, something about made her stop and look into it and just stand there, MegaMind and Sam quickly rushed over to her spot.
"Gaz? What are you looking at?" Sam asked.
"Something's not right" Gaz said, there was a sudden rustling in the alley and someone walked out of the alley, standing before the group was a small orange furred creature wearing sneakers and a large green hat.
"Well howdy!" the creature said with a smile "how are you folks this fine evenin'?" the three didn't say anything but only stared at the small creature with shock "you folks okay?"
"F-fine" Sam said nervously.
"Really? You don't seem to be alright" the creature said "name's Wander by the way! And who are all of you If I may kindly ask?"
"I am MegaMind, the greatest, incredibly smartest and incredibly handsomest person in the world!" MegaMind said.
"I'm Sam" Sam said.
"Gaz" Gaz said.
"Howdy MegaMind, Sam and Gaz!" Wander said.
"What are you doing here?" Sam asked.
"Me and my friend Sylvia were flying our new ship to this planet and we crashed landed in this city!" Wander said "we stood by our wreckage as we tried to find a way to fix the ship when this mean scientist came by and grabbed Sylvia!"
"Was this scientist incredibly fat?" MegaMind asked.
"No, but he had gray hair and a white lab coat!" Wander said.
"That rules out the idea that Eggman stole your friend" Sam said.
"Who's Eggman?" Wander asked.
"No time, about your friend" Sam said.
"Oh yes! He grabbed Sylvia and told me that I wanted her back, I would have to find something called a chaos emerald and another thing called a chaos stone for Sylvia's freedom!" Wander said worriedly "but then I think I found what he's looking for!" Wander grabbed a yellow chaos emerald and a red chaos stone from behind his back "all I need to do is give this to that nice scientist and-"
"Don't give those to him" Sam said.
"But I need to! Sylvia's in trouble!" Wander said.
"Trust us, that scientist is only going to betray you, we can help you get your friend back" MegaMind said.
"Well what are we waiting for? Come on!" Wander said as he ran past the three "he's at a big castle! He told me to bring the emerald and stone there!"
"Okay, let's go!" Sam said and the three and Wander followed up with the other members of the group.
"Where were you guys? And what's that?" Alex asked as she pointed to Wander and suddenly saw the chaos emerald and stone "how did he get those?"
"Long story, we need to get to a big castle!" MegaMind said.
"Why?" RayMan asked.
"No time!" MegaMind shouted as he somehow grabbed the others hands and lead them down the street.
Meanwhile…
Julius, Howleen, Twyla and Pandy walked down the street as they kept an eye out for the other members of the group, Julius was listening to an agent story from Pandy and he was actually impressed by the panda's heroic efforts in the story.
"So…Do you like him?" Twyla asked Howleen.
"Huh? Like who?" Howleen asked.
"Julius, do you like him?" Twyla asked, Howleen became a little nervous but shook her head.
"Only as a friend" Howleen replied as she took a glance at Julius "besides, I still like Romulus".
"But he disappeared today" Twyla said.
"What?!" Howleen screamed, receiving a shocked look from Julius and Pandy.
"Who is this Romulus?" Julius asked.
"Just a boy I like" Howleen said before turning to Twyla "and what do you mean he disappeared?"
"He disappeared after this guy named-"
"Eggman" Julius said, the two looked at him with confused faces "Eggman kidnapped him and robotized him".
"What?" Howleen asked, full of disbelieve.
"Romulus was captured by the doctor and robotized, I saw what happened" Julius said as he grabbed his chaos stone from behind his back and held it in the air "and I saw where the doctor is right now too, perhaps we can save your love interest while we're battling the doctor" Howleen slightly blushed but nodded, Julius closed his eyes and shouted "Master Control!" a bright white light engulfed the four and disappeared along with each other.
Wily's castle….
The doors to the castle broke open by the mighty fists of Knuckles the echidna, the first group had made to the large castle to search for the chaos emerald and stone.
"All clear!" Knuckles said, the group walked into the castle and looked around.
"Hey Wily! Where are you?" Mega Man asked.
"Right here Mega Man!" a voice shouted, the group (Minus the unconscious Amy) looked up to see Willy sitting on a beach chair on a floating platform "I've been expecting you and your friends!"
"Cut the chit-chat Willy! Give us the chaos emerald and chaos stone!" Heath shouted.
"I'm afraid I do not have your selected items" Wily said as he looked at his watch "in fact, I believe the stone and emerald should be here now".
"What are you talking about Wily?" Sonic asked, the sound of footsteps filled the room and the first group looked to the front to see Sam, Clover, Alex, Rayman, MegaMind, Gaz and a small creature standing the room, the group looked saw that the small creature was holding the yellow chaos emerald and the red chaos stone.
"The chaos emerald and stone!" Knuckles said.
"Well, it's about time Wander" Wily said.
"Where's Sylvia?" Wander asked.
"Right here!" Wily said as he grabbed a remote from his pocket and pressed down on its red button, the floor opened and a new floor emitted from the large hole with a blue horse-like creature tied up in rope up to pole was in the middle.
"Sylvia!" Wander gasped.
"You can have her back, if you give me the emerald and stone" Wily said, Wander looked down at the emerald and stone in his hands and then at Sylvia, his sidekick had a sad expression on her face with him returning the same expression.
"First give me Sylvia" Wander said.
"But of course" Wily said as he pressed down on his remotes button, the rope unloosened and Sylvia ran over to Wander, the small alien hero hugged his best friend "now, the emerald and stone".
"Not so fast Wily!" Knuckles said as he jumped up and punched the platform, Wily toppled over and fell but he grabbed the railing of the platform.
"Help me!" Willy pleaded, Knuckles jumped onto the platform and eyed the remote that Wily had dropped, he grabbed it and looked at Mega Man.
"Hey Mega Man! Catch!" Knuckles shouted as he threw the remote at Mega Man, the robot caught it and pressed the button and the floor opened.
"You try to escape, and I'll punch you to your death!" Knuckles said to Wily, the scientist looked up at him and scowled.
"You wouldn't dare!" Wily said.
"Try me!" Knuckles said and punched the hands of the scientist, Wily yelped in pain and fell into the bottomless void, screaming all the way down.
"Well, that takes care of that" Sonic said.
"Sonic?" Sonic looked down to see Amy waking up "where are we?"
"Amy!" Sonic said as he hugged her, being actually happy to hug her was odd to him but to Amy, it was a dream come true, the pink hedgehog didn't hesitate to hug him back.
"Aww, that's mighty cute!" Wander said.
"Wander, don't ruin the moment" Sylvia said.
"So, is that it?" MegaMind asked as he and Rayman walked over to the bottomless shaft, observing it to find any source of Wily coming back up.
"I guess it is" Rayman said, suddenly, a beeping sound was heard and a large saucer shaped machine came flying out of the hole, the latch of the machine opened and Wily popped his head out.
"Fools! It is far from over!" Wily said as he laughed, the machine flew away and the heroes just stood there, completely shocked.
"Well that stupid" Sonic said.
"Agreed" Knuckles said as he jumped down from the platform and looked down at the chaos emerald and chaos stone that were in Wander's hands "hey man, how did you find those?"
"In the trash!" Wander said, Knuckles face-palmed himself.
"Of course" Knuckles said.
"Come on, I'll find a phone to call Ben and the others to pick us up from this dimension" Rayman said as the heroes began to walk out.
"Hello everyone" a woman's voice said from behind them, everyone turned around to see G-Woman standing in the middle of the room.
"Hey, who are you?" Heath asked.
"I am G-Woman, and I am here to say goodnight to all of you" G-Woman said.
"Goodnight? What does Normie mean by goodnight?" Abbey asked, G-Woman didn't reply but only grabbed a grenade from her back and threw at the heroes.
"Quick! Everyone out!" Gaz shouted but the grenade exploded, but instead of an explosion, there was a wave of purple gas, everyone started to get dizzy.
"W…What…Is…This stuff?" Clover asked as she fell asleep, the other heroes followed her and fell asleep, G-Woman smiled wickedly.
"Metal Sonic!" she shouted, the sound of roaring engines filled the castle and Metal Sonic landed in front of G-Woman.
"Yes?" he asked.
"Take them to the ship, get the emerald and stone as well" she said, Metal Sonic nodded and went to grab the heroes, emerald and stone.
"Just a few more groups, and then I'll show them all who they're dealing with" G-Woman said.
