Well Mission is a kid and Bastila is only a Jedi Padawan so she might only be in early twenties. She doesn't look that young but she tries to act like she's older so I got the impression that was only about twenty or so.
Yeah I've been writing a DC self inset and Raven from the Teen Titans is one of the main characters. Revan is pretty close to Raven so it's an easy to mistake to make.
Gothic isn't a hero he's just passionate. He sees an injustice and is driven to do something about very lethal about it. In KOTOR killing people to avenge someone else is a dark side thing.
If he was just another 'take over the galaxy' Sith then he wouldn't be part of the team. He's not a villain he's more on the grey side of things, but he's a Sith who can use both sides of the Force, not just another Grey Jedi.

I'm glad you're enjoying it so much. Sadly i am really into DCAU and will be writing more for it but here's another chapter of this story. I wasn't going to write one so soon but I saw you're review and it really made me smile so thank you.
Sith Gothic Chapter 15
"Darkness is a friend, an ally. Darkness allows us to understand others, to see what they value when they believe no one else is looking. It allows us to be honest with ourselves, to express those values that we would disavow in the light. The light blinds us. It is only in the dark that we see clearly, and there is a great dark hidden among these worlds." - Darth Rivan
Meeting Chamber - Kashyyyk
It is not fun to stand around listening to a bunch of people arguing back and forth in a language you can't understand. I was surrounded by barks, growls, howls and roars. If I didn't have the Force, and therefore a certain level of emphatic powers I wouldn't be able to follow any of this, even with some of the people around me speaking in Basic.
"It's a nice web of lies you've constructed," Revan was now saying, "But the truth will get out eventually."
"He said: I guide what the Wookiees think, no one will believe you, not even my mad-claw father" Mission translated for me.
Dang I'd forgotten about Big Z's mad Dad being somewhere below us. I really should of played this game more but no I had to listen to my Mum when she'd said 'You're wasting your life playing video games, you should be going out and meeting a nice girl' Yeah that had worked out great. I'd gotten dumped loads of time and now I was actually living a video game, and I could remember all the important details. Which was something that could get me killed.
"This might be our only option, but I would proceed with caution, however," Bastila advised.
Proceed with what?
"Then let me take Zaalbar with me," Revan requested "I'll need a guide if I'm going into the Shadowlands."
Chuundar, if I remembered his name right, shook his furry head, and then barked some orders to his underlings.
Which some led to all of us leaving, aside from Zaalbar who was staying behind for some reason. Politics I assumed.
"Stay here, big Z," Mission shouted out, "We'll be back for you!"
Zaalbar might of said something but his words were cut off as we were 'escorted' out of the meeting chamber.
"Well, that didn't go quite as well as I would have hoped," Bastila muttered "Still, the Wookiees will allow us to visit the surface of this world"
"What about Big Z?" Mission asked "We can't just leave him here, not when his brother is the reason he was exiled. We should go back for him".
Sure let us charge off and fight dozens of angry Wookies. That would be the smart thing to do. I was sure that we would win, but at what price?
"Yeah? What's your suggestion? We just charge in and try to save him? We're out numbed, kid. In case you hadn't notice".
"We'll play along, for now" declared the former and possibly future Dark Lord "we're not in a position to go against Chuundar, at least not yet"
"You're right, I guess," Mission admitted, "It's just that I thought the Wookiees weren't fond of the slavers, but Chuundar's giving his own people to Czerka? That's … awful. Zaalbar never said why he left Kashyyyk, now I see why."
Poor walking carpet.
"Judging by our welcome, I think I was right. Wookiee's don't like outsiders at all" remarked Revan
Personally I thought that they just didn't like humans, and who could blame them what with all exploitation and persecution.
"And now we get to be slowly lowered in the darkness" I commented "oh what fun we are having".
"No one said this was going to be easy" Revan said as if the whole thing was no big deal.
Bastila at least seemed a little worried about me, and I could feel Mission's hand in mine.
"Take us down," the former Sith commanded the Wookiee who operated the basket lift.
With that we all piled into the basket-lift. Since it was built for the natives by the natives there was more than enough room but I still felt squashed
"This is going to be a long trip down" I said with a big sigh.
I keep my gaze locked straight ahead as we headed downward, towards the darkness below. Once more I had the urge jump, it was like there was someone down there and they badly wanted to see me. No that wasn't right. Not someone it was something that was waiting for me.
"This is going to take forever" Mission muttered
I didn't answer I was to busy trying to sense the something.
"Does anyone else feel that?" I asked, talking to the Force Users in the group "there's something or someone down there, and they or it have nothing to do with the Jedi".
It wasn't that old Jedi hermit guy. He would be more grey than dark. Perhaps he was living close to something of the dark side to help shield from detection. Like Yoda and that dark side cave.
"Is it one of the Sith?" Bastila asked of me.
"If it is the Sith, then we'll kill them" declared Revan in an action heroine sort of way.
I was really starting to dislike the personality the Jedi Masters had given Revan. They really had turned her into a weapon and then just set her loose on the galaxy. What a load of arrogant, interfering, foolish old men they were.
"No I don't think this feeling comes from a Sith, it's dark but too old" I said mostly thinking out loud "thousands of years old maybe. Ancient maybe one of the Dark Jedi Exiles is buried down there. It doesn't feel like the tombs back on Korriban".
"We should avoid it" stated Carth "nothing good ever came from the Sith".
I should of taken that personally, but I was already preparing to leave.
"Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. So don't be scared" I told myself.
"Hey kid what are you doing?" the Mando asked me as I got ready to jump.
"I need to go" I said to the group.
"Couldn't you have gone before we left?" questioned Mission who didn't seem to understand what exactly I was about to do.
"No I mean I'm leaving" I told "but don't worry I'll be back. I'll catch up to you guys later".
"What do you mean by that" Shan demanded to know "You are not going anywhere you foolish...".
"Don't follow me" I commanded.
And then I jumped.

The Shadowlands - Kashyyyk
Somehow I made it to the ground without breaking anything, but it hadn't been likely that I would since there seemed to be a reason for me being here. I felt compelled, but not forced to jump and besides it not like I didn't know how to levitate things, including myself.
Compared to defying gravity simply slowing a fall is rather easy really, what had been hard had been grabbing those vines and swinging like I was staring in a Tarzan movie. Still it must of looked so cool.
At least the running part wasn't taking too long, even between having to ducking underneath branches and over fallen logs I was making good time to.. wherever it was I was going.
No sleep
No sleep until I am done with finding the answer
Won't stop
Won't stop before I find a cure for this cancer
Sometimes I feel like going down and so disconnected
Somehow I know that I am haunted to be wanted
Also at some point I'd started singing. Not the best thing to do when surrounded by creepy monster filled darkness.
And speaking of monsters there were a load of those Czerka punks had apparently captured some of the wild life, and were currently trying to make into a big cage by shocking the poor animal. I was really starting to hate that corporation.
I've been watching
I've been waiting
In the shadows for my time
I've been searching
I've been living
For tomorrows all my life
"Kinrath, Minstyngar and Terentatek. Oh my" I muttered after forcing myself to stop singing "quite the little zoo you guys have down here".
There was no chance of me being spotted. The dark side was strong here, but not like on Korriban this was the part of the dark side that came from the savagery of nature. Here it was kill or be killed. Predator versus prey. Man verses beast. I felt like Drizzit Do'Urden in the Underdark. Darkness was my ally. This time the light side would not serve me. It was time to put aside the hippy good love feelings and to embrace my evil side.
Of course as soon I called upon the Force in a way that wasn't passive the Terentatek would sense it and go mad.
Which could be fun.
The monster did indeed go mad as used my anger over the mistreatment of the creatures to fuel my connection to the dark side of the Force. It found the strength to ignore the cattle rod things that were shocking it and started to kill the hunters. Many blaster bolts hit the beast but it was too enraged to be taken down so easily,
It was indeed fun to watch, but I couldn't just stand around and watch the show, as the Terentatek would come after me next.
No fear, destination darkness
I really did have Rasmus songs on my mind today.
Moving with Force assisted speed I ran up a low branch that looked as if it went all the way up into the sky, but I didn't go anywhere near that high. Instead I leapt off the branch ignited both of my sabres and the drove them both into the monster's back.
The monster roared as the two blades burned its back muscles and body fat. It smelt so bad that I had to hold my breath while also trying to not get thrown on my ass. The creature's struggles cause the two blades to burn their way down the beast's back and they must of severed what this thing had in place of a spin because it suddenly dropped to the ground.
Landing on my feet I watched as some of the corrupted animal's guts spilled on the ground, which caused me to say.
"And I thought they smelled bad...on the outside."
Okay that had been fun but I needed to find whatever it was out there and seemed to want me to pay a visit. First however I'd free those poor animals, and any others I came across.

Dark Tomb - Kashyyyk
The tomb hadn't been hard to find, as something within it seemed to be calling to me. I didn't think it was a spirit as such, it more like a dark side beckon of some sort.
It clearly was not the tomb of a Sith. The style was all wrong for a start. I'd poked around the Valley of the Dark Lords enough to know that all the burial places of the Sith Lords followed a certain layout. There were so symbols here either. Dark Lord tombs always had symbols in them. Also the corridors were to tall and weren't wide enough. Add in the lack of lethal traps or guardians and it all added up to the fact this place was not of the Sith.
However that didn't mean it wasn't the tomb of some Dark Jedi.
The Jedi were much older than the Sith Lords and so was the darkness. There had been evil force users for a very long time.
In fact this might not even be a tomb. I'd found no sarcophagus of any kind.
Not that it really mattered. I was here for treasure and there was always treasure in long forgotten ruins such as these. Unless Lara Croft had gotten here first. Which was unlikely given the distances involved in both time and space.
At some point I'd stopped needing to totally focus on my environment. I couldn't see exactly but I knew what was around me all the time. It was all automatic now. When alone in the Shadowlands you either became the dark, or at least a shade a grey, or you died quickly.
Sooner than I would of liked I found what it was that I had come for, but to get to it I had to cross what I labelled a 'nexus of darkside power' it was the kind of place where you saw things without having to fall asleep. They weren't visions but they could warn of future events. They could even tempt you, or try so scare you away.
I just walked into the energy without any concern, and a scene began to play out around me. I wasn't in the vision it just showed me a quick glimpse. I saw myself looking rather insane and then I killed Mission, which was really creepy and then I got to watch myself throw Bastila into Revan so that she caught her fellow Jedi before I ran off to take on Malak.
Now that was an idea. I could change my visions of the future by preventing Bastila from fighting Malak on board the Leviathan. I assumed that the insane me killing Mission had been warning about what could happen to me if Malak then broke me but that wasn't certain. Besides I would rather die than hurt Mission or even Shan for that matter. Revan was to important to kill, but the others could go hang for all I cared.
Also why did the darkside have to give me warnings and advice in most creepy of ways possible?
Next I moved to the stone container on the other side of the room, and with a touch of the Force it opened. Inside was not a weapon, as I had sort of expected but rather a pair of jet black gauntlets.
I suspected that these were what I was being drawn to and I also suspected that they were made of some lightsabre resistant material. Which was easy to test and my theory was proven right. I even shot them with one of my twin slugthrowers and the projectile bounced.
"Wonder Woman" I said to myself.
Very cool, who had set this whole thing up seemed to know exactly the kind of thing I'd need.
I put the gauntlets on and wasn't remotely surprised to find that they fit me perfectly as if they had been custom made for me, despite the fact that they were thousands of years old
"Okay time to get out of here" I told myself.
The Shadowlands – Kashyyyk
"But I don't sense the taint of the dark side… I think you are a servant of the light, despite what you claim" Shan was saying as I homed in on her presence while also trying not to be detected.
I really was king of the beasts down here. I was meters away but not even Revan seemed to have noticed that I was here. Of course she could know very well that she being watched and was just acting as if she wasn't. Without reaching out with myy senses I could not tell and if I did that then all the Force Users would know that I was sneaking up on them.
"Both extremes annoy me," the old man snapped back to Bastila.
Amen to that old man.
"You're here for the Star Map, aren't you?" the grumpy old cogger said "Of course, the concerns of the Wookiees don't amount to anything in the eyes of the Jedi, no… You're here for the Map. And you won't get to it without my help and my help has a price".
The old man practically had one of those quest markers floating above his head.
"There are literally walls in your way," Jolee Bindo says, sounding particularly grumpy and elderly "Walls that Czerka have put up down here, for their poaching operations."
They hadn't stopped me but I was really in tune with this place. I'd even disabled a few of them so the job was half done anyway.
"Does anyone else feel that" half-snarled the cat girl.
"What are you feeling" inquired Bastila
"It feels..." Revan said slowly before turning around and switching on her sabre "it feels like we're being watching".
Ah classic Star Wars.
"Oh you're good" I said as I came into view "Isn't she good".
"What happened to you" asked a concerned Mission "You're covered in blood and... other things I don't want to think about".
Oh yeah the guts. I'd forgotten about that. I must stink by now.
"I ran into some poachers and things got messy. I let the creatures they'd captured lose and well they didn't take well to being caged up".
Well that had happened the second time, so it wasn't a lie.
"Really?" Jolee said sounding surprised "by yourself?"
Then he paused and said.
"We can check out the other camps and then I'll accompany you, so you can your Star Map. Then we can all leave this forsaken place".
I iked the place. Throw in some nearly naked sexy damsels in distress for me to save and I could so see myself living here.
"You want to join us?" Revan asked in a shocked tone of voice.
"Ahh this place isn't what it use to be" complained the Grey Jedi "it's full of tourists these days and a Sith whose working with a Jedi. Now that is something I want to be a part of".
Clearly the dude was getting over his hermit phase.
(Line Break)
"So, you got rid of all these Czerka?" Mission inquired as we got to first hunter camp "wow you made a mess".
Wow the monster had done most of the work.
"Without even shooting any of them. I'm almost impressed" commented the hard to please old git.
"Cruelty to animals upsets me" I commented, while also noticing that I was really freaking people out.
I really hoped that my eyes hadn't gone yellow.
"How did you disable the sonic devices?" Carth asked "they should of drive you away if you'd tried to sneak up on their camp".
Oh was that what they were for.
"The Force" I answered before saying "Hey. I'm good at things besides fucking and killing, you know".
Now got me some really funny looks.
"It wasn't easy to get past their sonic devices, I had to go up a tree and then fight a big monster"
The Mission saw the 'monster' and had a major freak out.
"Gothic, you're starting to scare me" she confessed.
I started to calm down when I realised that I'd made her freak out so much but I was still pretty damn juiced up.
"Let's check out the other camps" decided Revan who also looked a little worried about me.
"It troubles me to see you acting this way," Bastila almost hissed at me as we moved on "The call of the dark side is strong, and even the smallest steps can lead you there".
Had she learned nothing about me?
"I'm already a Sith" I pointed out "I embraced the dark side to stay alive. I thought you'd accepted me for who I am".
She at least had the decency to look guilty.
"You're not evil" she insisted "and you were doing so well before coming down here. Why did you have to run off like that?".
I hadn't had to. I'd been drawn to something.
"It's not him" said Joolie, who apparently had great hearing "it's this place. The darkness, it can get into your head. I'm sure that he'll start to feel better once he leaves. He's not the first kid to get messed up down here".
I could sense that Shan believed that, perhaps it was effecting her as well. Still she wasn't happy.
"What we are doing here is important" she reminded "For the sake of the galaxy, I hope you can keep your emotions in line".
I almost growled, but then I remembered how upset Mission had looked upon seeing all the death I had caused at that camp.
"Sorry" I whispered "I'll try to do better. Please don't be mad at me".
(Line Break)
"There it is," Jolee said as we finally got to the Star Map, "There's an obstinate little machine that runs this. I've tried tinkering with it a few times since I was down here, but I haven't had any luck with it".
"It's older than your entire civilization" I told the old grumpy person "you were lucky you didn't blow yourself up".
Everyone other than the old man and myself simply stared at the machine. I really wasn't that impressed. They had space ships that could take you across the galaxy in days. What was an old star map compared to that?
"I said I'd led you here. Never said I know what to do from this point. There's a terminal here. It has a virtual intelligence that speaks Galactic Basic. Try talking to it –not that it'll say much" the grey Jedi informed.
A hologram appeared and studied us all. It spoke in many languages, none of which I knew other than one.
"That was Chinese" I told everyone "I don't speak it but I'd know it anywhere".
Granted that was due to watching Firefly, but still I knew a few of those words by sound even if I didn't know their meaning.
Moving to the terminal. Revan said
"Open the Star Map"
The hologram of the alien then spoke.
"Match found. Standby while data is being retrieved."
Jolee looked flabbergasted.
"Match found? It always muttered something about rejected patterns for me!"
"There were 152 attempts to access data by human, Jolee Bindo –all denied. Error. Previous records were deleted by the user".
By Dark Lord Revan.
"Stop looking at me that way! There's nothing better to do on this planet. Let an old man have his eccentricities!" complained the Grey Jedi
As the hologram spoke again, we all focused on what it had to say.
"To access restricted data such as the Star Map, an evaluation is required. Would you like to proceed with the evaluation?"
"Yes" the former Sith said,
"Assume you are in charge of this city. Do you sacrifice the people by dropping a bomb to decimate both the city and your enemy's entire force –killing everyone? Or do you keep the city, losing only some people while pushing out the enemy forces without making a dent in their numbers?"
"Drop the bomb" I said to Revan "it's a darkside artefact it will want an evil answer".
"I would choose to drop the bomb. Destroying the enemy is more important than preserving life" said Revan with all the emotion of ordering a meal she didn't really want to eat.
If anyone felt outrage they didn't show it. But I did get more odd looks.
"Trust me, it's a Sith thing" I whispered.
"Your choice is correct and fits with the programmed parameters. You have chosen the proper course to follow and are now granted full access. What would you like to know?" said the hologram.
Jolee walked up to the reformed Jedi and said softly.
"Ask it about the trees. I have a theory about them and I think this computer can confirm it."
"Tell me about the trees on Kashyyyk."
The machine did just that.
So we had a whole planet covered in gigantic trees that had barely 30,000 years ago no capacity to support life what so ever. That was hard to take in. Unless you understood the idea of terraforming.
"Wait, does that mean the species that live here aren't native?" Revan
"That is correct" said the holographic projection.
"Explains the Terentatek" I commented "they are native to Korriban as I understand it".
"Did someone named Revan access this terminal?"
Two of us held our breaths.
"Error. That information is unavailable. The previous user deleted the entirety of his or her interaction with this terminal".
Shan and I both breathed out at that moment.
"Tell me about the Star Forge, next open the Star Map, then delete all records of this interaction".
"Data regarding the Star Forge is not available. The Star Map is open. Commencing deletion sequence … user log deleted."
I then moved over to the terminal and checked out the data, almost pushing Revan aside.
"How to you known Chinese?" I demanded
"This is beyond a doubt a Dark side artifact. Whatever you're interested in is dangerous. I feel the taint of it even now" warned Bastiala.
I ignored her and asked the hologram something else.
"What do you know about Earth".
"Hypothetical: You are at war. While deciphering an intercepted code, you learn two vital things about your enemy. The first, a single spot in their defence will be at its weakest in ten days, and they will attack one of your civilian cities in five days. What do you do with this information?"
Oh yeah I had to prove that I was a bastard in order to use this technology. It was like working for Microsoft.
"I use the information to attack the enemy at their weakest moment. The city is unimportant as it has no great tactical value".
Which turned out to be an acceptable answer.
"Displaying information" the holographic projection.
With that streams of data appeared where the star map had been.
It was English, but wrong somehow. It was almost like trying to read Shakespeare's work, but it was more technical. Like it was some sort of future writing. Oh Trek talk!
"It's a log" I said mostly taking to myself " about mass exodus from Earth. The planet couldn't support life. New worlds being prepared. A massive colony fleet meant for an inner world got lost. It encountered a suspected temporal and spacial anomaly, whatever that means, and ended up in another galaxy. Colonising galactic core. I can't make out the rest but this means the humans here are from Earth. Whoever built the Starforge must have found the colony worlds and spread humanity about the galaxy to use as slaves".
No one seemed to care.
"This means I'm just in another galaxy. I might be able to find Earth one day!"
Okay so it wasn't likely but if the Vong could do it then a human being could. They were scar loving freaks who still worshipped made up gods. I was far more advanced then them.
"This is important" I pointed out "this explains how you can have humans in two galaxies".
"So what" said Mission "humans are everywhere, this is nothing new. I bet your people are in dozens of galaxies. You're really spread out".
You'd think they'd care a little. I mean this was major news.
"Watch" instructed the alien girl "I bet I can find out stuff about Twi'leks".
"I wouldn't" I warned "you need to have the Force I think and you need to think like a darksider".
"Mission don't" urged Revan "Gothic's right it's a dark side artefact".
The Jedi tried to move the Twi'lek away but it was too late.
"Hypothetical: you and Zaalbar are captured and separated. If you both remain silent, it will mean one year in prison for each of you. However, if you call Zaalbar a traitor. He will serve five years, while you serve none. Both of you are offered this choice. Which do you pick?"
"I would never betray Big Z!" she protested.
Before anyone could do anything else battle droids appeared. I grabbed Mission with the Force and when she was in my arms I got her out of the line of fire. Jolee Bindo, the cat girl, Shan and Revan battled the droids and easily defeated them before the non-Force Users had even found a clear line of fire.
"You saved my life" the Twi'lek teen declared once everything had calmed down "I thought you were all evil and then you saved me".
With that came the hugging.
"Things aren't always black and white" I told Mission as she held on to me, totally ignoring the dirt, plant stains and blood "there are shades of grey in life".
Jolee Bindo nodded at me, that was about as agreeable as he got.
"Let's get out of here" decided Revan "this place is dangerous enough even without battle droids".
Apparently they'd already encountered the mad Wookie already and had convinced him to return to his people. Which told me that there was going to be a big fight soon as the natives were going to try and drive the slavers away, and we would end up helping.
"I am sorry, Gothic" said Bastila as we made our way to the basket-lift "I accused you of being out of control and then you did something rather heroic. I may have misjudged you".
Oh I was so getting laid later.
"Yes, you are" said Shan with a small grin.
Damn Force Bonds!
