Allie studied Randy for a moment, battling with herself on what to do. As much as she didn't want to trust him and give him an opportunity, she could use another ally. However, his previous alignment with Cena made her skeptical of his true intentions.
"And what happens if Cena expects you to side with him?" Allie asked.
"I've already disassociated myself with that dumbass," Randy scoffed, seeming disgusted with the mention of Cena. Allie thought back to after Sami had been attack and her confrontation with Randy. He said Cena had punched him, which she could still see the evidence of.
"Is that why he hit you?" Allie asked, running her eyes over the black and blue shadowing around his eye.
Randy nodded. "When I found out that you were my sister, it was like an epiphany. It's not possible to apologize enough for what I've done to you in the past, but I refuse to take any further part in this bullshit. He's getting psychotic and I won't sit back and watch him do this to you."
"What exactly is his plan?" She asked suspiciously, eyeing Randy carefully.
"He's planning on taking you out permanently," Randy spoke with some hesitation. The revelation, though appalling, wasn't all that surprising. "He doesn't want you around and he especially doesn't want you around Good. He plans on destroying every part of your life and making sure that no one else can take you from him. He sees you as his property, Allie. He's obsessed with you."
Allie felt her stomach turn at the thought of Cena doing something to Jon or the boys. She wouldn't be surprised if he went after Steph or her family too.
"What the fuck is his deal?" Allie asked with venom in her voice. "I don't understand why he's doing this."
"Because he's insane," Randy answered, a hint of his own anger showing through. "I can't tell you why he thinks the way he does. When you came back I had just planned on ignoring you. I didn't want to go through all that crap again, but I let him get inside my head and I went along with his bullshit."
Allie sighed and closed her eyes as she squeezed the bridge of her nose. She she rubbed roughly at the spot before finally opening her eyes. "Ok. I had a plan for tonight, but seeing as that was suppose to be interfering in his match, it won't exactly work now that I'm in the match."
"What was the plan?" Randy asked curiously. He couldn't help but grin at the devious mind of his newly found sister. 'Oh, she's definitely an Orton.' He thought to himself as she finished explaining and he took a moment to run things over in his head.
"Well, I have an idea," Randy said hesitantly, getting Allie's attention, who raised a curious eyebrow as she waited for him to elaborate. "We may still be able to work that idea in, in a way."
After hashing out her plans with Orton, which she had to admit were rather interesting, she made her way back to The Shield's locker room. She could hear a rather large ruckus coming from inside as she approached the door and an amused grin filled her face.
"Shut up!" She heard Jon yell from inside the room. Slapping a hand over her mouth, Allie muffled the sound of the laugh that erupted from her as she listened to Jon. A loud scraping noise sounded from inside the room before Jon spouted off again. "I swear to God, you pain in the ass, I'm gonna cook you and eat you if you don't knock it off!"
Composing herself, Allie slowly opened the door and peaked inside getting Jon's attention. A look of annoyance was on his face and Allie couldn't help the laugh that fought to escape, biting her lip.
"Did you have to bring that thing with you?" Jon groaned from his position on the couch. Allie smiled as she walked towards the source of the noise, pacing a sleeping Moxley on her way, who was curled up on one of the chairs.
"That thing has been in my life longer that you have, sweetheart," Allie chuckled at her boyfriend and after calming the thing down she moved back towards him. "So you need to be nice."
"I was being nice," Jon scoffed. "That thing hates me." Allie only shook her head and chuckled sitting down on Jon's lap. "I was fine until it started scratching the bottom of the cage."
Allie leaned forward and planted a long kiss to his lips and immediately felt Jon relax. He wrapped her tightly in his arms, deepening the kiss. When Allie pulled back, Jon's eyes remained closed for a moment before they fluttered open.
"Better?" She giggled at him, making him growl playfully and push her back onto the couch, climbing on top of her. "Mm... Love it when you get rough with me."
"I bet you do," Jon growled back. His voice was deep, throaty and teasing, something Allie found extremely sexy every time she heard it. Just as Jon lowered his lips back to her's the locker room door swung open.
"Oh get a room!" Colby yelled from the doorway, making Jon groan in frustration. Looking back they saw Colby stroll into the room followed by Joe who had his finger's laced with his fiancé's.
"We had one until you showed up," Jon bit back playfully. Colby scoffed before darting towards them and jumped on top of Jon, making Allie squeal out a laugh as she was crushed by their weight. "Dude, get off before we break my girlfriend."
Jon grunted, then yelled out when Colby wrapped him up in a crossface chicken wing, before rolling them both off Allie and onto the floor. The other three laughed as Colby wrapped his legs around Jon's waist and crossing his legs, locking them in place.
"Tap out, bitch," Colby yelled with a laugh as Jon struggled against him. "You aren't gonna get out of this, so best tap out."
"Dream on, pretty boy," Jon growled out, managing to get his free hand around and elbowing Colby in the side. The impact made Colby wheeze out and loosen the hold enough for Jon to wiggle out of it.
Flipping Colby onto his stomach, Jon quickly wrapped him up in Allie's submission hold, The Katz Eye, making everyone laugh loudly.
"I'm so proud," Allie grinned, before flopping down on top of Colby and wrapping his legs under her arms in a Boston Crab.
"Oh my god!" He cried out as the pressure seeped into his back. "Let me go, you assholes!"
Tapping his hand frantically against Jon's arm, tapping out, they finally released him and climbed to their feet. They looked down at Colby as he rolled over onto his back and groaned.
"You guys suck," he grunted, as Jon and Allie laughed and helped him to his feet, each taking one of his hands. Once standing upright Colby threw an arm across Allie's shoulders. "How'd the meeting with Orton go?"
"Ok, I guess," Allie shrugged as everyone surrounded her to listen. "I don't know what to think right now. He already knew who I was."
Everyone looked just as surprised as she had been with the revelation. Allie quickly told them about her conversation with Orton and left them all with the same concern and doubt that she had.
"I don't trust him," Joe spoke up with a deep concern in his eyes. "I just can't believe that he did a complete turn around."
"I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt," Allie responded, understanding Joe's concern. "I'm not saying I trust him, but I do have to tag with him tonight and I can't see him jumping script and doing something to me with Paul being in the match."
"Just promise us you'll be careful," Steph urged. Her best friend had a look of fear and Allie knew that she was worried that Cena and Orton wouldn't care who else was out there if it meant eliminating Allie from competition.
"I will be," Allie assured them, feeling Jon pull her out of Colby's embrace and into his own.
He turned her to face him and she waited for the argument she was sure was coming from him. Instead he surprised her by pulling her into a deep meaningful kiss and wrapping her up tightly in his arms.
When he pulled back, she gave him a questioning look making him smirk. "Go get 'em, kiddo."
Allie smirked, placing another kiss to Jon's lips before separating from him and walking to the other side of the room towards the cage. She smiled at the attention her appearance had gained from the creature inside the cage. "Are you ready, my beauty?"
Randy had just made his entrance and was stalking around the ring, watching Cena, who was inside the ring and Big Show, who was standing behind John on the ring apron. It had been announced earlier that Daniel Bryan had been removed from the tag team match due to an attack from Big Show earlier in the night. That had left Orton without a tag team partner for the night, unless he was able to find a replacement.
Orton walked slowly up the stairs and stood outside on the ring apron, eyeing his competitors carefully. Cena smirked at him, before he began trash talking in Orton's direction, trying to get a rise out of the other man. Orton's eyes flared and he bit his lip in frustration as he glanced up the ramp. Shaking his head, he turned his attention back to Cena just as the arena lights went out.
The arena went silent as an eery, haunting female voice began to sing, echoing around the building.
"Come Little Children
I'll Take Thee Away, Into A Land
Of Enchantment
Come Little Children
The Time's Come To Play
Here In My Garden
Of Magic"
A single spotlight lit up in the ring, highlighting a startled and confused Cena.
"Follow Sweet Children
I'll Show Thee The Way
Through All The Pain And
The Sorrows
Weep Not Poor Children
For Life Is This Way
Murdering Beauty And
Passions"
Cena began to look around. The nervousness on his face was apparent.
"Come Little Children
I'll Take Thee Away, Into A LandOf Enchantment
Come Little Children
The Time's Come To Play
Here In My Garden
Of Shadows"
John ducked suddenly when a loud shriek sounded and something bolted passed his face in a black blur. When he stood back up right, he spun around looking for whatever the object was. Glancing in Orton and Big Show's direction outside the ring, he saw them both staring at the ring post behind him.
Sitting up proudly in a spotlight and glaring in Cena's direction was a beautiful Great Black Hawk. The lights began to flicker and the bird screeched loudly before launching itself at Cena, making him scramble to the mat again. The arena watch on as the large black bird circle the ring, then darted up the entrance ramp.
The arena cheered when the lights on the ramp came up and the hawk was now perched on the forearm of Allie. She smirked down at the ring while praising the bird and rewarding it with a small treat. John stood and began to yell obscenities up the ramp at Allie, who didn't seem phased.
"There's the Anti-Diva, Cole!" JBL exclaimed from the broadcast booth over the roar of the crowd.
"John?!" Cole suddenly called out to his broadcast colleague. "That bird looks identical to Allie's hawk from her days with The Undertaker. Is it possible that could be Maverick?!"
"I don't know, Cole," JBL answered, a slight chuckle to his voice. "But if that is Maverick, he was always one of Allie's greatest weapons and her biggest mind game. These boys are definitely in for it tonight."
Allie watched John calmly as she kissed the yellow beak of the bird, before whispering to it and watching it flap its large wings. The hawk shrieked loudly before lifting itself into the air and buzzing back down to the ring. The lights out once again with only a spotlight on Cena and the bird.
Cena ducked out of the way as the hawk zoomed passed his head once again, flying up into the arena before coming back and landing gracefully on a silver perch by the announce table. Cena watched it flap its wings as it called out angrily towards him, as the arena lights came back up and the arena roared to life again.
Spinning quickly, Cena only had time to recognize that Allie was now in the ring, before she hit him with a superkick to the jaw. Cena hit the mat with a thud as Orton and Big Show entered the ring.
As Big Show went to charge Allie, Randy stepped quickly in front of her, stopping Show in his tracks. Allie smirked at Show from behind Orton and it was enough to send him into a raging frenzy. Show grabbed Orton by the neck and tossed him to the side, but wasn't quick enough in grabbing Allie, allowing her to land a kick to his midsection.
Show doubled over and after a moment returned to his full height, eyes locking on Allie. Before he could reach out for her again, a loud shriek came from Maverick and Show spun around to find the bird now resting on the ropes across from him. Show stumbled backwards and with his attention detoured he fell victim to Allie when she leapt up onto his back and flipped over his shoulders bringing him with her, delivering a painful looking stunner.
When she was back on her feet, Orton, now back up as well, stood beside her as they watched the referee call for the medical staff for Cena and Show.
Randy began talking trash at the unconscious Cena and Big Show and praising Allie. She smirked for a moment watching him, but when he turned his back on her the smirk dropped from her face. When he turned back to face her, Allie kicked him hard in the midsection, then delivered Plunge Into Darkness, adding Orton to her trail of destruction.
The arena was coming unglued as Allie gave her handy work a final look of approval, before exiting the ring. Jumping off the apron, she turned and walked backwards up the ramp with a satisfied smirk on her face. Raising her right hand to her mouth, she whistled loudly, then waited as the hawk headed towards her with a loud screech.
She smiled as it landed on her left arm and she turned to finish walking up the ramp and exited the arena.
"So is your ass sore from the chewing it got from Vince for jumping script twice in one night?" Jon laughed as he and Allie cuddle up on the couch in the shared hotel suite.
Colby had turned in already, having puppynapped their baby for a sleepover in his room, while Joe and Steph were out grabbing a few last minute essentials before they all left in the morning. She and Jon had decided to pop in a movie until Allie's adrenaline wore off from the evening and she was tired enough to sleep.
"I guess I deserved it," Allie laughed. "I did ruin the tag match. I think the only reason I have any ass left to sit on is because of the fan reaction."
Jon laughed, hugging her to his side. "I have to tell you. You do some creepy shit, babe. It's fucking awesome."
"Now do you understand why Maverick had to come?" She chuckled, glancing up at him and watching as he rolled his eyes, but nodded. Turning back to the TV, she spoke again. "Don't worry, baby. He'll grow on you."
"I'll try and adjust to him," Jon grumbled softly as he glance over at the large cage in the corner of the room. Maverick watching them and ruffling his feathers.
"I was talking to Maverick," Allie teased, making Jon's head whip toward her and begin tickling her sides. She roared in laughter begging him to stop and after several minutes he finally did.
"Did you check up on Sami?" Jon asked, once Allie had calmed down.
"Yea," Allie nodded. "When I called he was sleeping, but I talked to Jess and she said he would probably be in for a couple more days, but he was starting to feel a little better."
"That's good," Jon nodded, glad to hear their friend was going to be ok. "Once we finish this your we can head back down there if you want."
"That sounds good," Allie nodded, eager to get back and see Sami. They all were.
Allie's attention was detoured when her phone began ringing. She picked it up and sighed at the name that flashed on the screen. Swiping her thumb across the screen, she answered the call.
"Hello?" She said after raising it to her ear.
"Hey," came the deep voice on the other end.
"Think he bought it?" She asked as she leaned into Jon's side.
"Only time will tell I guess," he answered with a shrug she couldn't see.
"You sure you want to get involved in this?" She asked, still not confident in her decision.
"I've been involved from the beginning," he answered firmly. "I'm just choosing the right side this time."
"Ok," she sighed. "I just hope I'm not being naive in trusting you, Orton."
"We're family, Al," Randy said with a small smile. "You can trust me." He paused a moment before continuing. "And I think it's ok to call me Randy again."
"Yea," she smirked with a roll of her eyes. "Ok. Keep me posted... Randy."
"Will do," he chuckled. "I be in touch soon." With quick goodbyes the two siblings hung up their phones.
"Do you really think you can trust him?" Jon asked when Allie looked up at him from where her head rested against his shoulder.
"I really don't know," she sighed, keeping her eyes locked on his. "Do you think I'm stupid for trying to?"
"No, baby," Jon assured her. "I just don't want to see you get hurt by him again. I fully support you if this is what you want to do."
"I just-," she paused for a moment as Jon rubbed his hand up and down her arm and pulling her in tightly. "I just kinda feel stupid for trying to believe he's changed. I have a weird feeling, but I want to believe him. Maybe because he's my brother. I don't know."
"There is nothing wrong with hoping for the best," Jon responded, understanding what she meant. "Just, maybe consider taking your time in lowering your defenses around him."
Allie nodded in agreement, before a small smirk crossed her face. Leaning up further she brushed her lips teasingly against Jon's. He returned her smirk with one of his own when she pulled back enough to see his face. Threading his other hand threw her dark locks, he pulled her lips back to his and kissed her breathless.
"Mmmm," he groaned pulling back again, eyeing her suggestively. "You ready for bed?"
Allie bit her lip as she smiled and nodded, before clicking the remote to switch off the tv. "Bed sounds good." She squealed in surprise when Jon suddenly stood up bringing her with him, bride style. "Show off."
"Show off, huh?" Jon chuckled as he moved them to their room. "You ain't seen nothing yet, baby." Allie's giggle echoed in the room as they disappeared behind a slamming door.
Across town in small diner, Randy placed his phone on the table in front him. He smirked looking up at the person sitting across from him.
"Well?" The man asked with a eagerness to his voice.
"Relax," Randy chuckled at the man. "She doesn't seem to suspect anything."
"Good," the man smiled his dimpled smile. "The bitch is going to wish she had stayed gone."
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves," Randy scolded in a harsh whisper, looking around as he leant across the table. "She'll be taken care of soon enough. First we have to handle The Shield situation. Then she'll be all alone, John. She'll be all alone for us to pick the bones."
Cena smiled happily at the thought. He couldn't wait to get his hands on the Anti-Diva and punisher for ever thinking she could get one up on him. The Shield wouldn't be able to help her. No one would.
