Title from Robert Frost's poem "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening"- go read it, it's amazing. I took it quite literally for the title, but you know.

So you know when you're so tired that you just have a meltdown?

And Miles to Go Before I Sleep

Kurt slams the front door shut behind him. His hair is a mess and there are tears on his cheeks; he throws his messenger bag on the floor.

"K…urt?"

Kurt just closes his eyes, and Blaine's there to catch him before he falls down. He stumbles a little, and Blaine holds him steady.

"Babe, what's wrong?" asks Blaine, nervous.

Kurt sobs loudly. "Two. Two all-nighters in a row. Two of them. All night. I was up all night. Twice."

Blaine strokes his back. "I thought you went to sleep last night."

"I didn't, I didn't," he whines. "Studied. All night, all night, all night…" he mumbles into Blaine's chest.

"You are going to bed. Right this instant. C'mon," Blaine says and drags him to the bedroom, laying him down on their bed. He's pretty sure Kurt's asleep even before his head touches the pillow, but he still kisses his forehead and whispers goodnight. Then he climbs on the bed, allowing himself a few moments of peacefulness, and watches his fiancé sleeping, his body exhausted yet serene and beautiful in the dim light.
