Based on a true story. (Aka me today watching Incredibly Loud and Extremely Close. I need the book so much)

Reputation

This movie sucks. Kurt hates his movie and how goddamn good it is. He sniffs, clutching a pillow to his chest.

Fuck it all. Kurt Hummel never cries in movies. He has a reputation to uphold; but the character on the screen is sobbing and so is he.

"Kurt?"

He pulls the pillow up to his face, hiding behind it. "What."

"Aww, are you crying?" asks Blaine.

"I'm not crying, what are you talking about. I never cry in movies."

Blaine smiles. "Aww, honey, I didn't know it got to you that much."

"Shut up," he says into the pillow, peeking from above it to watch the rest of the movie through the tears that won't be blinked away.

"Come on, come here," Blaine says and pulls Kurt into his lap, curled up against his chest. He rubs Kurt's biceps.

"It's just so goddamn sad," Kurt whimpers.

"Shh, I know. It's okay. Let it out." Blaine kisses the top of his head, holding him close and watching him more than the movie.

"Thank you," he says quietly and returns his attention to the movie, sniffling again.

Blaine wraps his arms over Kurt's chest and the pillow, keeping him safe. "Mm, you're welcome."
