Pretty as a Picture
It's the picture of Blaine hanging in Kurt's locker that can get him through the most difficult of days; even the ones with locker checks and too much homework and spilled coffees.
It's the picture of Blaine's smiling face on his phone that's always greeting him as he unlocks it and making him smile, no matter where or with whom he may be.
It's the picture of Blaine that he gave Kurt once to keep in his wallet, the one he takes out and looks at when he particularly misses Blaine.
It's the picture of Blaine hugging him, resting on his nightstand, that he smiles at every night before turning off the light and going to sleep, peaceful and happy after a long day.
But it's Blaine's kiss that makes the sickeningly in-love smile stick on Kurt's face. It's his touch that makes Kurt's skin burn and blush red. It's the nudge of his shoulder and the coffee he brings and the love in his heart that Kurt can't see in the dozen of pictures of Blaine he keeps.
It's Blaine that makes his heart soar and his stomach clench, and it's Blaine who is as pretty as any of his pictures, and it's Blaine that Kurt loves.
