Based on what's in the promo for next week's episode, but just for the elevator part. The rest is my wild imagination ;)

Homeward Bound

He hadn't meant it to happen this way.

He's still dating Dave, dear god, he lives with Dave. How is he going to come back to their shared apartment?

But the elevator is small and there's nowhere to escape from Kurt's scent and touch and lips, and they're kissing like they're each other's dying breath, and Dave isn't on the front of Blaine's mind.

Blaine's fingers are buried in Kurt's hair, pressing him as close as possible, though he doesn't seem like he wants to get away; his grip is strong, forceful on Blaine's biceps.

"God, Kurt-" Blaine whines.

"Don't care, don't care, kiss me," he answers urgently. Blaine nods and places his lips back where they belong, where they want to meld with Kurt's.

When Kurt's lips leave, Blaine wants to complain until he feels them trail down his neck, sucking lightly.

"Oh, Ku-urt," he chokes. He wants to say so many things, things like this feels like home and I missed this and I missed you and god, I love you with all my heart, I'll love you till the sun blows up and the earth stops turning, until the last star in the galaxy ceases to exist.

But he can't say those things. He makes do with letting out a small whine.

"I know," Kurt whispers into his ear, and kisses gently underneath it, eliciting a shiver. "I know."

And that's all Blaine needs; Kurt's there, he knows, he understands. And nothing else matters.
